It seemed like the finishing touches were rushed. But just minor details. The house and architectural detail are wonderful.

Beware, many homes in our development have had serious plumbing issues and we are hoping we wont have the same. They rush to finish these houses that are there are too many issue with craftsmanship. Customer service has been slow to react due to staffing issues.

The sales consultant was amazing and was very buyer centered. The home buying process was painless resulting in a beautiful product,

Since moving into my second Lennar home, I have lost all confidence in your workmanship and follow-up to building deficiencies. It took about six weeks to finally get a dishwasher that worked after being given a model that was no longer even sold by GE and they couldn’t find a replacement part; I’ve had multiple doors actually falling off because the screws used are too small (I’m afraid to let my 8 year old near them in fear of them falling on her head!) and these are still unrepaired (4 months and still waiting). The one bright light has been your head maintenance person, who has gone well beyond her responsibilities to correct the many defects. Wish they would have done more thorough quality check.

A trustworthy builder, providing the services as they promised!

Quality is bad and once you move in they won't fix any issue. My floor is literally wavy and they don't fix it.

I think it's a excellent home for the price

We are experienced home builders - house #5 I have never feeling so disconnected from the build - for first time home owners that f do not know better would be a good experience. Subcontractors cut corners example you touch the wall and paint is do thin it marks

The folks that are assigned to help you with issues are so over extended that not much gets resolved Promised deadlines have not been met The quality of the buildings. On some things Are substandard

The sales team and home care team have been great. Beautiful home with minor issues after move-in that were taken care of quickly. The Lennar Mortgage is incredibly shady. Worked with the mortgage team for over eight months. Terrible communicators with even worse work ethics. Tried to take our house back at the last minute due to errors on their part that could have been solved but they refused to try to work with us. Forced to threaten legal action before we were heard and given a chance to find a new mortgage company less than 24 hours before we were to sign documents. Overall good quality. Best floor plan. Less options. Delayed delivery.

Overall very disappointed in how the lennar staff handled issues that I encountered and I will likely not buy lennar again.

Lennar was very helpful every step of the way in the buying process.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? From the first moment we met they were so careful about every single detail that it was impossible not notice the difference. We felt at home. The house was a dream, perfect, clean, almost no details to be fixed. I was expecting a high end price but no, it was a fair price and surprisingly they were flexible. The builder's team was fantastic, they took care of us as if we were the only customer they have. They not only delivered everything that was agreed but also the sales team went above and beyond. Lennar employees are very friendly and they answered all my questions. What I love the most is having one bedroom in the first floor and the upgrades in the house. Thank You Lennar!

We can not be happier with our new home. We were so excited when we saw every stage of the construction. When the day came to move in, we were blown away. We are so excited that this is our forever home

The process was super simple. The value for your money is not so great, I ran into some issues after closing with the home and was basically told it’s the quality. For example, the cabinet doors falling off, the doors peeling from the bottoms, there’s no fix it’s just the quality of the doors or the quality of the cabinets. Over $300,000 on a house and that’s the response I got.

I could not have been more disappointed in the treatment we received and the number of fixes and repairs required for a BRAND NEW HOUSE. The Lennar Title Office was absolutely horrible we were lied to repeatedly, just terrible.
