Great value for your money. There are a few things on material that could have been better. Electrical breakers keep pooping and base board ends not painted.

The construction supervisor support is outstanding and very helpful with quick response

Working with Lennar was a pleasurable experience in every way. Each Lennar employee that we worked with was a specialist in their area. There were no surprises and now that we are moved in we know we chose the right builder. Thanks Lennar!

House is well built, the Everything included feature is the best, appliances are top notch. We only did the floors and backsplash for the upgrade and that’s a big savings for us.

This home was poorly built. We has purchased a Lennar home before so it made sense to stick with Lennar as our MUCH less expensive home was built much better. I'm embarrassed to tell ppl about this $600K home because of the crooked walls, terribly low quality &very poor workmanship. Up until this purchase I raved about Lennar. No more! Now I guide ppl away from Lennar at all costs

It was a very smooth home-buying process. All the people involved were extremely professional and helpful. Homes were reasonably priced despite of the booming housing market.

They are responsive but make sure you get a new garage door. They are currently trying to make us keep our temporary used door which is in terrible condition.

Moved in with some issues and also quality of the work are not really well

My wife and i started to look for a 4 bedroom and Lennar had what we were looking at an affordable price. they gave us a lot for the money and we are happy with the warranty they are offering.

Lennar use to have a great reputation for a builder but all has changed today. They try maybe not enough workers but Lennar is not what it use to be. One reason I bought this house is because of Lennar's reputation but all has changed. Maybe this note will help them go back to the quality they use to have instead of trying to build more house than they can handle. Thank you!

TOO MANY ISSUES FOR A BRAND NEW HOME

Some people they they we’re perfect some people I am very disappointed unfortunately

We were left in the dark for weeks as they pushed back our closing date several times. We tried getting a hold of Corina multiple times on several different occasions but she ignored all our calls, voicemails and emails. The home itself is beautiful but are now having issues with leaks and things missing. The customer service person - chris- also completely ignores all the calls, voicemails and txts. Only when we complain he comes around and still doesnt actually get anything done. Rick was great to work with and we know he did his best. Brian the builder is amazing and so kind and helpful. Would not recommend to others

The home is exactly what we wanted. We just wished the quality of the materials and craftsmanship was better. We've been in our home for 3 months. We have issues with the quality of paint, drywall and flooring. Some of the shingles on our roof also tore away which is a bit concerning since we just moved in and we live in Indiana where the weather isn't that extreme. Overall, we love our home and the reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also are very helpful in getting item's repaired or replaced, they make sure it gets done quickly and correctly.

There are some “punch list “ issues that still have not been addressed. There are a few areas with workmanship. Some corners were cut, but overall we’re very happy with our new home

The experience from the home consultant, finance team, and the construction is like a family, that’s a great feeling. The amenities that comes with the house gets a thumbs up. To have a contact person when there’s an issue gives the comfort of getting them resolved.

Our house got pushed back multiple times with little to no transparency, leaving us in a bind with living arrangements. We continuously asked our representative to be upfront and honest about our buyers experiences and situations but he continuously told us “it varies from house to house” rather than being transparent. We’ve ran into a couple issues after living in the house which has taken months to be resolved and required us to continuously reach out to multiple people and parties for solutions. Overall the virtual signing experience was very smooth and super simple and convenient when it came to closing. We love the house but not sure we’d go through this experience again. ... More

As soon as I moved in, a huge leak occurred in the master bedroom shower that caused a lot of damage and the response from Lennar customer service was horrific! The workmanship is terrible it looks like they just cut as many corners as they could. The paint job is horrible, it looks like they did one coat of paint and didn’t do it well you can see white spots everywhere. All of the toilet paper holders and towel holders are loose it looks like they drilled holes bigger than the anchors and just left it like that! The houses are so tight next to each other you can’t even get in and out of your house without almost hitting your neighbors cars. I am extremely disappointed with this builder! ... More

They kept me informed during construction and were always available for questions.

The property was not ready on time, because of supplies difficulties and the pandemic. Lennar always updated on the time delivery and after 2 months of original date I have the Closing. My agent and Construction Manager kept me informed and updated. It was great experience.

Not great, very disappointed with process

There are a lot of small problems. When I found the microwave vent was not even connected it made me wonder what other problems are here that I can’t see. There also was a water leak that took 6 weeks to repair even though it was reported immediately. Who ever installed some PVC pipe didn’t glue it correctly. We were told the water on the floor was from a pressure washer. The leak went uncorrected for 6 weeks causing mold under some carpet so it all had to be removed by a restoration company. Other problems with the quality of materials used. Seems like they will fix the issues, but they don’t seem to be in a rush nor do they seem to think the poor construction is abnormal.
