I will never recommend Lennar to anyone until my issues are resolved. I was rushed to closing with many things to still be resolved and many more that I have found afterwards. No response or fixing on most work orders. I’ve decided to now take legal action.

The concept is good but the poor quality and poor responsiveness of the construction crew is frustrating. I have I have been in the house for approximately 4 months and still need work done.

Builder was okay to work with. Lack of organization when it came to my closing date due to not having my CO which caused closing to be moved several times. Because I signed a materials shortage addendum some of the materials did not seem to be of equal value as to what was in the model. Mostly pertaining to the showers in the home. Also did not like my new home orientation advisor who was at my walk throughs. He was rude and argumentative throughout the whole process. If this is your first NEW home don't expect a WOW after settlement, The appliance upgrade is not worth the $$, secure a credit and buy your own. Customer care on a local level is great but they are over whelmed due to lack of supervision on the construction end. Job sites are hazardous and an eyesore.

After this experience with Lennar I would not choose this builder again nor recommend it to another person. I love the neighborhood and the area, but the overall quality of my home and the overall experience has been terrible. It all started with the sales person and then to construction. The only easy part was with finance. I have been here since August 2021 and I am still dealing with work tickets on incomplete or damage items within the home. It’s unfortunate I sold my home prior to closing with Lennar - otherwise I would have never bought and built with Lennar. If you’re interested in spending your money that follows absolutely none of their core values - be my guest. If your are interested in sub-par quality and a horrible customer service this is the builder for you.

I closed escrow in July 2021. I expected quality for the price of the house and for having Lennar as the builder. But staying in the house for few months now brought me a lot of disappointments. I was originally told my closing would be June 8th when I put a contract on the house. Almost every other week my closing kept being put out.
