The home buying process was easy. Everyone was great to work with.

The buying experience was great. Everything went smoothly and every response was quick. I feel that they delivered quality better than I anticipated. So it is a good value for money. However the post sale service is not so good. There was no guidance on the electronic security system and till date I have not seen any feedback on that. Even for small repair they have very rigid time schedule which means you need to take leave for getting anything in the house. So the happiness of getting good home got mixed up with poor service.

We are not first time home buyers. There are so many questions to be asked and make sure to get all those questions completely answered. The fees are very overwhelming and you need to understand all of it. We feel there has been broken down communications between subcontractors and Lennar. As homeowners it’s incredibly frustrating to purchase a new home, with no previous owners, and have many, many issues of improper and sub-level finishing of paint, kitchen cabinet, fan, shower, garage door, mirror and appliance issues. We all are paying crazy amounts of money to finish our homes and then have to deal with these problems. That’s $$ down the drain, added stress and ridiculous amount of time having to keep on others to get the jobs finished properly. It simply is not economically smart. If you do it right the first time, then it’s not an economic issue. But there have been way too many issues. First time home buyer’s don’t know or are afraid to say anything not knowing their investment will be problematic in resale if they do not get these issues fixed. I cannot say positively we will ever purchase another Lennar home. But we are upgrading already to make sure when we sell, there won’t be major issues to bring items up to standards that people /buyers demand. ... More

The workmanship-Mediocre, horrible interior paint job, lack of any attention to details regarding the finishes. No gutters at all. Materials-The cheapest of the cheapest that they could get ahold of. The cheap double sink is a nightmare to look at and to use. The paint goes away just by touching it, the bathrooms have a porcelain set that costs 8.99 but the worst one is the floor that chips just by looking at it. The Carpet is no exception to their cheap carnival of low-quality materials. A tiny loud food compactor and a loud and cheap dishwasher.

Absolutely love our house. Absolutely disappointed in the follow through with getting the punch list taken care of by Lennar. Seems they are more concerned with getting out of a neighborhood than they are following up with promises made to finish / repair / replace some items not done correctly prior to close. Again, love the house, just don’t love the empty promises

The agent who sold the house to me miss-led me.

We love our new home! But, one thing to be aware of is that while there are choices you can make on options and certain features, Lennar is not a custom builder and there will likely be things you want to change. Those have to wait until you take ownership-additional outlets, lights and fans, and better shelving in closets/pantry. Lennar’s sales person was very good and the construction manager at the end of our build was very competent as well. With the pandemic, our home completion was delayed three months and they had a lot of turnover in construction managers. The home is great and well-built-we have had only minor issues in our 4 months since closing and those have been addressed. ... More

Slow to respond to issues once you close

Great Experience! Good Quality. I was very pleased with my home!

Overall the experience was good, but I wish that I was offered a choice of lots and be more involved in the building process.

This organization is very professional and easy to deal with. We had a very pleasant experience dealing with their staff. Love the workmanship that went in to the house. I would buy from them again.

Quality of the Lennar home is amazing. The sales department is not entirely truthful. We were limited to three dock options. After moving in, we noticed a few non-option docks that we would have preferred to have. Our grounds maintenance is included with our HOA, We have had to trim our berm and hire a pest control company to treat our lawn and berm for fire ants and lawn eating bugs. Other issues include a four month construction delay and getting warranted items repaired in a reasonable time. Our pool skimmer was blocked with construction cement for a month before it was correctly cleared of the blockage. The pool timer panel was defective on install. The electrical panel was not replaced for three months. A defective drawer front took one month to be replaced. The homes are built well, but the maintenance is subpar. Before closing we went through the house with Wyatt. We had identified numerous items in need of repair. Upon moving in we noticed the blue tape marks were gone, but the repair was not completed. Most noticeable was the wall in the garage in need of a coat of paint. We are still waiting on a portion of the lanai cage to be tightened to prevent more turtles, frogs, snakes, bugs and geckos from entering caged area. Most of these issues could have been prevented if the inspector responsible for the final home Inspection of the property had thoroughly inspected the property and had paid more attention to detail. ... Lennar does not keep its word and my home has a lot of problems still to be fixed. From floors to bathroom fixtures.

Was very disappointed in my newly constructed duplex. I have had my previous homes built and never had any of the issues I had with this purchase.The positive aspect is that customer service has been very responsive in resolving the issues

Very quick turnaround on issues I posted on the web site. I am very satisfied with the house bought.
