Reasonable price, trustworthy, courteous and friendly staff

Not given free golf membership as promised

Extremely disappointing! Would not purchase another home by builder.

I am def going to be writing a review. To news channel 8, Facebook , Instagram , Twitter. I am shocked at what my house looks like. There is not one piece of molding in any room that is clean and hole paint streak free. Not one. Two doors in house don’t close. Which they were told at walk through never fixed. Holes in both showers in tile. I am saddened that I spent this much money for a place that the inside is literally embarrassing. I have pics which I will be sending you. I will also be sending to social media as I can already tell I am not going to get this stuff fixed. The blue tape during walk through was ignored. Heck some blue tape is still there and was painted over. Very sad. Many people warned me about Lennar. But we ignored it. Totally full of regrets. Seen on the neighborhood Facebook they all say they had same. Something needs to be done. ... More

they use the Cheapest interior paint and a lot of the drywall in the garage is Chipped on the bottom

Our salesperson, Donna, was exceptional. It made our home buying experience painless and less stressful. She totally understood our situation (buying and selling our home). The aftersales is a totally different experience. Doug, our Customer service rep, is good but can only do so much. The vendors we dealt with (GE-ref issue and AC issue) were rude, not very understanding and total opposite of Lennar's sales team which sort of negates the good experience we had from the start. The mortgage process has been stupidly complex and poorly organized. I am still get requests for documents and signatures two weeks afte we’ve closed because of errors and poor communication. I’m satIsfied with the overall build quality and workmanship. That said as we spend more time in the home I’m noticing that the painting contractors don’t seem to have been very detail oriented as were find drips and paint marks on molding and ceiling. We also would have opted to upgrade the paint to a satin finish had we realized that eggshell was going to be used. The contractors who put up the fence also didn’t pay attention to details. First out in on the wrong side of the house then just transferred it to the correct side. Problem is the diet bother to level the fence to the ground so there is uneven gaps and holes under the fence. Fortunately our dog is big enough that she can’t fit through and hasn’t discovered digging yet ... More

Mindy Koopman, was professional and extremely helpful throughout the process and continues to make the transition seamless and trouble free. Josh Lynch, was invaluable in providing assistance with the loan application process. What historically has been an arduous process for home buyers was simplified and streamlined to perfection. Thank you!

Outstanding service and quality from the builders and team at Lennar Mira Mesa. We visited the home weekly and often they would repair the smallest things before we even had a chance to say anything. Oscar and Jose are absolutely fantastic and by far and large were the best part of our first home buying purchase!!!

Overall good sales person Courtney was fantastic very helpful and very courteous. Construction manager Matt high integrity also service manager Gary is top notch They are addressing issues timely. Great team. I think the company would do better with some more help tea,s seem stretched when it comes to the construction aspect. Love the house design and neighborhood and good value for the money

We love our Lennar home.

Everything is done with cheap materials, there are a lot of corners cut & small issues that add up to big issues

The build of the house is amazing. The construction manager and employees are awesome. The realtor we were in contact with from Lennar was so helpful. Our lender with Lennar was awful. Communication didn’t exist with her. Would no recommend using Lennar lender to anyone.

Both Jacob Leggett and Melissa Gaffey went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale. They have both been an Intercal part in the success of Lennar. Thank you again!

Everything was completed on time.

Helpful people and always on time.. they help us and guide us all throughout and the best part of our experience here in lennar was that we didn’t had the hard time of getting this beautiful house that we got..Thank you lennar family! And for all the people out there,if you are looking for a new house i would recommend lennar..You will not regret it..
