Salesman Chad Bush. Great Quality of workmanship. Dreadful. I already submitted a review and heard nothing. I have already requested solutions to no end. Waste of time doing this I’m sure

I think my timing was perfect on moving here. Lennar had already started my home and I was not able to pick all the cabinets, floors etc, but the designers did a very nice job.

I wish they would have worked with us on the closing after initially telling us we would close the end of May it cost us an extra $4,000.

Everyone was very nice and showed us the different options we had for the square footage and type of home we had in mind. The house was done couple of weeks sooner than we expected. Also met a realtor at the office that listed our house for sale. Our house sold the first day it was listed, and he was very helpful in all aspects of our sale and purchase. Crew chief made sure any problems we found in the new build were taken care of quickly. We worked with a great bunch of people and we love our new house.

our house AC flooded 2 months after moving in. It was a horrible experience and hardly anyone helped us get things resolved until the Regional Manager stepped in. Ken did an incredible job but all other employees of Lennar that I talked to seemed uninterested and negligent while our home was flooded.

Experience with builder was good. On site management falls short of understanding customer service or satisfaction

Was not happy with the fact that there were no choices, just packages. I took the highest priced packages because of the size of the floor tile, Loved package 3D except for the floor. I wanted the floors in package 3B (Same price package). Was told it was not going to happen. It was a really simple change at no extra expense to Lennar, but I was turned down. I understand they're their to make a profit but my floor change would not have affected their bottom line or the time line to finish the house. There were a few other issues along the way that I don't even want to get into.

Love my new home! Looking forward to many years here.

After possession of the house, toilets flooded due to main pipe outside the street, and lennar was not helpful in fixing the problem or cleaning the mass inside the house

Finance department and site manager really made my experience great.

I was a little unhappy with the fact that I was basically threatened by Daniel, with being cancelled for the fact that I wanted to use my own lender. He said that order came from the top ( corporate ) NOT COOL GUYS!! But other than that, everything once passed that point was GREAT really GREAT!! Everyone in my opinion was stellar!! I will definitely refer you to loved ones and friends , HOWEVER , I may mention that one sticking point ! Overall… I give you a 9 !

Slowly finding minor issues and shortcuts that the builders took. I,e., homes don’t have ANY storage space, electrical sockets cutout too big- tried to patch up. Paint patch ups are different colors. Silicone and paint mess ups. Trash wasn’t picked up out of heard before grading and layers of grass put out.

What you see is what you get. There are few options and when complete the build is ready to live in.

The quality of work would’ve gotten 5 stars if my flooring wasn’t awful. We had our final walk thru/move in on March 30 2021 and when doing the final walk thru everyone agreed the flooring was horrible. We marked it with tape and were guaranteed they would take care of this for us that same week. I even took 2 weeks PTO so I could be home and not delay the work… It’s been 4 months and my flooring has only gotten worst and we still have areas with tape that were never fixed. I’ve requested service numerous times only to have a Lennar Rep either do a virtual call and agree the work is bad or have someone come out to take pictures of my floor. They’ve came out about 4 different times only to tell me “I will take pictures and open a case for you.” This is ridiculous, at this point I feel you guys are avoiding the situation until the warranty is over. Which is what happen with the plants, the day of the final walk thru Lennar Rep. agreed the plants weren’t the best and verbally agreed to have landscaping come and replace the ugly plants ya gave us with nicer looking plants. (We are the only house with these hideous plants) But as soon as we signed and I called the very next day to get something scheduled ya turned me down saying we can’t do anything about them. Which is just wrong considering I had the Lennar Customer Service Rep & Construction Manager both on site telling me it would be taken care of that same week. The only other issue I have was the loan estimates were terribly off. The first estimate I received said we would be paying approx. $1600 monthly then I got one saying $1800 monthly and the final real deal closing ended up at $2300 monthly that’s a 43% increase from the original estimate. ... Experiencing good service for response from leannar company. But if you improve the qulity, actually we don't need the service a lot.

I went thru 3 loan officers and each time had to resend my requested documents. So far my loan has been sold twice. We are on the 2nd company we pay our HOAs to. And a third construction manager, who is responsible for taking care of our warranty work. And I have only been in my house for 4 months. I love my house but as pretty as it looks, the quality of construction stinks. For example, came home to a flooded bathroom after a rain because the roof was leaking, they use a cheap flat paint that can’t be washed and gave me a coupon to get a gallon of matching paint for touch up but that paint is discontinued. I was told that when I moved in it would be spotless but the windows has not been cleaned (in fact I had to scrape paint off of them) and the clean them myself. The floors had not been cleaned after all the construction, so they did it as I was moving in all while slopping that dirty mop water on the walls and patio door glass. There was Paint on my bathroom vanity’s. 2 broken floor tiles…You know they saw that when they laid it. And the list goes on and on. Not to mention, I still can’t open my lanai door to the outside because the pavers are too high and it drags. And all my pavers have some non-removable stain on them. They powered washed them with some chemicals that did not remove the stains. And now supposed to come back and try it again. But the last time, water came into my garage and the front door and made one heck of a sandy mess for me to clean up. I love my new home but really scared of what I will continue to find. ... More

Didn't care about my needs or requirements. Not a good home buying experience.

This is my 9th Lennar build and the best experience. Build on time and the mortgage process was amazing.

The workers on all aspects of the actual structure do work very hard and fast.

Run! Terrible experience. All around terrible. From workmanship to responsiveness. I wish no stars were aption.

Our closing was more intense due to our situation I guess. I love everything however not enough drawers in kitchen. We’re adding an island.
