Timely project, friendly and responsive staff.

The rooms are big, that was the best part I didn't have a good experience with lennar one loan agent dropped the ball and forgot about me and then the day before closing he wanted me to send documents that I had already sent loan Officer he didn't do his job here in Texas so they gave me 1 from California the one here in Texas never transferred my information over so I had to keep resending the same stuff over and over again then He told me not to trust the other loan Officer it was HORRIBLE! Then when I got the call to come close lennar mortgage didn't know why I was there when they told me to be there Never again you asked so here it is! Some of the materials they used around the house, especially the vinyl flooring seem to be really low-end quality.

Horrible and terrible experience buying the property.

There will be small problems with finish work check everything on both final walk throughs

Very professional. we bought during a difficult period of the Pandemic when supply chains were strained. Lennar did a good job managing expectations.

Very disappointed in almost every aspect of Lennar. Quality across the board is unacceptable. This is the third home I’ve built (the first with Lennar). Would not recommend.

The people I have worked with are wonderful and very helpful. They are available to answer my questions. I am, generally, happy with the features offered in my home, however, the drywall, painting and trim finishes are requiring follow up. That said, I have only been in my home for about four months. It was difficult to pick up everything on the walk through…I was not permitted to bring someone/advocate with me.

After moving in found several issues with house, i.e. floors squeak, doors don’t stay closed, the cleaning crew is horrible

Its a beautiful neighborhood to live.

It appears all they want to do is sell houses and once you buy one you are put on the back burner. Enjoy the community and the neighbors.

Builder lacks an eye for details. For example, the concrete pad for the air conditioner is at about a 15 degree tilt with chipped corners. The dishwasher is no doubt the cheapest on the market and has leaked since day one. The garage floor and front porch were covered in drywall mud splatter and paint.

If I know what I had to go throw, I wouldn’t have gone with Lennar. The are responsive as they are trying to sign you up to buy the house and once you do, they disappear, the customer service is horrible, they don’t explain anything, you stay in limbo waiting for them to tell what happening and they will keep rescheduling forever and then when you get to talk to somebody, you get nothing but attitude. I don’t recommend it.

Good Experience with the Sales lady

First and foremost I would like to thank Mary for providing an awesome service, she answered all my questions and was always communicating with me about the progress of our home, she kept us updated every step of the way! I think that is what made our home buying experience less stressful. We love our new home! There are a few things that need to be fixed but so far every service request I have submitted has been acknowledged.

Overall, our family had a great building experience with Lennar. They kept us in the loop constantly, and were easy to work with.

We started the home buying process with Lennar in June of last year,we were excited to buy a new build home here in Vegas for our relocation from N CA but things started to go south between my private lender and Lennar real fast, it was alot of things done that definitely should of been handled more professionally. But anyways did our walk thru was advised items that were found to be broken would be fixed prior to move in, it didn't happen, things got fixed a month or so afterwards. Then we never got our new garage doors we have old temp doors and ours are the worse in the whole neighborhood they paint is coming off one they totally are different colors,by the way its a 3 car garage. We noticed ppl who moved in after us had matching doors or at least same color scheme, we found out theirs was taking from the model homes here and when questioned Lennar,reply was they needed those so the home buyer could close on their loan. I don't want to call them out but it's been a joke since we moved in. Our break box kept tripping do food went bad over Christmas holiday,this was reported way b4 that time no one fixed it til after the holidays, free washer and dryer also broke within a months time GE appliance the cheaper ones of course. Several things wrong, even now after 2 months.

Lennar was great - setting clear expectations and delivered. Very helpful!

We absolutely love our oversized lot, and we look at the conservation in the back yard. We could not be happier and our customer care specialist Jeff is a true asset to Lennar and he deserves a big raise.

Our new home experience was great, construction manager was really helpful in getting the things on time, and assisted us with all our questions every single time. Looking forward to start our journey at Lennar and enjoy our home.

I've always liked Lennar as a builder. Great rep across the country.

Lennar’s property is sturdy and great in values paid for.

Throughout my experience, the communications between the On-Site Realtor and my Realtor and Lender broke down significantly. When we tried to bring Barron’s Manager into the loop, she also did not respond to my call or my Realtor’s call. The straw that broke the camel’s back happened when I showed up the morning of my closing for the final walk- through and Darin, the construction manager asked did I get a call from Baron the on-site agent. I had not received a call and could tell that I wasn’t closing that day, Lennar had to dig another trench for rain water runoff. Baron knew this the night before. I understand nothing goes totally smooth, but had I have known the night before, I would had rescheduled the movers for my actual closing date. Due to the lack of communication, we had to pay for a month of storage and bring in another moving company to move our items into our Braemore home. Darin the construction manager and Hunter the customer service agent were great. I probably could have let things go without sending this response had Baron just called me to tell me our closing would be rescheduled, but instead, I waisted money. ... More
