The "Lennar Experience" is an absolute joke. I knew what I was getting into with a cookie cutter new build but I was not expecting the process and employees to be the worst part of the whole experience. If I could do it again I would run away. Our CM, Tate, was an absolute disaster and was more worried telling me about some facebook group that complains about him then actually fixing problems we pointed out at 3 different walk throughs. The fact he still has a job shows Lennar has zero care about quality and just pumps them out. Since moving in a few months ago we have had over 10 different ...

I have serious concern on price transparency and also the structure and material used . The garage does not have proper structure to park two cars. The stairs from the garage to the main floor is quite elongated. No washer and drawer are included in that package while this was known but when compared with other property seller near by there are better deal available. I don’t think I’m gonnna recommended Lennar to anyone.

Very poor quality. They show you a model home, then drop the bomb on you, it don't come with this and that, bait and switch. Put cabinets in with NO knobs to open them with. Much much more.

Buying from Lennar was like being bullied into a deal. When we bought the house they shortcut a lot of things. The sub contractors were not caring at all about their craft. Lennar forced us to stick to the contract even though they were weeks behind on their work. The final walkthrough was scheduled after the closing date. They refused to budge on adjusting time frames and owning up to the work that needed to get done. By the time final walkthrough happened. They needed to touch up all the baseboards in the house and repaint/repair a lot of areas. Lennar also refused to follow specs. Not ...

ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT NOBODY WANTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT…. Dirty floors, broken lighting fixtures, broken refrigerator, problems with heating system that according to the company who came today, it has no warranty. Squishy floor, cracked tub, scratched kitchen cabinets. Glue on toilets and kitchen sink, Etc….. ITS A BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION. what its wrong with this company???. Only person that was phenomenal was the loan officer, Amy, her response to all questions and all concerns were answered promptly as far as construction and sales. Their attention and response was absolutely horrifying and I would never purchase a home from Leonard again, nor would I recommend anyone to my family or my s purchase from Lennar

Poor experience. Electricity bills have been swapped with the other neighbors have created crises paying $600 electricity bills Walls have been paded with color to hide these are broken Many other issues like the sink was scratched, floors are scratched etc

CRACKS CREAKS AND NOISES NO COMMUNCATION

There is no communication between Lennar and the homeowner with informing them the work is going to be done in neighborhood examples sidewalk being poured ,backfill of dirt on property, installing asphalt driveway, and sod installation. Residents got their cars stuck in the Garage and couldn't get out. The homeowners association is non you call they say you have to talk to one person he's never available then your email never responds. Houses are built of poor quality and lot of cosmetic issues. Honestly this is my first time home purchase and I went with lennar since it's a good brand but very disappointed for the price that I paid. Lennar's mantra is 'Everything is Included' but they did not offer me a single extra thing I have asked for. Considering the price I paid this house is not worth it

Drywall work is some of the worst I’ve seen. I will have to do the repairs myself. The repairs Lennar had done are crap at best. As bad as the drywall is the painting and caulking is way worse. It took two months to get our mailbox keys. My wife called to get answers and was yelled at. This box isn’t big enough for all our complaints.

I wouldn't buy from Lennar Aston Park. From the get go, they did not appear trust worthy. The mortgage officer started out by misleading about the loan requirements. The underwriting process was cumbersome, and I had to basically do the job of the underwriter by writing all my income, sources, and how they were spent in the last 3-6 months in an email. Apparently, sharing my bank statements and other relevant official document was not enough. Walkthrough personnel was not polite. After closing, it was a hassle to get the keys. You have to be there at exactly 11am. Not before, not after. ...

My buying experience was very bad with Lennar, starting from salesperson to the entire sales team gave me hard time, poor communication while your home is getting built, they can lie about anything to just sell the home. I had a very good experience with Pulti homes, and they have excellent customer Servies, i will never ever buy a Lennar home again.

Paid cash. Money had to be paid prior to closing. Which was prior to walk through. On Walk through house had a ton of problems and issues and was not even completed. Never had a second walk through which in New York is unheard of to fix all the problems. Morning I closed not one issue on walk through list was addressed and the house still was not finished. Lennar builds so cheap, finishing work absolutely horrible, rush to close to make there quarter. Not even the faucets are strait... on the other side, they have some good people that respond and work hard with their limited resources. Fantastic property, amenities and neighbors!

Closing took over 10 hours, delayed 4 times while I waited in a U Haul. Nothing was fixed that was asked for. None well return phone calls. 2 months later we still can't get mail. Workers speed up and down the road plus trash keeps blowing in the yard. Can't reach HOA about rules.

Concierge was practically useless. Sales liason doesn't respond. They don't give a crap about your schedule or preferences. We see water drain issues in the yard within a month of home purchase.

The sump pump was operational; however, the volume of water penetrating the foundation itself suggests potential defects in either the foundation’s waterproofing or the structural integrity of the building.
