Cindy at the Customer Care office and Ashley with Warranty Service have been a pleasure to work with!

The house is very nice and overall has good craftsmanship, that said, I think it is over priced. The buying process was very painful and the sales staff disappear as soon as you are under contract. Good luck getting any issues addressed after closing.

Dayna is wonderful and a great sales rep from Lennar at Willington hights. She is always supportive and helps with fixing the issues faster . She is s good person and cares for the home buyers , shares best of the information that helps to make better decisions . I would recommend her for a promotion or salary raise for the wonderful work she has done for us.

Friendly sales and design team along with a building manager who keeps you updated through out. Communication on any issues were immediate and resolved when promised.

Hundreds of flaws that aren’t all corrected. You have to inspect your home extremely thoroughly and stay on them about repairs or they won’t get it done.

Starting with the sale we felt we were treated with respect and integrity. ( Jamie) Dealing with Mike, our construction manager, has also been a fine experience. Mike was legitimately concerned with our issues and has done a commendable job addressing them.

This is the 2nd home we have built in the past 3 years. The quality of Lennar is subpar. The walls are extremely rough and not square. The cabinets are all scratched up and boards broken along the floor. The banister has multiple spots that weren't stained. Doors off in frames, the wrong color front door and shutters were installed. They still have not been corrected. We will not be using Lennar for our next build.

Aaron has been amazing through the entire process of home buying & continues to be now that we are homeowners. He’s super responsive, knowledgeable, & Kind.

Several issues found after moving in. Very annoying. Most were addressed to our satisfaction.

Get ready for delay and frustration. Priority is given to inventory homes.

Overall I am pleased with my new build. However I’ve noticed a lot of issues after moving in that have to do with things being rushed as far as painting and craftsmanship. I would not trade my home for anything!
