While the community is attractive, the builder takes 1000% of the enjoyment of owning a new home away from the buyer. From omitted items which are in the contract, to shoddy construction, to deceptively low HOA fees, Lennar is the champion of bait and switch.

When I visited the office as expected the quality and service I had before from Lennar. After a very long purchase process, I finally got the house. Since it is a new home, I expected not to have issues. I reported 4 of them and only one has been taken care of. Very sad.

Every aspect of buying a Lennar home was met with a challenge, and even once moved in, there are still issues and challenges. From initially trying to view the home at an advertised open house where there was actually no open house at all, to dealing with the completely incompetent lender which made mistake after mistake on the paperwork and their communication was awful, to the blue tape walk thru where there was a ton of items that needed to be "fixed" such as paint, grout, cabinet fronts, appliance issues etc, that were only half completed on the final walk thru and so we are still ...

The Lennar team (from sales to finance to post-move in customer service) — everyone was nearly horrible and not worth the money they are paid. I could spend many hours explaining every situation and how bad of an experience this was but to sum it all up. Some of the sales agents are rude and don’t care. The finance team SUCKS and will try to feed you to another company that clearly they will benefit from. The quality team might not actually ensure that important needs are addressed before closing. The builders use VERY cheap, low-end finishing and throw the house together (so expect issues). ...

I was deceived multiple times by various Lennar teams. First the lots were incorrectly classified and assigned incorrect lot though I was 2nd person to have the scheduled appointment. They never disclosed about a drainage easement. During development process again deceived multiple times with wrong promises and the same experience continued post closure. I wish I never bought a home with Lennar.

My family and I had a terrible home buying experience. Our loan officer had a personal matter come up and literally ghosted us. His leadership didn’t pick up the ball or reach out to us on their own. After multiple times of trying to reach our loan officer we finally went above his head and were able to get in contact with someone who was able to help a little. We weren’t told if we were approved for the loan or not until 2 days before closing all while proactively trying to make arrangements and plan as we had to move to the new location from out of town. If it’s not too late. Look elsewhere. I have had and will probably continue to have issues with this New home. I have so many pictures to prove it. Make sure you check that your home has been painted and I don’t mean with just primer. The landscaping company is horrible as well. After filing a report with the landscaping company that my so called Bermuda sod was dead and dry when they finally installed it , because it was just sitting across the street for weeks, the company adjust there picture to look green, however they couldn’t adjust the tree that was dead. We have been so disappointed in the quality of our brand new home. We have only been here a little over a month and we have uneven floors, wood boring beetles, malfunctioning appliances, broken roof tiles, construction debris, and more. Every time we have Lennar come fix something, they either miss the appointment, show up with the wrong materials, or can't fix the issue. There were a few major issues in this house after it was closed on 7/26/24. I received keys after closing on 7/26/24, there were no blinds and no cleaning at all (lots of construction remains everywhere). Reported Leaking water from the 2nd floor and garage on 8/6/24. The sales agent, Jamie, was very good. We had a good experience with her. Unfortunately, the construction manager, Chad, was not. He stopped communicating with us after closing. Very little of what we asked to be corrected actually got corrected. When defects were pointed out prior to closing, it was suggested that we submit warranty claims after closing. The construction manager's explanation was that the contractors who do the warranty work were better than the construction contractors Lennar uses to build homes. That is likely true - it would be very difficult for them to be worse! ...

Actually pretty horrible experience. Timeliness was horrible. Updates were never given. Loan officer and associates would never answer the phone. Blue tape walk through issues weren’t fully addressed. Overall build and quality of the home is terrible. The flaws are starting to show. Major corners were cut and the integrity was compromised. Grass install was terrible and even after watering multiple times a day, it still died. Fencing was constructed terribly. No straight lines or even sections. It’s already falling apart.
