This is my second home. I decided to go with Lennar mortgage for financing the home due to all the incentives they offered and this was the biggest mistake. The loan officer seemed very inexperienced. My closing was pushed back and when it was my day to close I make it to the attorneys office and my closing package hadn’t made it there. So I was at the attorneys office for over 4 hours. I love the home and neighborhood. The warranty team is excellent, very responsive.

The overall experience was very stressful. The timelines kept being pushed back. The communication was poor as far as updates on the progress of the home. I showed up for an appointment and no one was there. The basic builder grade quality is not the quality I’m used to.

The Lennar staff were so welcoming to my Realtor and I. Every staff we reached out to were very professional and communicative. Every question I asked, they were very knowledgeable. I would recommend Lennar to family, friends, and associates.

I purchased a beautiful ranch duplex home. I absolutely love all the windows to let the sunshine in and the beautiful peaceful environment outside to look at. It is the perfect size! With 9 foot ceilings and generous size rooms, makes decorating so much fun. I love my home and the area.

So far my experience with Lennar has been amazing. I purchased in the Medley at Mirada and Joe. My sales person was absolutely patient informative and helpful. He explained everything and worked with me with three visits. Once I got under contract, everything went smooth. The communication was great with Lennar Title I paid cash so I did not work with any lender. Once I was doing my walk-throughs and moving in Eddie was so helpful and available during my walk-through they had crew around so everything that was found was handled right then in there which impressed me. After I closed, my moving truck was showing up there was a lot of workers vehicles parked across the street from me and I was able to let Eddie know and he had them move so the moving truck would not have any issues getting to my house. So far I’ve only had one item not a major ordeal that I just put in a work order for they contacted me immediately to find out exactly what was going on and then set up a time. Home is great had a small electrical issue which was very unsettling

Going under contract was very smooth and easy. The financing was quite a different story. We advised the mortgage person that we would be paying off the mortgage as soon as our former house closed. We were approved for the mortgage and then informed at a later date that we had been denied. We were able to work with a mortgage broker to secure financing...nonetheless. Once we moved in any issue that arouse was immediately addressed and resolved.

Keith and Heidi do a great service to your customers in this community. This is our 3rd Lennon home and there services was outstanding.

The agent was rude I was not pleased

Throughout the buying process, Ted was polite, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and really made us feel welcomed & confident in our decision to buy. Ted even makes it a point to stop and say hello while at community gatherings.

I'm very happy with my house design and the local community. It's also close to shops and has lovely scenery along the area.

Homes are of a quality to be appreciated.

Outstanding service from start to finish!

I waited on doing a review to see how the entire homebuying experience would be from start to finish. Let me tell you, Lennar has an outstanding group that will help you every step of the way.. Amy did my showing and she has been wonderful. Even after she did her part she stayed in touch checking in with me through the whole process and even after. Nick and his team were a huge help going through all of the signing, collecting documents and making sure I understood everything from start to finish. He’s even helped me since I’ve moved in answering any questions I’ve had. I’ve been in my townhouse for 2 months now and couldn’t be happier with my experience with Lennar. The entire purchasing process was professionally handled with excellent communication. My questions were answered promptly and respectfully. Lennar is a large builder and I assumed the purchase process would be a corporate transactional atmosphere, but I was wrong.....it was a human centered service approach. Thank you Lennar team.

Their app is awesome for submitting work/repair orders. Followed by a scheduled discussion and the work being given to the proper tradesmen. Follow up and personalized attention is given. Thanks Shaun!

Terrible customer sales office . Terrible loan officer Had to complain several times.

I liked having the app to see the progress of my new home being built.

Service was great! LENNAR Homes great place to recommend to future buyer’s.

Very happy with purchase. Few warranty items handled quickly by Mr Bell. As usual sales person pretty much discontinued responding after closing. The home was very poorly cleaned, especially the tile floors. We’ve spent hours cleaning and scraping junk off the tile. Do note that there are no ceiling light fixtures (at least in our unit) so consider you may have to add them. Overall very happy, but wish the cleaning was acceptable and you’d think they might put some sort of welcome letter or welcome kit in the home before you take possession. Great value however.

My biggest problem was the LACK of options. Stanley Martin built my townhouse and I had a plethora of options. Harmon Kardon in wall speakers, complete home surge, ceiling fan connections, gourmet kitchen options, Ethernet outlets etc. I got the option for a patio and the Ethernet that’s really it. Couldn’t pick our flooring/carpet either. It was suggested that I get a pre dry wall Inspection …I did and they found a lot. Also we were told we would get a fence….and no fence.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of workmanship of my house inside and outside. I will have a hard time recommending a Lennar home to anyone. However I will see how The Lennar team will resolve the issues that I have. If so I will change my review.

Be proactive during the walk through and final steps prior to closing. Issues during the final walk through were resolved but not without additional personal intervention. HOA is EXTREMELY slow to respond to requests.
