Sales - good Closing - average at best Walk through - nothing done between walkthrough and closing. And then they tried to send me to the Warranty team to input more than 15 issues. None of them were terribly hard…they just weren’t completed at anll. It wasn’t until I had to find the correct person, Bo that something got done. Thankfully Bo took care of the customer and without his intervention the experience could have been worse.

I'm not really sure what I have to do to write a review on here. They have rejected my review 6 times so far. Lennar is the worst company to deal with to buy a house. The quality of the house is okay for the money that I paid but getting here was so far beyond reasonable. This will be no less than the sixth time. I have tried to write a review on this site to let other people know how rough it is trying to actually buy a home with the company. The lender agent was the worst. My agent told me that my work vehicle would be okay to park in the neighborhood, but a week or two after moving in, the Hoa President stated that it was not allowed. Now we’re in a big financial bind to either find another place to live and move or to find a place to move my truck and end up paying a monthly rent for that. It was a terrible lie that got us in this place.

I hear closing is nothing short of a stressful time that every home buyer just wants to get over with. But in my case this was “never seen before delays” and unprofessionalism from the loan officer, but more so on the loan processor. A few documents that were submitted to Lennar earlier in the closing process for the closing date got lost in Lennar hands, causing my closing date to be delayed by 2 days and closing at 9:50PM… So pretty much 3 days.

House itself is wonderful! Buying experience 0/10. Lennar agent was a no show no call at closing. Told me that I had no HOA fees for 2 years. Upon reading the disclosures, I found that this misleading information was due to to me prepaying for them. Closing was delayed which cost me $1200 to extend my lock rate and associated housing fees as the closing was delayed a whole month.

I bought the house as a broker and the sales team didn't mention the bonus they were giving to the other brokers for the house in that community. The lender team was very irresponsible. They provided Closing Disclosures the day before closing after repeatedly asking for it.

The selling/builder agent was awesome. The property is beautiful. However, Lennar Mortgage representatives did not pay any significant attention to the buyers needs or wants. My experience was not the best. There were Docusigs almost weekly. There seemed to be very little communication between the loan officer and the underwriter so I was asked to provide information more than once. There were delays that I still don’t understand. At the end of the day you are buying a home not a customer experience, but the customer experience was very poor on the sales side and has gone significantly downhill since the last time we purchased a Lennar Home. I will highly advise any new buyer to get their own finance, Lennar finance department is a joke!! We almost walked towards the end because they couldn’t get on the same page between their own company! Building department is ok, I definitely suggest visiting your property during construction as much possible! We bought from out of town and I wish I would’ve been able to walk the property at least biweekly, could’ve save a lot of headaches and problems I now have to deal with, bad tile cuts and grout, lots of drywall issues and a lot of trim not finished properly among other things!

wost experience of my life. I was stressed put until the day I moved. From pre-approval nothing changed for me financially, but I had to keep submitting letters saying how I'm going to pay my mortgage. Nothing changed for me financially, I would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy.

The Lennar representative lied to us about the amenities being included in the HOA price in SQ. After trying to use the pool, we found out that it was not included and required membership to the country club.
