Let me start by saying Rich and Aaron are very great and helpful with issues. I appreciate all their help. They are the only good experience I have had with lennar. I am not to happy at this point with everything else. There is a lot of sloppy work done. Carpet and drywall feels very cheap. Floor boards are creeping everywhere. I feel this house was rushed being built. I was rushed to pick my colors and was refused a small changes. Poor quality workmanship. No pride in work very sloppy. House is not level, flooring poorly laid, poor paint job. Paint splattered all over the tile floor, poor quality concrete. No lighting in home except for bathroom and kitchen.

I am new owner of a Lennar home, but I'm having a hard time enjoying it. Besides (1) issues during the build, (2) a large (and still-growing) list of poor craftsmanship/building issues throughout the house, and (3) horrific customer service and responsiveness, Lennar made two particularly egregious mistakes while rushing to sell me a house by the end of their fiscal year. 1. Lennar sold me a house in the winter without heat on the top floor (bedrooms). I am disappointed in the quality of the products/appliances used/installed in my property. The kitchen isn’t up to code, the floor isn’t level and the very low quality grass/sod was infested when installed.

I was excited to be buying a lennar home but i was disappointed with not being able to choose the elevation of the home. our house was a moonlight skye series and its all white it makes no sense that lennar would do this the house looks unfinished. Also during the walkthrough there were so many things wrong with the house due to the construction team building these houses too fast and sloppy. the sale agents were awesome though very nice and helpful its just the craftsmanship of lennar thats quite horrible and now my family has to live with these flaws for a long time.

From what I was told they higher production workers. Thus meaning quality is not the product they deliver. I’ve had other contractors come in and laugh at the final product. I had plumbing not completed. Which resulted in water all in my basement when running my washer for the first time. A lot of small things they chose to walk away from that should have been fixed. Overall, the house is beautiful! The followup on responding to issues and fixing those issues is really bad. My landscaping throughout the backyard has holes to where almost every piece of sod that was laid, is going to cause someone to sprain or break their ankle. We paid to have our hood in the kitchen vented to the outside. This was not completed and no one has come out to correct despite multiple attempts at contacting to find out when this work would be done. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they do not stand behind their work or items that are listed in a contract.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the house. I understand it is the cheapest new built house in the county. However I stretched my dollars as a single mother to provide something better and safer for my daughter. Upon moving in there were a myriad of issues which are still unfixed as of today. Shortly after move in we discovered that our master shower had two shower heads installed too close together to be useful. Reported to customer care and they admitted it was a mistake but refused to move the misplaced shower head. Went up the chain with no success. Then our sales rep got involved, and eventually emailed us that Lennar would correct the mistake. On contacting him to find out when the work would be scheduled we were advised that Lennar had changed their minds and were again refusing to correct their mistake. Terrible finishing work

Literally every single piece of crown molding in my house has split and separated from the wall and we have only lived here for 6 months. There is a wall that is 2 inches slanted out in the middle of a hallway, the grinder pump wasn't installed properly and I spent a full day fixing it myself. Cal-Atlantic had a great design, Lennar however is terrible at execution. Shooty work all over and no pride taken in the craft. So many warranty issues I have to deal with.

These are brand new homes and should not have issues with items such as carpet, slump stone walls, smoke detectors going off when the oven is over 400 degrees or you use the self cleaning options etc. Many neighbors are experiencing the same issues but they don't take the time to report it. We are not alone! with the same problems in other homes,. GET THIS FIXED!!

I wish I'd known about the builder. We would've bought an existing house and not had to deal with the disappointments. Inspect your home thoroughly!!! Huge gaps between the floors and the walls. We've had major repairs for things in the first month that couldn't have actually been inspected, let alone pass inspection!?!

Purchased a "Ready Home" in Solterra Springs that was not ready. There were missing doors, painting that needed to be done, and substandard workmanship overall. There are carpet staples popping up all over the edges of the carpeting. Quality control seems to be an issue.

very slow to take care of issues I have been waiting 4 months for a big pile of debris left by builder to be removed from my yard. my ac unit is to small for my house size, poor quality sliding glass doors no handles, floor tiles very cheap, paint on walls mark should have had a finish instead of flat, customer service rep is very good but his hands are tied, landscaping is worse ive ever seen no imagination, sod not laid properly very bumpy and spacey. Sub-par engineering, construction supervision and quality of workmanship. Lack of diligent workmanship is a reflection of the builder's rush to complete home construction without paying attention to detail and pride in work quality. Customer service is wanting and repeated subcontractor visits are required to rectify mistakes/blunders.
