My Lennar loan officer lied about the incentive. It left a sour taste in our mouth. It was too late to walk away so we had already wrapped up at our previous place. It was not until we asked for final number (the breakdown for cash to close was not provided until we pressed for it) where the lie came out. It explained why they did not want to provide us with the number until the last second.

My experience so far with Lennar Triple Creek 50 QR, has been very negative. Mainly since moving into the home there has been a strong (methane/sulfur) odor problem in the house that has not yet been resolved. A work order submitted via the Lennar Home Warranty Portal, only to have it denied stating "not covered under warranty" Workmanship, materials and appliances are of poor quality, The home is not worth the price paid. I regret making this Lennar at Triple Creek 50 QR home purchase.

I had to have 3 blue tapes, using more than 1 roll each time, these issues for the most part are still not fixed. The process is very difficult for someone who lives in an area where the internet is not available. Supposedly I was supposed to be provided with a packet at closing, which I did not receive. I feel there has been way to many issues for being here less than 40 days, especially what we paid for this house. To start, 30 days prior to close water was pouring into the basement from a fitting that came loose the week they introduced water to the house. Surprisingly nobody was there or pressure tested the system. Just turn the water on and leave. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of construction in my brand-new home from Lennar. The HVAC system is not working properly and fails to provide adequate air circulation to the second floor, making it uncomfortably warm and nearly uninhabitable. Overall the GC doesn’t seem like he had any idea about some things in the house. We walked the house dirty and they left trash all over my yard and in the backyard and we lived with it for a month or so before they finally sent someone to clean it. Hi, Purchased home through Lennar. Went through in initial orientation, found a water leak in master bathroom. No follow up after the initial leak found. I was told management will contact, after multiple calls still no one followed up. Only when things got near the closing date, did i receive a call from the membet support and they were able to get me the updates. I was suppose to receive my closing gift, its been two months no update on this one as well. The quality of products, door knob handles, used seems very low quality.

Between AC not working day of move in after multiple issues prior to closing, ants, overall bad workmanship, shower needing to be replaced, sewage smell, faulty wiring, faulty plumbing, and almost everything being “not covered after closing. Would not recommend. They build these houses so fast and don’t care what happens after closing. Only nice people are the Sale Agents, after that it’s no good. If they do come out for “warrantable” defects, it’s “we’re doing you a favor”. Need some sense of responsibility.

When looking at the home, we were told that ALL lawn and landscape maintenance was covered - lie. We were told that the gates would start to be closed for security - lie. The homes are built as fast as they can with little care for quality work and it shows. They don't care about working with the buyers and threaten to charge them if the closing date has to be moved because we couldn't make the NHO even though they knew we couldn't make from the beginning. Lennar used a promotional interest rate of 4.75% to attract me to buying one of their homes, had i looked closer at the construction materials and methods I would have not purchased from them. The sales person was unresponsive after sale was done. Have been unable to resolve issues with home after many no show appointments. There an obvious construction deflect with exterior draining system affecting all homes. This will need to be repaired or will end in class action by residents. fFinally told to make a warranty claim when it was construction manager erroneously cut the seal in the AC. Sloppy paint and improperly installed shower drain which could cut someone’s feet and is a liability to Lennar. Was expecting better quality and service. Cannot recommend Lennar homes.

Most of the poor experience began at the time of the final walk. Nothing on the list had been completed. Numerous drywall issues throughout, bad paint. Entire new build fit and finish left a lot to be desired. When meeting with Lennar Reps, a couple of them stated "I didn't build it". Frustrating to hear when you are speaking to someone wearing a Lennar shirt. Was finally able to get things sorted out but took a visit with Division President to do so.

If I had it to do all over again- I would have went with another builder hands down. Customer service is BAD!! I was promised things would get fixed when I closed on my home and still those issues have not been dealt with- so I fixed most of them on my own. Please do your research when purchasing a home from Lennar - make sure you have numbers and people who you can contact to make sure your issues get resolved- it must be bad because all they could blame is someone that left Lennar- well I wonder why? The person who sold us the home told us many false things to make the sale. There are a lot of things that were changed out during the process to a lower quality. However, our house price did not change. The quality is awful and we have had to spend the first 60 days reaching out to Airtron, GE, Lennar, etc. to get things fixed. Not very enjoyable when you’re trying to move into a house and unpack boxes. The sad thing is we have plenty more, that will be done at the 12 month mark. This is the third house that we have built and has been by far our worst experience.

Lennar has gotten so big they have lost sight of customer service and quality home building. It appears to be more about the sale and getting the houses up as fast as possible no matter what. Quality of the homes is seriously lacking. The interior finish work is extremely sloppy. The materials used are sub-standard. The interior paint job is one thin coat of flat paint. After third-party home inspection multiple areas were not to code and had to be redone. The home buying process is cumbersome and not buyer friendly.
