buyers pay close attention to details and don't close until u are truly satisfied . Corners cut in the workmanship. On closing day, 2 hours before our closing, and before we started our final walkthrough they had the audacity to show the home to potential buyers and it was very unprofessional, on closing day the floors were not cleaned and we weren't told not even who the utility company was until after a week we moved in and found out the water company was another utility company than we thought two-weeks after we moved in, we received garage openers a week after we moved in and we should have received them day of closing, ... The customer service at Lennar is top notch. Whatever you need they’re there to help!

Lennar homes are good quality for the price. However the lack of ability to customize or address problems with a floor plan or design is frustrating. When we found issues with the construction or finishings, Lennar did address them which we appreciated. We are happy with our home and glad Lennar is a builder that makes the American Dream possible but it won’t be a perfect process.

The construction manger was/has been great. The title department was the worst!!! I have NEVER had such a horrible experienced. It’s been 4 months since my closing and last month I was looking for final/completed/signed documents in the portal (that you push so much), to find out they were not there. I had to call title to get them. Defeats the purpose of your so called portal. You have been a failure in almost every aspect of the experience. I say almost only because of Shane the construction manager.

Great workmanship in some areas, others lacking especially paint and trim. Very poor interior paint. Drywall tape shows through in numerous areas.

Overall a good experience, sometimes a little difficult to get information in a timely fashion. We bought a Villa so there wasn’t any choices, but I thought the package had good options picked for us. Interior paint could be a little thicker/durable ....

Lennar made the entire buying process easy

We liked that all window coverings came with the house and it was 100% turnkey. This house is for our college kids. It is perfect for them

Working with the warranty person Talisha has been good. Working with Lennar during purchase was frustrating and disappointing. We feel that they strung us along with an issue that was brought up when we looked at the house the first time with their salesperson. A resolution was denied two days before closing approx 4 weeks after the issue was brought up.

Good company and staff. Awful closing process.

Warm, engaging and trustworthy sales staff, and terrific construction manager, who super diligent and informative. We were in very good hands from start to finish with the construction of our new home, and Lennar delivered on schedule, which is remarkable in the current environment.

Great house and so far the community had been great to us.

This is a great builder

TERRIBLE responsiveness to issues. Would have been really screwed had we not hired an external inspector. More workmanship errors and cut corners very apparent longer we are in there, and Lennar is VERY unresponsive and slow to these issues. I will NEVER buy from Lennar again

The experience with lennar is OK

Overall the building experience and end result was as expected. I am a little disappointed with the landscaping, specific to sod. It is unsatisfactory. Four months later and the property behind our lot has not been beautified. The construction fencing is still up and the area has not been cleared. It is unsightly and we are unable to fully enjoy our views. We have addressed this and nothing has been done.

Do not buy from Lennar

Poor customer service and poor craftsmanship.

If my house wasn’t worth what it is I would probably be disappointed.

Lennar is an outstanding company and quality is well observed in the home itself.

This community was opened more than one and a half years ago and the homeowners are waiting for the Board of Trustees, which at this time is totally composed of Lennar representative, to meet with the owners that have closed on their homes. We want open representation and that is not happening!

REALLY ENJOY MY NEW HOME.
