The villa that we had some issues with workmanship! When they contracted a lot of work out and rush in doing the work it come out sloppy. So a lot of my issues is with the paint.

Still many touch ups need to be fixed

As I first time homebuyer, I was nervous and clueless about the whole process but Lennar answered all of my questions, concerns and made everything very easy!

I would never recommend a Lennar home. We had to buy from them because we wanted to be in the neighborhood where they were the only builder. Within one week of closing, shingles were blowing off the roof and within 3 weeks we were catching buckets of water from the leaks in the roof/ bathroom vents. I could go on for a long time but hopefully you get the idea. They are responsive to issues because thats how they manage their business, by never doing things right the first time.

We lived in our previous home 34 years. Jamie, Andy, Zach , Gina and Danielle have made a happy but difficult and emotional time comforting. Their knowledge an expertise making sure we had and continue to have positve interactions with them and have made our transition extremely easy. Their response to each an every question an issue makes for an excellent customer experience. Lennar should be very proud of this team they put together

I feel like the materials were cheap. Like the paint. It’s horrible. It stains super easy and when you try to clean it up, the whole paint comes off the wall. The washer and dryer are so basic that the washer makes a very loud noise while washing and the dryer leaves all the lint in the clothes. When you put in a ticket for something to be looked at, they take weeks and weeks to respond and then you have to wait again weeks to have someone come out.

Communicated with regular updates on building process to completion. Staff attentive to my concerns and any issues promptly resolved. Very nice community and look forward to all the amenities this property has been promised. I think it will be a great neighborhood.

As with any new construction there are minor issues that arise in the first 60 days. These issues in my case were handled promptly and professionally by Tremayne Allen.

In a market where everything could have turned, Lennar and their team made it happen for me. My turn around was 30 days and I couldn’t have been happier. Being a first time homebuyer, after going through several agents and other builders, Lennar gave me what I needed. The home is simple, but it’s a great starter home, and I would absolutely buy from them again. Although some teams weren’t as thorough as others, a little persistence got the job done.

We would’ve liked more upgrade options (e.g. windows in garage door, an ext. doorway to garage, a light over kitchen sink, higher quality kitchen cabinets and drawers, base cabinets with drawers vs. doors, electrical outlets in floor, exterior stonework on front of house, double hung vs. single hung windows).

The sales rep we dealt with for Lennar was great to work with, always answered all our questions in a timely manner. All the Lennar employees we've dealt with have been very friendly and responsive to all questions and issues.

Slow responsiveness, challenging process to get issues resolved

While the home is decent, it's important to remember you're not buying a custom home. You can ask for things, but the answer will always be no. The welcome meeting on purchase day was a horrible experience. We walked in on a red carpet, but it was just for show; it certainly wasn't followed through in words or actions. The beginning of the welcome meeting was the reps bombarding us with a list of don't do this and don't do that. There was no celebration or positive experience. The date of our closing was changed multiple times and wasn't always communicated to us, and the sales guy made promises that he had no authority to make. ... More

Don’t expect service after they have your money. We closed 1st week of Feb 2021 still waiting for them to complete work orders for repair or correction of items in build. Less then half have been completed or started. Items like door cracked, bad refrigerator, drywall repair. painting are just a few things. This is mid June 2021. Great place to live great lot. Extremely stressful when you paid for something you did not get and promises broken. Our Construction Manager was good then got overwhelmed with other new builds. Not enough help to take care of homeowners who already paid!

Great house and good peopme

House is nice. A lot to pull together to make it perfect. Lennar has been very good at warranty fixes.

My house was built pushed back because they buried leftover construction material in the front yard and my driveway in the back is half the length as everyone else. We have no choice but to park our cars at the guest parking and the home owner association sent us letters that we can't park there. Our driveway + garage can't fit all our cars.
