AC thermostat older model no wifi enable no sync need to control manualy each one. No towel hangers in bath. Kitchen counter tops poor quality and thicker than regular size sharp edges. Selling solar but if ask any questions about it your guys reply talk to solar company? Overall quality is poorer than previously built lennar homes. Your mortgage finance team has no time to talk with customer.2 days 3 different decisions for loan aproval..

Bigoted contractor with subpar craftsmanship

The GC (T) was very responsive in all emails UNTIL we met in person and, in our opinion, saw the buyers were a same sex married couple. From that point on he wouldn’t even talk to my husband and I when we had issues. He would only talk past us to the other Lennar associates. He would not even make eye contact and would walk 10ft ahead of us while TRYING to discuss issues. A total of 3 separate offensive interactions. Whenever there were questions or needs nobody was there to help. Concierge was useless. Lender left without saying anything before closing. Builders didn't even get permit for solar until after 30 days at closing. Francisco has been the only helpful person

The drywall and painting company are beyond bad and there are many homeowners that are dissatisfied. I have worked in the production building world for 20 years of my 40 and have not experienced the poor quality and lack of professionalism of the drywall/painting company. It is the number 1 topic at all community gatherings. Unfortunately, Lennar spends a lot of money on customer experience and one vendor is giving a bad review of Lennar.

Honestly, there were a lot of communication issues during the home buying process with LENNAR. I was especially disappointed with the construction manager Cody. There were several issues with the home that needed to be fixed. We brought up the issues during the walk throughs. Whenever we showed up, Cody was still working on the issues . It was disappointing to hear that Cody stated we were the ones delaying the processes when he could not even get his workers to fix the issues in the home. Not a pleasant experience throughout this journey

I will not call this experience a pleasant one. Working level team is not at all sympathetic towards buyer. They don’t have problem solving / reducing mindset. From day one things didn’t go in a professional ways. They collected all information from my agent and later on denied to pay any commission. This list is very long . However the above point was completely unprofessional. Construction quality is also having question mark . I have submitted few complaints but one of them is most important. Hoping a good resolution.

It's a good community when you build your house try to keep the engineers who they are when you move them around there are a lot of differences in the construction of the house so there is a lot of irresponsible behavior from your engineers and to this day I still haven't got the key to my garage door key missing. I hope you don't get the same lady we had. She lied to us several times. The other people we dealt with were ok. Lennar cuts so many corners that produces a sub par quality house. The fences are complete crap. interior paint is horrible. I would not recommend buying a home from them.

John did not take my third party inspection report seriously. He brushed everything off and basically told me that this was not going to be a "perfect" house. Even for a new build, this house had a ridiculous number of imperfections and I was rushed into closing. Even after moving in, I have submitted over 4 warranty claims, and the Lennar representative just tells me that everything is not covered. I have a garage door that doesn't close, an A/C unit with a bad filter after less that 60-days of move in, and so many more issues. Disappointed as to how unprofessionally Lennar handled the sale. What was stated and what was said were not correct. Worse home buying experience

Honestly this was my 3 home purchase but if was the worst of the three. More stressful, communication wasn’t good at all, timeline kept changing, walkthrough and final walkthrough did not repair a lot of things that were broken or damage. Plan to purchase again but it will not be with Lennar.
