Poor workmanship, seemed disinterested when we expressed our concerns. The third stall garage stall measured smaller than on the blue prints. Therefore we are unable to fit a small car in that garage, which we had planned to do.

Great value for the price. Good communication from beginning to the closing. Good responsiveness to any issues. Overall great experience.

The Sales and Customer Care team have been great to work with. They explained everything and helped with anything I needed in regards to my home fixes after moving in. The title company was my worst headache and very frustrating to work with.

The process started well. At the time of closing, the quality of the home "appeared" to be what we expected. We put a great deal of trust in the builder on delivering a house that was as advertised and a high quality of work. But within the first several days and weeks it became apparent there were a number of "quality" related issues that went beyond aesthetics and were fundamentally wrong. Issues ranging from faulty appliances to poorly designed/engineered duct work to improper placement of fire/smoke alarms. It has been over five months of taking two steps forward and two steps back working with Lennar and various service providers to try to correct the issues, but still to this day we have NO resolution on ANY of the original issues. At this point, we feel like we were sold a bill of goods and no one wants to take ownership or responsibility and correct the issues that should have never been issues to begin with. We have lost confidence in Lennar as a builder and would have a hard time recommending anyone using them unless you had no other choice. Unfortunately our experience was not the best and we have too many issues without fix

Home buying experience was fine. Customer care responsiveness to resolve issues could be better.

Overall the buying experience with Lennar felt like a breath of fresh air in comparison to that of what was almost our builder, Cornerstone. We scoped out a few builders, Lennar, Cornerstone, and Taylor Morrison, and felt that Lennar offered better floor plans, and more bang for your buck.

Any concerns were handled quickly

There is nothing good or nice about Lennar. This was the worst experience ever !!!!!!!!

I really like the layout of my house but was very disappointed in Lennar's lack of pride in the quality of workmanship. There were way too many punch list items. Most were taken care of but some will be addressed at the year review.

Garrick was great and a big help resolving any issues. Morris was very patient with us. Josie was the best. Matt came in at the end of the process another quality individual.

Great house. Painting is not the best. So far customer service has been awesome!
