This has been a horrendous experience. From the loan application, closing and move-in phases have been miserable. Disclosures statement from Lennar was wrong day before closing. Closing attorneys called me "petty" when I found differences in their charges. Refused to give me keys despite differences in disclosure statement provided by Lennar and the closing attorney. The house was not finished when we moved in. We are now 6.5 months into the home and we are still having issues that are not resolved (e.g, cracks in stairs, buckled floors, unlevel floors, damaged appliances, damaged window frames, overpaint and trim damage throughout. Great experience, and we are so very happy!

Employees or subs contractors could care less if the quality of there work. Framers we’re great though. I had pee bottles around the house from employees, valves were crooked, there is giant cracks in the ceiling, a can light fixture fell down when we had a family get together and one employee left the door open to the home when it was -10 degrees out side. I would never build with this company again. Very frustrating!

Terrible craftsmanship and faulty work

The warranties have been very helpful. Tom from Heritage Asante in Surprise has been exceptionally helpful.

Kevin at Avery Pointe went above and beyond! He is amazing and made the home buying experience so smooth.

Professional staff assistance throughout the building process and onsite help when needed after the improvements are finished.

Good job in completing the job

Sales process was good - thorough, questions answered timely,etc. where I am having difficulty now is that so many of the wonderful features were never explained in the turnover process. I got an email with tutorial videos for some, but not all. To this day my garage door code hasn’t been changed because I can’t find how to change it. I was given no info on Raintech that I recall and I did a fair amount of research in my own to get it operational. Landscaping went in just recently and was done poorly, leaving ruts and swampy areas. I was told they would power wash afterward but I still have muddy spots on my sidewalk. Great service and communications

The home seems to be well built with a quality workmanship, However the sod laid down for my yard was one star at best. The Lennar representative came out today and was very courteous but was quick to say that my contract calls for my complete ownership of the yard. My contract was over 100 pages and signed in about 45 minutes. The walk through was thorough for the inside of the house but contained about 1/10 of the information I learned from the Rep today. He said that the yard should have been watered 30 minutes in the morning and 15 in the early evening each day. My water bill was 3 times what it was in my previous house and apparently that was still not enough. The sod was dormant when it was laid down and more than 50% of yard never made it past that stage. I was told that aeration and fertilizer would help but I didn't consider that my job. I have asked the HOA for assistance and was told to contact Lennar. When does this circle of ownership stop? ... Basically, I really like the layout of the house. Very well insulated. Electric bill has yet to be $100.00.

Each day is a discovery of so Erving else not working correctly, having to deal with rude contractors, or experiencing an issue with trying to get resolve a repair that’s been “fixed” poorly. Also, this lot is way too close to other neighbors. When a contractor friend of mine stated, “when someone pays over half a million dollars for a home, they shouldn’t have these kinds of issues”, the response from the Lennar customer service manager, “Everyone is paying that price for these houses”. Does that mean it’s okay the workmanship is awful?

Everyone was great. House is awesome

It’s a “cookie cutter” design. Minimum input or changes you might regret later other than that beautiful house. Takes forever to get any deficiencies corrected.

Lennar delivered exactly as they said they would. No missed milestones. No nonsense. No surprises. I'm very happy with my new home and the neighborhood.

my out side garage lites have not worked since i moved in six months ago when are they going to come and solve the problem.

Everyone who is employed by Lennar has been exceptional. The plumbing, drywall, & electrical subcontractors work has been shoddy and substandard.

Process went smooth, great communication with staff.

lennar build really nice houses .good quality as we expect and their customer services is good and on time quick response overall we experience is great with them.highly recomend them .

The sales reps do a great job. However, when we chose to do everything in house, we expected a well oiled machine. Lennar Mortgage & Lennar Title are anything but well piled. Their lack of communication with me and with each other were absolutely awful. I did way more work than any customer should ever hope to do. So much so that my Lennar Mortgage rep told me that we probably would not have closed on time had I not made everything happen. The quality of the house is good except in the bathrooms. The day we moved in the toilet paper roll holders fell off. I feel like they really skimped when it came to installation. We love our house…just not sure we would ever want to go through the constant hassle of dealing with a company with employees who constantly drop the ball ... More

Always a great experience with Lennar
