Everybody working for lennar don't care about the customer. Every issue I had, I had no assistance to minimum assistance. For example: 6 months after buying the property my bath tub is still missing caulking. I contacted lennar, etc nobody came to fix it. The pavement in front of the house has steps from paint, nobody came to pressure wash that, and lots more.

I the space and the layout of the house. I hate the quality of the workmanship, from the paint work to the interior door (all of them rattle), and the loose downspouts that drive me crazy at night time, the creaking floor and falling recess lights those are few examples of the list of disappointment. We did have a good experience with our sells person.

For a first time buyer I was so excited on buying my first house and spend time with family and friends. But now that the time passes by I get to notice a lot of stuff that isn’t right and that the contractors and builders let it slide under the rug so they could sell, sell and sell ,not focusing on quality and safety of the people that it’s planning to stay in the new house for the rest of their lives. Per example crooked wall in the kitchen and door of living room swings by itself because of that. Roof trusses, 2x4’s cheap and a lot of pieces look like a dog chewed on them and they ...

It has taken about 20 separate visits over the course of 3 months, from the building to complete items that were either not completed or done incorrectly and its still not finished.

Please pay close attention to concrete work that is inferior to most builders in the region. The landscape provided is far the worst I have seen for a new home. (many dead or dying, cheap plants)

Lennar makes a lot of promises about clean up and touching up issues on your final walk-through but fails to deliver on 100% of them. Most of it is little stuff where if you dont mind doing construction cleanup and minor repairs are no big deal but still pretty disappointing that none of it was done by closing. You can try putting in requests after you move in but alot of it will just be marked completed and no one will ever come out.

Closed on the home with items still outstanding. Assurances given that all would be taken care of in short order. Not to delay the closing and moving plans, etc. we went ahead and closed. Now we still have outstanding items, no contact with our superintendent who conveniently leaves a message on his voicemail that he does not check voice mail messages, and to email instead. Turns out, he does not respond to emails either. Felt very rushed to close, then they vanish. Not impressed and not happy overall.

Promises made are not always promises kept. We still have stickers on the outside of our windows and construction debris in our yard. I have no plants growing in my flower beds and the palm trees are only alive because we are watering them. The sink materials are plastic. Make sure everything is done before you close or it won’t get done for months.

Materials it was fine but the only thing im not satisfied is the insulation ( its not insulated well. I can hear my daughter and my Son in the other rooms talking ,just talking. Who build it? Some of the base boards are not tight! I address that but they said it will get better in time. The kitchen cabinets are i think is too high. I know its according to plan, its ok. Great until you’re house closes

We love our house but I am worried about how it’s going to last. Lennar seemed great before our house was sold but we have seriously struggled to get any of our warranty work done. They are unresponsive and often just don’t show up when scheduled. It’s been months and the works not done. Following up with them gets exhausting.

We love the layout of the home which is why we picked it. The Workmanship is poor. We have paint runs down the banister, all across the baseboards, the subfloor wasn't installed properly in the bathroom creating tile cracks. Had that fixed and now the grout is cracked. It takes forever for someone to come out and fix anything. The outside cleaning that was supposed to be completed in November had yet to be done and it is currently March. The paint job is horrible! The banister received 1 coat, the wood is showing through, there is building dust painted into the banister. Its horrible. For a ...
