Major construction issue brought to us days before settlement was scheduled.They didn’t run electric from the house to the street! AC hadn’t been installed, no one worked on all the unfinished work on the inside for quite some time. All painting and finish work is absolutely awful. We were told much will be corrected but nothing was done. Delay after delay and if they did the work needed on the inside, it would delay settlement even further. Unresolved repairs and I request to be made whole

Four days before closing, I completed my first walk-through and identified several repairs that needed to be done. On the day of closing, none of those repairs had been completed. I was assured that if I signed off on the work orders, the repairs would be made promptly. To this day, many of the repairs remain unfinished. Worst home purchase ever.

This has been the worst home purchase experience ever between the sales person telling you whatever you wanted to hear and lying about follow ups, along with misrepresentation of the property and what you can actually do and now an ongoing battle with the builder and the county regarding land rights And building issues. Do not ever buy from this builder!

First move in day had AC not working had to wait 5 days

Even after 3rd party inspection they said fixed AC but they cheated, very first day ac stoped working I had to stay with our AC for 5 days, now it's Gas leak from stove even though it's in warranty they don't take responsibility and making us wait 10 days without cooking. Floors are uneven , every bad workmanship, they dnt fix issue.

Lennar they offer great programs when it comes to financing but the whole process to get inside a new home is a complete nightmare. Communication.Is horrible I had to constantly call to see if there was any updates and leave multiple messages and have even my realtor reach out before we would hear back our closing date was pushed 3 different times to a point where we were almost homeless and no place to go I had to get the director of construction involved just to have them get our house to a point of being able to move in on the closing date they had. Biggest Mistake Of My Life!

Overall Experience was extremely poor. From the "common" items left out of the building process such as towel bars and Shower rods, to the fact that NO underground sprinkling system was installed to water the new sod - leaving that 2K responsibility to the new homeowner, to a disastrous 2 day closing event. At this point I am very sorry I ever signed the Purchase Agreement.

My experience with Lennar has been awful. I was given misinformation from my Lennar mortgage representative on several occasions making the process a nightmare. Then I was promised that a list of items would be completed by the builder prior to my virtual walk-through. They were not, but promised to be done prior to closing. It's now been six weeks since I closed and I'm still waiting for many things to be fixed. I'm frustrated and very unhappy with Lennar.

Sales in this area are terrible - if you are looking go to Anna or McKinney as they have responsive sales people, not here. After closing when I took possession I arrived to find my house unlocked, the door scraped and a stain on the carpet. I contacted my salesperson and she replied "ok". Items I was assured were completed indeed were not. I could continue but you get the picture. The closing experience was great! My loam officer was incredible and made it easy.

I love the truth. I was deceived when I bought the house. I was told that if I bought an average townhouse, it would come with appliances. But when I agreed, they told me that they wouldn't let me buy it with appliances. Self-respecting companies don't do that.

Lennar's motto is "Everything is included" I just got done buying 6,500 dollar gutters, and 1000 dollars worth of ceiling fans because they didn't bother putting either of those in the home. A 16 dollar light in the bedrooms would have given us light, but they wanted to save money. Pavers without polymeric sand? just set them on the ground and leave huge gaps. I don't have working street lights on the entire street I live on. The backyard is nothing but weeds with no sprinklers, the HOA is oppressive with rules you can't imagine. if you want to feel like you are living in a town house ...

Team at Lennar will not even resolve issues that were pointed out before closing. Their VP told us to take it or leave it as they are not going to repair the fixes we pointed out. Truly the most nightmare experience ever. Just 1.5 months in, I need more fingers just to count the amount of problems I’ve encountered with this house and the whole process. I truthfully regret ever buying this house, and would not recommend Lennar to anyone ever.

Make sure you do inspections before you close. Understand and agree on floor plan before signing purchase agreements. Pay attention to walk through and take notes, after that you are on your own.

We bought a brand new house from Lennar. This is a great little house. Perfect for our lifestyle. We opted to purchase the washer and dryer with the house. Washer works fine. Dryer came missing a filter, filter frame, and a humidity sensor. If you use the dryer without a filter frame and filter, your clothes get sucked into and behind the drum. Lennar will not fix or replace the dryer. They say, it’s LG’s responsibility. We have lived here without a working dryer for almost 2 months. Lennar will not communicate or support the homeowner. My whole experience was horrible. From start to end. Even after I closed the house was gross, the construction guy did not fixed the window that I pointed out during my last walk. They took forever to do the final city inspection even after I had already closed on the house. My gas was cut off because no one informed me that the city had done the inspection several weeks after I closed even though I would call weekly and could never get answers.
