Great experience! We love our home and neighborhood, and are so grateful to our Lennar sale, build, and mortgage teams for making it all possible.

All of Lennar staff was great and provided great service.

Great service and very nice attitude

The buying process itself went very smooth with Lennar. They kept us update to date on what to expect any were on target with time lines. However, the quality of the home is just not there. We noticed issues during the building process and even brought up a few and they weren't ever really addressed. We have uneven spots in the floor upstairs. Walls where you can bowing in the dry wall. They did a horrible job on most of the caulking around our sinks and toilets. The carpet was laid where there are pieces that meet in some odd areas. The tile in our upstairs bathroom looks like the put in no spacing and just slapped pieces in place. They use flat paint which is horrible for any room and we have already had to repaint after just 5 months because you cannot even wipe off the smallest smudge. Overall I would never buy a Lennar home again or recommend it to anyone I know. ... More

Our first Home buying was an excellent experience because everyone at lennar are onboard to accomplish great service and made simple process, thank you

so far we have Replaced carpet in Master bedroom seam open at sections Two visits they ordered the wrong carpet color the first visit for repairs Close off 1 to 2 inch opening on all steps on the lower stair case and re-carpet Need to fix Soffit vent on South side of house When deck was installed outer facing of exhaust smashed not able to replace without removing deck Replace all drain plugs in sinks which were discolored from chemicals Replace all toilet seats because of scratches caused by using toilet seat as a work bench Garage floor uneven will have to cut in 2 feet and the full width to level out so garage door will close and seal properly. all of this not to mention Tile cleaning alignment of tiles on walk in shower and white residue on floor in kitchen and living room areas... ... That they hard working people who really care about how the process goes an wants to make sure you are in your home the way you like it

Many issues with the home that still remain. Sloppy finish work that looks like it was rushed. Expected a lot more for the price and how the Lennar representatives boast about their product.

right intentions, wrong execution and follow through

We love the home despite the fact that we are still having to deal with punch list issues prior to closing now that we’ve been in the home for 4 months. The Lennar agent our realtor worked with was not trustworthy come to find out on things we were told early on when we decided to buy. Lennar management is horrible! I wouldn’t ever seek out to work with this builder ever again.

Lennar is absolutely amazing to deal with. They build an excellent home and their responsiveness to issues that need to be addressed is very quick. I would highly recommend buying a Lennar Home.

Correction of issues, which were not many, was outstanding.

The home was built great, no issues, the mortgage experience was a different and terrible experience.

Lennar was fantastic from start to finish with the building and purchasing of my home. As a first time homebuyer, the Lennar team made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I had a ton of questions and each one was answered with ease by the entire Lennar team. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable, which made for an smooth and excellent first-time homebuying experience! When I purchase my next home I will definitely be looking into what Lennar has to offer!

As a new home buyer I was a bit nervous not knowing what to do or expect. But the sales Manager Bun was amazing. He explained everything very well and through out the entire process kept me updated. He also relaid any concerns and issues we notice when we visited the home to the construction manager to get it resolved ASAP to avoid any delays. Over all the entire process was extremely easy. I am extremely happy we went with Lennar for our first home.
