Selection process and purchase was very positive. The construction period was not very good - 3 construction inspectors (one we never met); felt very haphazard and not customer-focused. Quality of workmanship is fair - small details like placing a sprinkler head at the exist point of a downspout, which is now covered up by a concrete splash pad; caulking in many places looks like it was done with the non-dominant hand of a non-professional. The post-construction warranty period experience has been positive. Overall a positive experience, we are very happy with our new home.

We love our new home! Great design and layout, it was our favorite right away. They did a great job with the build, no major issues. Our sales person Nate Davis was amazing! He was super helpful throughout the entire process.

While the home is great and really happy with it. Many things were not considered. The quality of materials used is pretty low for the $$ of the home. Also when the shower was extended, there clearly wasn’t much though put into how people use it. There should of been an extended master double vanity of there and a slightly smaller walk in shower. Also tile looks unfinished without it going to top of half wall and to the shower head. Also there is no closet space for linens and towels which is odd in this size home to not have a single closet for linens.

The builder has a good reputation

Painless/hassle free buying experience. However the quality of the house is not as good as the old days. Maybe because all of the housing boom is making the builder sloppy since they're building too fast (lack of quality control)?

Amazing company to work with. Best experience ever.

They promised that we can get a straight driveway when they pour the concrete. Tom the builder manager said that they will let us know so we can be there to let them know. We had to pay extra to get the extended drive cause they did not let us know when they were pouring the concrete. On top of paying extra for the concrete drive way when we where building the house. The only person that was very efficient was Sawyer. He answered text right away and solved are problems.

As a Experienced Homeowner I was Very disappointed with the builder’s team. Outside Financing, if at Possible regardless of the “Builders Incentive”it’s not worth it you will pay in the end. With a large down payment I still have a (PMI)! After you have finalized the purchase of your New Home your concerns will be slow with Repairs & Warranties. Not Timely! The concept of a NextGEN home is awesome, But the Quality of the building materials are Inexpensive and Cheap, (Cabinets). Small bedrooms and garage. Upgrades are sold to you as a packaged. No flexibility or choice. Very limited. Home buying is one of the Largest Purchase It should come with Longevity, Satiability of workmanship, and Quality! ... More

Would not recommend them , I sign a contract then they voided because they had to many sales for that quarter when resigned the contract they charged me more money for the , has done nothing to fix the problem not even an apology

Quality of material , paint and workmanship is very poor. If you touch the wall you will get that in your clothes. Walls are not properly aligned. What you see in the model home is not what you get even after those extra packages. Promised verbally that Fridge with washer and dryer will be included but later on denied. Should have that in writing. You can hear the water going down through the lines. For the money it could be better quality.

Everyone on the Osborne Trails / Lennar teams were very accommodating and professional.

Overall it was a great experience for us.

The process was very smooth. Builder’s team were very respectful, and they always answer my questions and helped with my needs.

Very happy overall with our new home.

Prices are good overall great service

Response to warranty issues has been very good. However, the month leading up to our closing was absolutely brutal. We had to pressure Lennar to move the closing date back three times. The different divisions (construction, mortgage, title, sales, etc.) did not communicate with the other. The local construction people had no idea of our original closing date and weren't even close to having the house ready. On closing day the title company (Lennar Title) did not have the closing documents from the lender (Lennar) and we never had a final walk-thru or orientation prior to closing.
