I would like to get all the things fixed in my home that were not up to standard. I have lived in the home since March and most of my issues haven't been addressed after numerous tickets put into the portal.

I’ve moved in for 4 months, yet most of my repair requests prior to closing has been pending since then. Management is not doing their job on monitoring progress.

The sales person was friendly and helpful . However when it came to warranty work, totally non responsive on all levels unreturned txt messages , full voicemail boxes I cannot even leave a message and after several attempts I still got no response or follow up. I want to know what good is your warranty if nobody follows through . Very frustrating and I definitely will not recommend Lennar to anyone who wants to buy a house . How can I get somebody to honor your company's warranties

Terrible Mortgage staff especially for being a first time buyer, lost me thousands of dollars for not locking me in when they were supposed to. Almost no communication, they really don’t care about you, you are just another number. Warranty People will tell you they will fix things and you have warranty but they don’t tell you what voids it and they will do whatever it takes to not fix anything… find gray lines, loops, etc. Very dishonest. Will tell you they will take care of something to your face and then never hear back from them again.

Too many follow-ups and did not deliver all they promised

Very poor construction manager. As a customer you need to visit every day your home while construction if you want to save yourself. Before I bought the home they promised fence will come outside the property and it was not completed as promised. Would never recommend. With raising market these people dont even care to hear the concern once you close the home

How many people you have to deal with to get anything done.

I went thru 3 loan officers and each time had to resend my requested documents. So far my loan has been sold twice. We are on the 2nd company we pay our HOAs to. And a third construction manager, who is responsible for taking care of our warranty work. And I have only been in my house for 4 months. I love my house but as pretty as it looks, the quality of construction stinks. For example, came home to a flooded bathroom after a rain because the roof was leaking, they use a cheap flat paint that can’t be washed and gave me a coupon to get a gallon of matching paint for touch up but that paint ...

The Lennar finance team, specifically Bobby, was awful regarding communication and limited in giving info or helping us during the loan process. Despite my > 800 credit score, he could have done better with the interest rate. Yet I got stuck with a higher interest than the going rate in the market. I felt deceived. Regarding the building process, everything seemed to be “no”. Not flexible at all. The workmanship, 5 months later I’m still correcting things identified in the final walk through. Just last month I found out that one of the vents on the roof was not placed. It was missing. ...

Sales reps were disrespectful I still have a clue tape items and each week have to follow up with construction to ask if they will compete the blue tape items. I shouldn’t have to ask in the first place but it’s a constant battle. This is not been a fun experience, buying my first home.

The lack of customer service from several walk throughs to address issues to having items that were not repaired after setlement

Drywall and painting of our home was rushed and it shows. We have crooked wall as well. The lack of concern from our project manager during walk throughs was terrible even though he promised all of our concerns would be addressed and corrected.

Hurry up and finish!

Upgraded cabinets were not cared for. After installation we saw several small indents,scratches and paint chips. Flooring was put in with three spot of red sharpie showing, can find a way to remove them without damaging the visual appreance. Sod was installed without any watering being done. Struggling greatly with that this summer. One of our trees died. ( Yes we watered it). Drywall screws are backing out like crazy. This is making painting nightmare. For almost $400,000. We thought we would get more quality out of it. Lots of headaches to go through this first year. Lots of short cuts ...

Overpriced tract home

Each day is a discovery of so Erving else not working correctly, having to deal with rude contractors, or experiencing an issue with trying to get resolve a repair that’s been “fixed” poorly. Also, this lot is way too close to other neighbors. When a contractor friend of mine stated, “when someone pays over half a million dollars for a home, they shouldn’t have these kinds of issues”, the response from the Lennar customer service manager, “Everyone is paying that price for these houses”. Does that mean it’s okay the workmanship is awful?

In this area, spend more money with a builder who is known to produce a more quality build. It will be worth it and a better protection of your investment.

We found a lot of mistakes and after being in the home for a few months we still see things that were not fixed but at this point, we are told that is cosmetic. We still have a big hole in our back yard which I've almost fallen a few times. Just received a letter in the mail that my CCD cost is going up and my monthly mortgage also went up. We still have no pool or playground as promised when we moved in but we have about 75 more new homes. Almost forgot to mention it took about two months for us to get a mail box and had to go to the post office every other day if we could make it before ...

Do not close unless home is “complete” correctly. We had a “punch list” of over twenty items not complete at closing and here now 4months later still many things not complete. Get a home inspection.

Issues were not addressed promptly, corners were cut on quality and some pieces were thrown together and not built correctly, like the island in the kitchen. The best part about this process was the sales person, Penny!

Don’t expect service after they have your money. We closed 1st week of Feb 2021 still waiting for them to complete work orders for repair or correction of items in build. Less then half have been completed or started. Items like door cracked, bad refrigerator, drywall repair. painting are just a few things. This is mid June 2021. Great place to live great lot. Extremely stressful when you paid for something you did not get and promises broken. Our Construction Manager was good then got overwhelmed with other new builds. Not enough help to take care of homeowners who already paid!
