We bought this house for a family member. There were so many issues with it at the walk through we were told by their foreman Jake that it could take weeks to get it finished. I explained to Jake, Ray, the salesman and the person at the walk through that since we lived out of town we would require 72 hours notice to plan a trip back to do the final walk through before closing. The closing was scheduled for less than a week away. They all said ok, we understand. Terrible communication

There have been multiple issues with my home buying purchase from the Lennar mortgage all the way to the construction team that still over two months after closing has not completed the punch list or things that need to be addressed. The customer service has been terrible. I wouldn’t recommend ever buying a home from Lennar.

Lennar touts its next gen line of homes. The design is good but the construction process and closing process are poor. There needs to be more supervision and follow up on the Project Manager. They rush to close but provide homes that are incomplete and have to go through a tedious exception process through a customer care coordinator to complete repairs after close who is not quick on following up and coordinating issues. My experience was horrible since we felt were forced to sign on a house that wasnt to our liking. I had a better experience with KB homes then Lennar. I expected more from Lennar since theyre "BETTER" then KB homes but my experience with KB was excellent compared to Lennar. My home feels like it was slapped together just for us to sign and move in.

Not a good experience at all. Quality is not a priority. Management has worked to make things right. However, the experience is ruined and the home is not what we expected.

Poor experience. House built poorly. Still finding garbage everywhere they put the sod down over garbage I had to pull roof shingles out from underneath my lawn. Very disappointed.

Long story short, 47 days after closing on my property I am not able to move-in due to several deficiencies that violate building codes, industry standards, manufacturer’s requirements, and/or required building performance standards as identified by a structural engineer. A week ago, the county issued a correction order. Lennar Homes knew of several deficient areas prior to settlement and still forced me to close or lose my deposit and closing costs ($80K). I have owned over 20 homes through out the years and this is the worst experience thus far . I have been in the home over 6 weeks and still with a lot of unresolved issues . The last issue that happened yesterday is that they came to replaced the masters bedroom carpet and in the process they damaged the frame of the closet door and even forgot to put it back in it’s place . I will have to spend another day from my business schedule to wait for work men again. This is just not acceptable and the list goes on ….

They wil lie, lie, lie. Tried to overcharge me after signing purchase agreement. Made our bathroom wrong and flat out refused to fix it. The workmanship is very sloppy. Scores of paint drips, uneven cabinets, uneven fixtures, chips and scrapes, capet staples, countless crooked screws. Never fixed a stain in pantry ceiling, 10 days after closing water was dripping through, bad pipe ceiling had to be cut open. Was given garage code by title company, doesnt work. Have yet to put in tile in the bathroom that was agreed before closing. Vitural closing was a breeze, recommened it.

Based on my personal experience and some of the fine people I have met in the neighborhood I wouldn't recommend Lennar! The home buying experience should be a joyful time in your life especially your retirement home and they took the joy out of the process and turned it into a nightmare and they can't give that back to my wife and I no matter how much the eventually try to correct the poor workmanship and fit and finish.

None of the property have flat land nothing was don’t from a landscaping perspective. All of our properties have bumps and uneven land making it extremely difficult or impossible to use a tractor or lawnmower to cut grass. Extremely disappointing. I will be going door to door talking with my neighbors and petition for this to be corrected by Lennar.

I was forced to close the house on 11/30/21 just so that Lennar can report the sales before year-end closing. Closing was originally scheduled for online and later changed to notary. Signing was done at 11pm EST on 11/30 which was completely unreasonable. Sales/title company were unresponsive; lack of proper planning/communication (as everyone was overwork). The whole street is not even available on google map. All the houses around me are still under going construction. Rajmani is the only one that's responsive and be able to provide great service.

The walk-through was a disaster. The Lennar walk-through rep was only interested in hurrying up the process because he has 3 other walk throughs. He was disrespectful of my time. He only placed the blue tapes on select items I pinpointed. When I asked about the toilet upstairs, he said - we will let the warranty take care of it. That was inappropriate. We just did the walk through and we expect the builder and its staff to rectify the problem.

AFTER we moved in we found MANY cut corners and issues of rushed or shoddy construction standards BEHIND appliances, still unable to get RING DOORBELL and security system set up, when you buy a NEW home this should not happen, during walk through notice front door needed to be painted now it doesn't hang right and is difficult to lock. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
