As a buyer not living in the Portland area, keeping the communication going was very important. The Lennar team communicated on a regular basis and maintained the timelines they had committed both before and after the handover. Impressed by the Professionalism, be it from sales, finance or maintenance teams.

Very professional staff from the initial sales team to the warranty team. Warranty guys work hard at being responsive and provide accurate communication along with timely responses when things come up. If and when things have come up it has been resolved.

The process with Lennar was exceptional from beginning to end when we got our keys. The team frequently checked in with us on how the home was progressing and having that transparency was crucial as at the time of construction we lived very far. We appreciate all the hardwork the team has put into making these houses a home and we look forward to enjoying our home for years to come.

As first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed by all of our options. There were many lived-in homes that were around the same price point as a new Lennar home. We decided to go with Lennar and it was a great decision! From our first experience with the sales consultant to our closing day, we were cared for and felt confident about our decision. I would highly recommend Lennar.

Even with a couple of delays we had because of material shortage Lennar and the team made sure we had an amazing experience buying our dream home.

This was a HORRIBLE experience especially as a first time homebuyer. I understand delays because of COVID, but no reason for the craftsmanship to be so poor. I can’t even get in contact with anyone to come out and fix the piece in our contract that they legally have to fix and we closed 3 months ago! The communication has been TERRIBLE after we signed our commitment. Closing kept getting delayed because no one wanted to do their job. There was so much trash including beer cans on the property during building. I would NEVER recommend a Lennar home.

Price is too high Material is very cheap It’s been two month already things are getting bad

I feel like they are in such a hurry to throw these houses up that the workmanship gets compromised. I have been in my home for 2 months and have had multiple repair orders put in 4 things that should have been taken care of the first time. I feel like once they get your name on the dotted line you are just a number. They are more concerned with getting their bonuses then the customer experience of getting a quality product. Not having a pool in Phase 5 was a terrible decision on the part of the builder. 1 pool for all of Belle Harbor is ridiculous.

We found Lennar representatives to be very professional, informative, and always communicated during the entire process.

I submitted warranty requests more than 20 days ago, still haven't heard back from Lennar. Family room marble window sill still broken in two pieces. BTW, no one ever lived in this townhouse. All the defects are caused by the builder or sub-contractor.

Our new home consultant (Liz l)was great and communicated well with us and also helped us with some personal matters as we acclimated to FL. The process of purchasing a home site unseen(we moved from MN and couldn’t make it here) was nerve wracking. The process they had set in place to purchase, in retrospect, is absurd and in the best interest of Lennar. It’s essentially a bidding war and you automatically put in your highest and best offer, however, you could potentially only be bidding against no one (only Lennar knows). We signed our contract mid-April for an early September close date. The other thing that was frustrating is we had ZERO say in finishes. We knew we’d have to make some compromises but not having any day sucked. This differed from people who closed merely 3-4 months prior. Overall we like the finishes but honestly, who puts tan paint everywhere when you have all grey floors and cabinets and white trim!? We ended up being delayed due to supply chain issues, but that could have been communicated earlier. Thankfully we were living nearby so we could come check on progress. We caught several things that needed to be fixed that should have been caught by the construction manager. Unfortunately we caught many more things after close. Some items include, a closet 5 inches less deep than an identical closet (can’t shut the doors with clothes in it), cracked tiles, interior doors needed to be replaced due to them being wet, crown molding not being painted and all of our interior trim and doors needing to be painted due to needing to be replaced or not painted to begin with, exterior paint needed to be done due to rain, and the first painters got paint on our toilets and blinds. I will say the process to get these things fixed has been fairly easy and they have “made good” on fixing most things so far. Thankfully we did get a private inspection and they didn’t find anything major or they fixed things that needed to be addressed before closing. Wayne, our warranty guy, has been great with helping us! Overall we love the neighborhood and are happy we are here, but I will say, I won’t use Lennar again if we build. Quality of the house is poor. Final finishes and products used very poor for a lennar community would notbuy another lennar home and we are already looking to sell this house and move away from this community

My experience with Lennar is great

It’s definitely not a good experience with the Lennar. The work quality is very bad and not satisfied with the construction quality.

Support for customer centers is good and it is good to receive complaints through video calls.
