If it’s not too late. Look elsewhere. I have had and will probably continue to have issues with this New home. I have so many pictures to prove it. Make sure you check that your home has been painted and I don’t mean with just primer. The landscaping company is horrible as well. After filing a report with the landscaping company that my so called Bermuda sod was dead and dry when they finally installed it , because it was just sitting across the street for weeks, the company adjust there picture to look green, however they couldn’t adjust the tree that was dead. So just aware..

Terrible Quality Build, Terrible Quality Customer Service

We have been so disappointed in the quality of our brand new home. We have only been here a little over a month and we have uneven floors, wood boring beetles, malfunctioning appliances, broken roof tiles, construction debris, and more. Every time we have Lennar come fix something, they either miss the appointment, show up with the wrong materials, or can't fix the issue. It took them 4 tries to fix a single dented panel on the garage. 3 times to fix a small area of drywall. Moreover, they first try to tell us, we are mistaken and that it isn't an issue. No kind of spare materials left. Shoddy work with damaged stuff with multiple holes put in kitchen cupboards and on raising it as issue, was justified saying this is all fine and put in model house

There were a few major issues in this house after it was closed on 7/26/24. I received keys after closing on 7/26/24, there were no blinds and no cleaning at all (lots of construction remains everywhere). Reported Leaking water from the 2nd floor and garage on 8/6/24. The construction was done on 8/21/24, including drying the wall paint.The water was leaking from the attic. The AC company visited twice. The sales agent, Jamie, was very good. We had a good experience with her. Unfortunately, the construction manager, Chad, was not. He stopped communicating with us after closing. Very little of what we asked to be corrected actually got corrected. When defects were pointed out prior to closing, it was suggested that we submit warranty claims after closing. The construction manager's explanation was that the contractors who do the warranty work were better than the construction contractors Lennar uses to build homes. That is likely true - it would be very difficult for them to be worse! ...

Actually pretty horrible experience. Timeliness was horrible. Updates were never given. Loan officer and associates would never answer the phone. Blue tape walk through issues weren’t fully addressed. Overall build and quality of the home is terrible. The flaws are starting to show. Major corners were cut and the integrity was compromised. Grass install was terrible and even after watering multiple times a day, it still died. Fencing was constructed terribly. No straight lines or even sections. It’s already falling apart. The underwriter ignored us for two weeks. Therefor our loan was delayed by 3 weeks. Closing docs were approved on the day of closing! Horrible. Any issues were not handled right away. I was told the water bill for water for the grass that I do not want on the side of the home would be $30. It was $136! I was told HOA would take over the grass. They did not. HOA is non responsive. Took two weeks to get hold of anyone. Took over a month to set everything us. Horrible experience! I was ripped off on the price too. Same home sold for 17k less and also does not have grass on the side of the home! ...

Cheap material used for homes read the contract if they run out of materials they use what ever they have and for the concrete make sure your drive way looks good cuz they are chipped.

Home buying experience with Lennar

As soon as we signed the contract, it all went downhill…Lennar struggled and still have not completed items from the Home Celebration walk. You need to chase them to complete otherwise Lennar tries to close the items without completing. Condescending attitude while you bring outstanding items even if it is evident the items are just not completed or do not comply with industry standards.

Lennar interior and exterior quality is very bad. I can say million issues in every place. 1. Our bathroom water leaked in just 3 weeks and Lennar have to break the walls to fix. 2. Our microwave trips every time and no solution for that. 3. Paint is falling apart inside the house 4. It’s funny when you see the flower plants Lennar gave in the landscaping. 5. I am a first time homebuyer and this purchase has been nothing but problems. House was very clearly rushed. There is no point of contact to escalate issues. All attempts to contact my customer care rep have been extremely poor. Prior to closing, rep did not follow through on issues found in the first walkthrough.
