The Lennar staff was well picked. They truly care about their customers and take care of any issues in a professional and timely manner. Would have given them five stars if they provided a few more options but I realize they are not a custom builder. The experience of purchasing a Lennar home has been very good!

50+ items, including major items, wrong with the home. Issues continue. The construction manager shows no compassion and attempts to fix through hacks. I would not buy with Lennar again.

If you are buying a home from Lennar, just know that there might be better options and more expensive. I like the house, the only thing right now is that we’ve asked to come and repair a couple of issues and we haven’t gotten a response back… it’s been about two months since we put the request and nothing.

We found the the Application then the Mortgage Application very difficult to complete especially using Docu Sign! We had just completed renewing another Mortgage at Hall Financial and UWM and it seemed very simple. Maybe there is something to be learned here

Horrible experience would never buy another Lennar home poor quality. Customer service is the worst. Employees change every few months. Speaks a lot about the company and management.

The customer service stood out the most. Everyone has been so nice and responsive throughout buying my home and anything that has come up after.

My family and I are very satisfied with the look and feel of the house. There's only a couple of things I wish were bigger or included such as a bathtub connected to the shower in the master bathroom. Also the garage should've been bigger since it's a two car garage. I still have two remaining issues that I need to report (1) driveway has a crack on the concrete that was there when I moved in (2) one of the sinks in the master bedroom has a hairline fracture in the sink.

A great experience with Lennar. Would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a villa.

Sales experience was great along with the walk through prior to closing. The frustrating part came when trying to get everything fixed. The quality control is not good so multiple things had to be corrected multiple times to include major corrections like to the flooring and the siding. My requests also went unanswered. Took over a month to transfer water into our name because the correct amount of trees weren’t installed to begin with. Of course I had already had the irrigation system put in when they had to throw a random tree in an odd spot just to pass the inspection. The Operations team constructing the house were more helpful than the Real estate transaction team. It should be the other way around.

Trades need to do better a better job, too many things done poorly. Issues with windows, siding, stove, dishwasher, shower head, deck, painting, flooring, gutters, concrete, masonry, landscaping, sod placement, grading of soil, etc. etc. Sad most things should have been caught and fixed well before we closed. Many things I will end up doing/fixing myself.

Not the best materials or workmanship. Stairs and 2nd floor creaks in several places. Too many places for the builder to fix without ripping out entire carpeting.

From sales office to after sales customer service team are responsive and get issue resolved . Except Lennar mortgage was a horrible experience with mortgage agent to underwriting, except Cherry , the person who collect documents .

The house is full of excellent details, the quality of the structure as well, I believe that the all-inclusive program helped us a lot to invest less time in decisions, and we took advantage of this to do other things that we needed, the house is beautiful.

We loved Ashley (the Lennar rep who sold us our home), but their customer service department is not very responsive. We had several things that were not completed or in bad shape upon moving in and we still have not had those things repaired. We have been in our home since February of this year.

Everyone I was in contact with couldn’t have be more thorough, kind, patient and efficient.

Since we moved into the new home that Lennar built, it has been one issue after another. The very first day we moved in we had a gas leak. Since then, several issues with the dish washer, broken master bedroom sink faucet, numerous cracks on the molding, doors, and wall throughout the home. Dents and scratches on door, wall, and shelves (that were put in backwards), paint stains all over the house. We found razor blades on top of door frames and upper shelves. The list goes on and on. We purchase this one story home for $414,000 (updated the floor and kitchen back splash). This house should be exceptional for the price but it’s not due to the poor workmanship, The customer service with Cristina was the worst. If it wasn’t in the script she could not think outside the box. The only silver lining is Rachael. She is a hard worker who cares and gets things done. The virtual appointments are stupid and a waste of time. The only person who gets things done is Rachael. Without her, there would be so many complaints about the shabby workmanship of these homes. Loved the whole Lennar team, they never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question even though I’m sure I asked several! They provided clear communication throughout the home buying process and well as the end of the build steps. Happy to call my Lennar home MY home!

I honestly purchased the home due to the location but was not happy and am still not happy with all the active repairs having to be completed due to negligence on the builders part. It honestly feels like they just slapped my home together.

Have only lived in this brand new house for a few months and have to had several things fixed, half our outlets didn’t work, faucet won’t work correctly, sprinkler system was broken, and you can see several screws sticking out of the dry wall. Didn’t come with anything worth the cost, not even enough cabinet space for 2 people to store a very small/normal amount of kitchen appliances. Our sales lady Alyssa was also very rude and unresponsive throughout the entire buying process

Build quality is not good and finishing is not good as well.

Do not close unless home is “complete” correctly. We had a “punch list” of over twenty items not complete at closing and here now 4months later still many things not complete. Get a home inspection.

PROCESS WAS GOOD OTHER THAN WORKING WITH LENNAR MORTGAGE. ``
