Concierge was practically useless. Sales liason doesn't respond. They don't give a crap about your schedule or preferences. We see water drain issues in the yard within a month of home purchase.

Despite assurances that the home is waterproofed, the recent rainfall has resulted in substantial pooling of water around the foundation and subsequent flooding of our basement. This has caused damage to the interior, including the carpet and other finishes. The sump pump was operational; however, the volume of water penetrating the foundation itself suggests potential defects in either the foundation’s waterproofing or the structural integrity of the building.

We purchased our home in November and closed on our home in late February. We were promised weekly construction updates and concierge service. This never happened. Communication from Lennar throughout the process was horrible. Except of course from the lending side of their business. Quality of work appliances and fixtures is bargain basement. Plastic! Seriously, plastic fixtures. Plastic in the dishwasher, plastic garbage disposal. On the surface items appear to be quality. But the design and engineering team has taken every opportunity to cut costs and trim any quality features. ...

Just not a good experience in any way except Travis our concierge. We feel mislead and ripped off. Delays. Horrible communication. We knew Lennar is not a top builder, but we’re not expecting this? Ever heard of closing at 11P? Ever heard of a builder trying to coverup a breakin during construction? You will.

Aside from being bullied into purchasing a home that at the end of the day was built improperly. And I do not want. The walls are uneven. There's areas where the ceiling is lower on one side of a wall than the other. My glass door that should have been included in the house that I had to buy separately because they decided. They're no longer providing glass for the showers. And didn't even lower the price of the house because of it. I couldn't install it because I have to redo the entire shower wall because it's Bode. We bought a good house. However, the people who were handling the listing, loan, and closing were terrible to work with. I have bought 6 houses before and I have never seen such a mess. Never again will I buy another property from Lennar.

Never going with Lennar and would recommend others to do the same. I bought Lennar's property Canyon Creek at Bothell WA and they constructed homes right behind my backyard. My home's privacy is compromised, obviously they did this after selling houses in the row and then building behind. Untrustworthy.

Terrible craftsmanship. You can see the mud on the sheet rocks through the paint because it is so thin and they only put one coat on. The wall when light hits it from an angle shows a large repair mound and tape line from Floor to ceiling. There’s holes in the subfloor on the second level under the carpet. There’s piles of something under the linoleum in the Laundry room. Apparently none of the floors are prepped before you just throw carpet or vinyl over it to cover up everything. I feel like cheated by the front agent with the bidding process. They have made not go with the realtor stating that we would have an advantage. Later we found that it is an absolute lie. They have lied us at corporate level.

Horrible experience. Noone ever answers the phone and when they do they pass the issue to another person. There's problem every step of the way. Had to postpone receiving the keys because lennar mortgage did not release the loan on time. Many issues with the house, weak construction, water leaks, power not wired properly. Overall horrible experience

Never got my keys day of closing, lock was broken, it didn’t get fixed for weeks and keys never sent to me like I was told. I had to drive 2 hours to pick them up. Leaks in the house after day 3. No one likes to help, I had to call a lot of numbers to finally get a response. I had lots that needed to be fixed and it took over a month with lots of contractors coming almost daily. This does not include all the blue stickers that were undone before closing. Lennar is not trustworthy in my opinion and to many of my neighbors as well. We selected Lennar because it was building homes in the area we wanted to live. No other builders really had inventory in our our price range and timeline. What a mistake! Worst experience I've ever had. They were late completing the home. The mortgage division is incompetent. They cost us thousands of dollars due to their mistakes.

Briana was awful . She was not responsive to emails or phone calls. She didn’t know the answers to mortgage questions and told me inaccurate information. I had to get her boss involved because it was impossible to deal with her. She wanted me to sign documents that were inaccurate. Up to the day of closing, the down closing costs were still unsure. I literally was so stressed out that I ended up in the hospital the following day for tightening of my chest. I’m young, with no issue of the heart. The Dr said it had to be stress related. The local contractors did a good job, however Lennar as a company cuts corners everywhere and use bad products. They short change at the dumbest opportunities, like a thermostat. All around bad, the best part is that the actual local contractors can come after you buy and then make everything right.

Run far away. Lennar uses subpar materials and even poorer contractors. So many problems with our new house. And when you call they just lie and deflect. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. The worst experience possible. Buy anything else.

The only good experience about this entire process was Jean and Kim. The lender was a terrible experience. The builder started out nice but after the close didn’t really care anymore. Still waiting on promised items. With me buying the flagship house first one on the corner at the entrance of the neighborhood you would think I would be the last client you would want to treat bad. Your reputation is on the line and word of mouth is everything.
