For buying a first home, I had a very stressful experience trying to constantly prove that money was money was available because they couldn’t read. Not till I got my realtor involved the “issues” cleared. Quality and craftsmanship is horrible, no pride in quality of work. When you do need answers during the process everyone blames everyone and says it’s someone else doing it. Too many hands involved. I would never buy a Lennar home again.

Buying a house with Lennar was the worst experience I ever had. I started the process June of 2023 and didn’t move in until the end of April of 2024. My new home consultant was the worst poor communication, he lied every chance he got, then he quit just two weeks before I had to close on the home. His manager knew the issues that were going on and barely helped. She was provided all text message and emails and was shocked how he spoke to me, but nothing was ever done. I would not recommend this company, especially Lennar Mortgage company, run ... The agent that wrote up our contract was not responsive, never knew when our units would be completed. Did not email any of our information after we closed. We had to beg to get things fixed, no follow up. The management companyis even worse, Access, not responsive to emails, or calls. bug issue inside and outside the house

I had bug issue one month after moved in. There have been bugs in the bed daily, which is not a living situation and not able to compromise according to my tenant. It was identified as springtail came from mulch they put in the front yard. Although those area are covered by HOA, but as a matter of fact, those mulch were put in by the builder. I canot begain to state how regrettful i am in buying this Lennar home. The workmanship is the worst ive ever seen in my 69 years. Nothing is plumb nor levell. The exterior concrete looks DRUNK. Not one construction joint is streight or level. The exterior siding has dips and vallys between the wall studs. Worst experience with the builder starts from sales team till handover team. They behave like monark. Very rude. Not ready to accept any of our requests. Agreement is mostly from their side (one side ). they can change what ever they want.

As a former licensed realtor and third time homeowner, this is by far the most awful home buying experience I’ve ever not only personally experienced but seen in the industry. Lennar is not well established in Idaho and is unable to find decent contractors to build their homes. While these homes have nice layouts and they buy decent materials to put in the homes, they are built horribly. We would never purchase a Lennar home after our experience. The process was rushed. At our walk throughs most items were not addressed. The overall craftsmanship of these homes is very poor and disappointing. We keep unveiling issues, and the contractors used for the warranty have all been low quality. Basically they are trying to put bandaids over everything rather than fixing the issue. Everything about this house is just sloppy.

From signing the contract to requesting service for items covered under builder warranty has been a horrible experience. The builder is using real state agents to other bidding, who have no idea about the building process or the established standards. Everything in the construction process is contracted out to third parties that hire workers at minimum wage without any construction experience. The quality of work and finishing is awful. Their only purpose is to quickly proceed from contract to closing. Do not waste your time, money, or energy.

We moved here hoping we will have a great experience but having bad experience as of now. We are facing major issues in Owner's suite room. Though it was repaired couple of times again we are facing same issue again and again which is very bad and worst experience. They installed cracked bath tub and they repaiered it. First place they shouldn't have installed damaged item. Very bad construction and management have to take care of these things during construction phase itself instead of troubling us.

My 2nd Lennar home. What a huge (bad) difference in build quality and materials compared to first home. No gutters. No sprinkler system. Side boards are very soft, dry wall very soft. Paint is very bright white. Counter top is nice but very cheap because it stains quickly. Bathroom faucets are the cheapest on the market, same goes for the sink. Lennar just wants to sell you the home and after closing if you discover something was missing or damaged like a scratched mirror or stained countertop and you didn't discover it during the walkthrough, they'll tell you it's not covered under warranty even though they tell you a million times before closing that don't worry you have a one year warranty! Apparently the warranty is worthless.
