Don't deal with them - they lie and will not honor their part, they are selling you and then completely take you for a ride or take advantage of you ! I will never do business with Lennar again in my life, I need to create a legal case to make them listen. Horrible company !!!

Great buying experience, I would recommend in the future.

If I had known what the home buying experience was going to be like with Lennar I would not have purchased a home with them.

Every step of the purchasing experience was handled with utmost respect and care by said employees. The actual build of the house is quality plus and very detailed.

Be very careful. Dot the eyes and cross the tees. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR LENNAR MORTGAGE BROKER AND TITLE CLOSER- AS YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER. Unresponsive after the sale. I am sure this will not get posted!

We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service we have encountered to date, as well as the quality of materials and craftsmanship of our home given the price we paid for it. Throughout the building process, we have pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed in a timely manner so as to prevent future delays, hassles and disruptions. The items were not taken care of then and now we are dealing with the hassle of taking care of them through warranty. It's very sad that the pandemic and "shortage of materials" were used as an excuse to coerce us to continue on with the buying process and not delay closing until the identified items mentioned above were properly corrected. my experience with buying a house from lennar was great. they went all out on helping us achieve our goal on becoming homeowner. it's our first time being and everything went very smooth thanks to them. Keep up the great work Lennar you are awesome.

Some of the items that we had gone through on the walk through for punch list did not get done. I was told they would take care of it even after the closing but then when I tried to follow up after the closing I was immediately shuffled off to the warranty department. This caused a problem because we were not planning on occupying the house right away ...so now in order to get everything done I have to fly in or drive-in to meet whomever needs to fix their work. The work that they did fix in time was done well. And their defense are closing had to be done in 30 days so I understand the tide pressure And while they were not able to get it done I just wish that we weren't shuffled off to warranty department because that is a much slower and more difficult process. ... From start to finish Lennar was with me step by step with friendly progress reports and updates regarding my home as well as the developing community. I was very impressed with the level of service and performance given throughout my entire process. My buying experience with Lennar has really raised the bar when it comes to "standard". Lennar treats you like family, not a customer. 5-star services all the way.

The staff si very helpful

From the moment we walked in to the office of Lennar, their personnel were so great. Christine you rock!

Home is beautiful, however the final finishes inside the home were very carelessly done, eg. doors all gashed or nicked, woodwork scratched, tile in bathroom needed replacement in certain areas, cabinets not adjusted properly, sliding door leading to outside still not fitting correctly. These issues were reported and are being taken care of, so we are fine with that, just to bad the final stages were left so shabby. Our project manager and home rep are trying their best to correct all issues.

The quality of materials, craftsmanship and lack of choices makes this builder average. The salesmanship leaves you believing you will need getting a custom created too quality home. In reality it's average at best.

Great quality in staff & product

Brad the construction manager represents Lennar well. Hes been very responsive to this point with issues I've had with the home. There's a couple more issues left to get fixed.

Great house for the price. Lennar is the biggest American builder and it shows in the fact that they are able to offer these houses for the price they do.

Promises made on closing day we’re not kept

Customer experience worst i ever received.I close at the end of Nov 2021 i still have a bunchs of things they never finish.Cheap materials and a lot of bad things on construction.On the financing was not to bad.I dont recommend to anybody to buy Lennar.

Timely project, friendly and responsive staff.

The rooms are big, that was the best part I didn't have a good experience with lennar one loan agent dropped the ball and forgot about me and then the day before closing he wanted me to send documents that I had already sent loan Officer he didn't do his job here in Texas so they gave me 1 from California the one here in Texas never transferred my information over so I had to keep resending the same stuff over and over again then He told me not to trust the other loan Officer it was HORRIBLE! Then when I got the call to come close lennar mortgage didn't know why I was there when they told me to be there Never again you asked so here it is! HORRIBLE I will Honestly say I will never recomend purchasing a Lennar Home to ANYONE ! Have a Great Day! ... More

Some of the materials they used around the house, especially the vinyl flooring seem to be really low-end quality.
