We love our Lennar home. The floorplan is exactly what we wanted. We were able to get a great incentives and an amazing interest rate to make buying a home affordable. Definitely recommend!

Everything is so rushed. No front yard landscaping or drains. Sidewalks are mainly dirt??? It causes mud and a mess everywhere so everyone just walks in the street. Good luck getting your solar to work after closing. Nice parks and open areas with commercial space. Items after closing have been completed for the most part.

I had a nice experience from the beginning to end. The neighborhood is wonderful.

I have already recommended Lennar to quite a few friends and will continue to do so. My husband and I had a fabulous experience with every aspect of buying our home and we absolutely love it. Thanks Lennar and everyone involved.

I have purchased a lot of lennar homes in the past and the experience was by far the best. From the sales person to the mortgage team. The construction guy. Very knowledgeable and responsive about the whole process.

We were very pleased with the purchasing process. The financial people were very helpful and responsive. The quality of the workmanship is a b+. We have had nothing but trouble trying to get the solar operational. The company they have turned it over to, never returns phone calls or emails. Other than a few warranty issues that have hopefully been resolved, we're very happy with the purchase. They have been doing a lot of work on the landscaping, and it looks very nice.

love my new home only major problem is flow of heat through home. not even flow colder in other areas. use better quality carpet.

Horrible experience with the whole closing situation. Was lied to several times. Was told my closing cost included the 2026 HOA dues. I have had to put in several requests for repairs. I’m still putting in request for the same problem that was supposed to have already been fixed. I could go on & on about how horrible my experience of buying my 1st home was but at this point I’ve figured out it will do NO good!

From the Sales Agent, the walk through Representative and Customer Service Team, my experience was and has been wonderful. The people with Lennar made my buying a house a very smooth process. Lennar truly cares and has been there when I needed them. Very Professional, quick response, and follow up. I love my house. Thanks to all the associates at Lennar, AJM

Lennar made what should’ve been an exciting first home purchase feel like a full-time stress job. From day one, communication was weak, timelines kept shifting, and clear answers were almost impossible to get. Every step felt rushed, disorganized, and reactive instead of professional and proactive. For a first-time buyer, this is the exact opposite of what you need — and Lennar failed on all fronts. Issues were constantly pushed down the line, questions took forever to get answered (if they were answered at all), and promises made early in the process magically changed later. Nothing felt transparent. Nothing felt consistent. Everything felt like damage control. Buying your first home is supposed to feel secure and exciting. Lennar was great to work with from the time I started looking and continues to be very responsive to requests and needs. Brandon found the home for me and helped get it closed quickly. Marco walked me through lending all the way to closing, standing by every thing he promised. Miles and Guillermo have been most helpful on any repairs or requests after moving in. Quality of construction appears to be great, no issues so far! I do wish they would change the source for appliances. Overall they work but if I had to rate the appliances would be a low rating. Had very good experience with Lennar

We had just moved in ,yes you are correct , we’ve had problems since the day we finally settled in , handles braking off from bathroom,holding floor on top floor ,took quit some time for someone to come out and fix it , electrical issues ,the top half of the house kept turning off ,took them some time to come look at it . All was said it was the tv doing the mess up ,like whaaaatt. This house is very beautiful but for what we will end up paying for it it’s worth its price now that we are having problems . The side of our home was flooded with water due to HOA as we were told ,city of Phoenix couldn’t touch it,took them some time to come fix it,flooded our back yard . Yes sorry for this bad review but not sorry , this is crazy ,I’m sure any home buyer would be livid just as we are . But what can we do other then wait till it got fixed or looked at right . They installed a leaking dishwasher TWICE. The repair person they sent out no called/ no showed THRICE!

From the time we showed interest in our duplex the salesman Marc was very helpful to the closing with Heather was a very good experience. Heather was so helpful every step of the way.

This was my first Lennar home buying experience. It was the fastest smooth closing I ever had. The team was efficient and worked very closely with me. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. I LOVED the utilization of all the technological advancements. Way to go Lennar! I would highly recommend Lennar for your home buying experience.

House is very nice. So far we are very happy in this neighborhood.

To improve it would be nice to offer an upgrade in paint. What was used is cheap and feels like sand paper. Already have the whole down stairs re-painted. None of the light switches match up and we had to install a lot of lights which was shocking. We have many light switches that operate nothing that we can tell. No ceiling fans at all. Would also have been nice to add blinds or at least have the option to pay for them in the house purchase. Another expense to get this completed.
