Poor workmanship, seemed disinterested when we expressed our concerns. The third stall garage stall measured smaller than on the blue prints. Therefore we are unable to fit a small car in that garage, which we had planned to do.

As a Experienced Homeowner I was Very disappointed with the builder’s team. Outside Financing, if at Possible regardless of the “Builders Incentive”it’s not worth it you will pay in the end. With a large down payment I still have a (PMI)! After you have finalized the purchase of your New Home your concerns will be slow with Repairs & Warranties. Not Timely! The concept of a NextGEN home is awesome, But the Quality of the building materials are Inexpensive and Cheap, (Cabinets). Small bedrooms and garage. Upgrades are sold to you as a packaged. The sales agent was great, other than that it is been horrible, material are cheap , craftsmanship is even worst. 5 months after closing the house still dealing with issues that were not addressed before closing Customer service is horrible. An unresponsive. At these point I am considering hiring a lawyer to deal with the issues In My house.

We have had problems after problems and then are never contacted again. And when we make contact again we are told they will be there to fix something soon and then they don’t fix it. The few things they have “fixed” are then shortly after broken again. I absolutely do not recommend.

This was not a good experience as I am still dealing with issues 5 months later. The salesperson and closing agents did a great job with the buying process and tried to help me as much as possible. Communication with them to get things repaired that their vendors created is terrible and seems to be eventually forgotten and erased. If I don’t follow up, they will not and then the process starts all over again. I am truly disappointed. This is just my experience which is very stressful.

Look it is very cleaver to do a walk through and have us sign that we did so that way your not responsible for things missed. and then the workmanship on what was done was vey poor. the paint that was used holds stains almost instantly. and boy if you don't give some a perfect ten they turn on you like your the problem. Between getting tossed around between loan people, the lack of communication, being stood up on inspection day, poor workmanship, not guaranteeing or covering the inferior products that they install, not installing basics like window screens, microwaves, a full yard of sod, sprinklers, more than 1 outside tap, or garage door openers, I wish I didn't buy Lennar. I feel like I paid full price for half of a house and the process was torture. So unhappy!

1. Lennar Mortgage - easy to deal with, competent mortgage officer. 2. Lennar Title - titled our unit to 3 other buyers who actually purchased other units. Seems someone didn't change the unit number when preparing the titles. When we went to the tax collector's office we found out about the title issue. This prevented us from applying for our homestead exemption until it was corrected. Luckily the Lennar Title was fixed just in time. 3. Lennar sold our mortgage within 3 weeks of moving in. Our mortgage included a buy down, which was an incentive, so we would use Lennar mortgage. The buy down ...

Lennar built its homes sloppily. Poor appliances. Cheap carpet padding. Cheap bath fixtures. The woman who walked us through houses (Priscilla) wanted absolutely nothing to do with me after the sale. No guidance. Nothing. The process in the application was ok, however, information regarding what was covered and offered, was not clearly explained. The price for HOA dues were incorrectly quoated which caused some descrepiency with the HOA once moved in, HOA stating the price was higher. I have yet to speak to a HOA Rep. with a live voice, I only get e-mails, which some are just a paste and resend copy from a previous onversation. So many things that was supposed to be repaired but wasn’t. The lake is filthy with garbage. Concerned what health hazards it might posed to us. It Hasn’t been cleaned in the 4 months we live here. The workers broke the apron on my drive way, from driving over it due to all the work trucks blocking the roads, and I was told it’s not warranted because it’s not half inch wide. No listens or hear. We feel so violated and disrespected. Sad that We bought into this development.

The quality of the work is not acceptable for a new home. Baseboards are not cut and connected squarely. Door trim was cut too short leaving an ugly space between the bottom of the door trim and the flooring. In one case the entire door was installed too high, so now there is a 2 inch space under the door. Windows are crooked so that our blinds have to be installed crooked in the other direction to compensate. Bathroom tile installed crooked. Bottom master shower tile installed with sharp edges are felt on feet no matter where one stands. The paver walkway to our front door is installed ...

A lot of little details were left undone just to push the sale. Plants were dead not enough mulch irrigation heads messed up water bill has been high because of lack of repair. A/C unit went out in 3 months.
