Horrible repair and maintenance

1) Lawn was horrible at the time of closing. After 1 that I was told that it was layed months back without any property maintainanice. Due to this I have pay the expenses to replace it. 2) Restroom and others have issues 3) newly installed fridge needs repair Overall not happy of getting a brand new house and get these issues frequently

First and LAST Lennar home

Too many imperfections caused by fast and sloppy workmanship. The entire process is rushed from start to finish. Everywhere I look I find issues with finishing touches. We just moved in and we're already thinking about selling.

The whole experience was horrible. From the loan application to the walk-through. The company in my view cuts corners in their building. Not transparent about the HOA and what the HOA requires. Such as having to submit an application for landscaping. It’ felt like to me that Lennar is all about selling a house. Not providing transparency. The quality of the home is bad, everything was made rushed. One issue comes up after another. The construction managers drive around the neighborhood texting and driving not even looking up on the road since there is still contruction going on. There are kids on the neighborhood and its dangerous to let them out.

I am local to the home office, but was forced to close via remote video. Therefore no one was face to face to hand me the keys to my home. I asked how this would be handled and was assured they would have my keys at the neighborhood model home. I reached out to them after closing and was assured someone would be at the model home to provide me my keys that afternoon until 630PM, I drove the 45 minutes to the model home and no one was there. Me and my family where in process of buying a new construction from them, well once all came down to paperwork the appraiser under praised it AND THEY WOULDNT BUDGE! You would think we’ll sale th house to us for that price he “appraised” it for shoot I’ll even settle for 10k over appraisal! BUT, not lennar lol noooooo they CANCELLED ALL PAPERWORK TERMINATED OUR HOME BUYING PROCESS THE ONLY GOOD WAS GETTING OUR MONEY BACK! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR ANYTHING FROM THEM! I bought Lennar Home Second time. Once I moved in the New house. After one month later so many quality issues are appeared in this house. when I did the service request. The Customer service Representative are so unprofessional and they are omitting the reputation of Lennar Home Builder. They are just making the customer upset rather than help them. I recommend all my Friends and relatives not to buy any Lennar Homes in Future. its Quality and services are very low day by day. I was informed before closing and after the initial inspection that I paid for that all deficiencies would be fixed. There was a minor crack in the outside foundation. I commented about it and was told by the independent inspector. Don't worry the builders correct that. After I paid wired funds I had to sign off on repairs being completed. Throughout the home buying process we were sent many documents and forms with errors then pressured to sign them even after we asked for them to be corrected. Details like the home address and payment amount were not correct, as well as other important details that make a big difference when buying a home. Absolutely poor quality worksmanship well outside ROC standards the builder allows to pass inspections. Dealing with their finance team is a nightmare - failure to close on time due to their errors and still asking for more documents months after closing.

My worst experience buying a home! I can’t even have a shed because the HOA said so. I’ve had to fix two doors because they don’t close. When I replaced the carpet with LVP, the amount of trash and debris swept under the trim was unbelievable! I have pictures. My yard looks like a construction site with the trash left in it. My vehicles need to be washed every 2 days because of the dust. Vouchers should be given for car washes. The staff was generally unhelpful, often disrespectful, and consistently untimely. The overall workmanship and quality of materials used in the home are subpar. When I moved in, the house appeared hastily assembled—there was glue left on the floors (which is still there, as the property manager was unable to remove it), and multiple cabinets were misaligned and required adjustment. Its cheap quality no power outlet for kitchen iland no lock for bed rooms and master bath room no internet outlet , you need to make a hole to any wall to get internet connection no response from lennar support team except virtual visit which cannot resolve anything worst finishing on front porch and back patio no blinds for back patio door no water softener loop no gutters
