I have been waiting on repairs for over two months.

Good experience and Laurie was helpful answering our questions.

In all the process, communication was very poor. When we got to the inspection process we didn’t even got time to go through the entire house, cause they guy was in a time frame. During construction process we never got any updates of how the house was going.

Really overall good experience. Depends on who you deal with as to response time or update on repair time table. Wish more durable finishes were used

Buyer beware. Lennar hired substandard contractors. Problems since we closed.

Lennar for just helpful through the whole process. They were quick to answer any questions through email. Would definitely recommend Lennar to another perspective home buyer

Overall process was great for the exception of the loan process in which we experienced poor communication with our loan officer

Lennar mostly lives up to the “Everything’s Included” promise for that line of houses. Excellent value for money and very inclusive with the homebuyers during construction. However, their internal and external communication could use some work. Their people weren’t always coordinated with each other on issues like when to show up for pre-closing walkthroughs or who to communicate with for certain questions and concerns and their warranty process is chaotic and uncoordinated. Overall got a great house for a market-fair price, but for such a large builder I’m a little surprised at how spotty their organization and communication are. ... More

Buying experience was good. Workmanship is poor. Still waiting for items to get fixed, some from the punch list before closing.

The day of move in/closing, my wife ran the dishwasher to clean some new dishes purchased. About 15 min into the cycle we smell something burning, open the dishwasher to find the sprayer was improperly installed, fell over and caught fire on the heating element. We immediately sent in the warranty claim, to which we were told this is through the applicable manufacturer. After 3 weeks without resolution Lennar finally stepped up and replaced the dishwasher. Now we are about 6 months in the home, I have hardwood floors splitting down the center of planks. I brought in the flooring manufacturer independently of lennar after the last experience and was told the issue is either the slab cracking and separating due to lack of vapor barrier or proper reinforcement, or the fact the flooring was not acclimated to the space/installed in a conditioned space per manufacturers guidelines. I have held off submitting the lennar warranty claim as almost weekly another crack or buckle presents itself. I will be submitting the warranty claim with the expectation of full replacement. On top of all this we had the worst QC experience ever, as the guy who walked us through basically told us that we weren’t allowed to point out defect issues and he’d catch all of them. Upon acceptance not one of the 10+ items identified were even addressed. Almost daily I find additional qc issues throughout the home. Lennar is just another fly by night track builder spitting out sub par quality homes, without care for the longevity of the product they produce. ... More

Lennar delivered what they promised.

All was good except for delivery at closing

Amand Doran was outstanding!!! Her knowledge and professionalism with regards to the Morgage process was second to no one. After the purchase and moved in, Cody Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. It would not have been as smooth without his help. Lots of little issues that he just took care. Both Amanda and Cody went the extra mile for me and my wife.

Happy to have found a home before the housing market got too crazy. Overall I'm satisfied with my house and look forward to making many memories here.

Lennar is an excellent builder. They've built my house fast and steady. So far we only have 1,2 minor issues and they came to fix it right away.

Overall very happy with the home.but we feel there are things that Lennar could have done to make it better Ali sale person and Shawn Lennar Representative was outstanding in helping us even after we moved in to are new how

Our sales agent, Morgan, was amazing throughout the entire process. She happily answered all of our questions and was super responsive. Once we moved in, our customer service rep, Ernie, has been incredible. He has been incredibly helpful every time we have needed him. Our overall experience with Lennar has been positive!

From the start to the very end this was an A++ experience. Love my Lennar home!
