The whole process was very overwhelming and messy. We were pushed to close so quickly in this home that had alot of issues to be addressed. We made it aware during walk through, and they told us to just submit a ticket in warranty and they will cover it. The response time from everyone has been very delayed. We are still having issues to this day with our address not being able to be validated because it is a new construction home. I recently purchased a home from this builder, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. When we bought the home, we trusted the pricing and assumed we were making a good choice. 1. The first day I moved in-no hot water, 2. Second week, price sediment in shower to find out main sewer line was not draining- house was not up to code 3. Nick was great on getting things fixed on his end, everyone else was terrible, especially Brooke the virtual consultant 4. Loose shingles on roof. ALL OF ThIS & the inconvenience I lived with for two weeks because of the sewer made buying from Lennar a nightmare.

The representatives at the Lennar office for Eastland Crandall showed little effort in assisting, and their response time to emails and texts was disappointing. Also, discrepancy between the website listing and actual appliances.

I was very excited to buy a home in this community. First of all, they didn’t finish the home until the day of closing. They were still working on that day just until I closed and then vanished. Work outside and inside was pending. I had reported the plumbing issue and was told it will be taken care of. They have installed a non-standard bathtub and surrounding wall which does not fit and due to which lot of water is going to waste. I raised several requests but all requests have been closed without any resolution. I am very disappointed with my decision to buy here.

Lennar mortgage is one of the worst lender to deal with.

Lennar Sales’s agent is good. But, Lennar mortgage is one of the worst team to deal with. Not at all happy with their service and they are not helping customer. Because of their lack of last minute changes, have to spend 5k extra for loan points. I never recommend Lennar mortgage to anyone.

It’s been a horrible experience from beginning to end. I had to fight for a month and a half with Lennar to finally close on my house for they consistently had issues on their end and were not communicative about anything. I am a single woman and they dragged my process along without communicating with me at all. I finally got a MALE ADULT to go to the Lennar building and he got my house keys in two minutes. Randal if you buy a Lennar home you best look at it carefully and make them fix everything before you move in. I had sprinklers 8’ off the fence line and one in the neighbors yard, flat paint thought out the house, I had no heat or air conditioning for 5 days I have front and back doors with day light coming through them and my back yard floods every time it rains not to mention my interior doors don’t shut oh almost forgot pair on tile work.

Closing was rushed, certain appliances and utilities weren't even on/installed by the time of 'final walkthrough.' Not sure why there was a final walkthrough when the home was clearly not ready, not to mention paint everywhere. Worksmanship was mediocre and looked cheap. Multiple door handles loose/falling off, extremely dirty everywhere, some panels on inside falling off, all while being rushed to sign documents for close. Sure Lennar builds homes in highly desirable areas and their pricing is competitive. However, I've had the absolute worst experience from day 1 to closing with nearly all of Lennar's representatives. I strongly recommend if you decide to buy a Lennar home to use your own real estate agent, even if you have to pay him/her since Lennar does not offer buyer commission in sought after communities. Confusing, cumbersome, exhausting finance & closing process

I purchased a new Lennar home and used Lennar finance/closing company. During the process I was required to register 3 seperate portals; building, finance and closing. During the process I recieved over 200 emails from Lennar employees. I have purchased several homes in the past and have never experienced this lack of communication/confusion that I did between Lennar employees. There is no reason company of this size can not streamline their process and make it more simplistic for the customer. I would never use Lennar finance/closing company again.

The unit would be more valuable and flexible if it had 2 feet more width and depth. The garage is too small for the average car. Doors to narrow for multiple passing and closing without interference of some kind. Doors to narrow 28" throughout. 4-5 doors would have been better as Sliding doors.
