We have shared with some of the top people how aweful the communication process was and hope they take it to heart for the Orlando area. I’m sure this will never be posted so I’m not wasting my time to go through yet again how many issues and terrible the loan process to closing communications turned out to be. We understand delays if they are communicated but Were treated like we had no right to find out what was going on with our house. It’s been 2 months since I’ve closed on my house and there’s still a long outstanding list of items that still need to be complete. The only one who responds is the customer service Mgr who has to work with construction Mgr and their contractors who do poor quality work if they show up at all. This has been a nightmare and I’m embarrassed to show my new home to anyone. I can’t enjoy it or do anything to it until certain items remaining are done. Instead of being happy with buying my first home I’m disgusted each day that I look at things not fixed/done.

I should have been more thorough with the inspection. After inspection I noticed caulk issues in the missing, inconsistencies in the drywall that are really obvious when the sun hits it. Windows that are not sealed properly and cold air streaming in. The garage door does not close properly. All things tha could have been addressed before closing.

We particularly liked the "Everything's Included" aspect, and the fact that we received the same excellent quality materials and service, regardless of the size of house we were buying. The sales associate was superb; she was always glad to see us, took the time to answer our questions, and didn't hesitate to reach out to other professionals for help in answering them. She kept us up to date through every step of the process and referred us to helpful resources. This was the best home buying experience we have ever had.

Everything about buying the home was pretty basic but I did notice that we didn’t get to do as many things as others (no appt with design group, no response to adding more flooring, forgot to mention certain appts). That was pretty frustrated but the people I met for final walk through and closing were AMAZING to say the least. Helped me spot certain things that were wrong or had to be replaced. And once we were in our new home our care coordinator even spent over an hour with me trying to figure out how to connect one of our fancy gadgets to the phone. So I can say the whole buying ...

Was upset that I had to wait 4 months cause Lennar decided to hold my home instead of releasing it for sale. home in January 2021 f and made the price go up $22,000 which came out of my pocket. Home is nice but would’ve felt better if they sold me the home in the beginning
