All the response to questions never happened, we still have a lot of blue tape all over. They painted over the gouge on the bug built in dispenser outside. We had to go to far up the Corporate ladder to get things done.

The house stood thru the hurricane. The quality of work is terrible. The reason the walls are textured is to hide imperfections and not mud and sand. There are dips and ruts. I like the neighbors and surroundings. Lennar does not look at the home form the inside as a home owner and how things work. The driveway has no sub barrier so grass continuously grows thru. There was so much blue tape warranty said this is construction things not post close warranty.

The agent on site nice, but, she is supposed to be. That is the best and only best thing which can be said for the whole experience with Lennar. As far as the mortgage experience is concerned, if it were not for the incentives used I would not have used them. As to the subcontractors used, if they worked for me they would have to get better real quick or find another line of work. Subcontractors work rating is fair too poor and that can be appealed from floor, to ceiling, to outside.

Terrible Buying Experience

Buying a home from Lennar has been a terrible experience. The quality of the home is not good and customer support from Lennar has been awful.

Worst home and home buying experience ever

This will be THE LAST time I ever buy a Lennar home and I will tell everyone who asks me, how crappy this house is. We basically only moved forward with the purchase because it was buy this house or be homeless. We pay so much money for a house that comes with the bare minimum. We don't even have a back yard water faucet and live facing a retention area. If that area ever caught fire, we have no way of helping contain that. No window screens, our home inspector was shocked with no screens. The door ways to the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible as they are so narrow. We live in TEXAS ...

Home was delivered without being finished

Was pushed to close with the home with many pending issues that made the place not ready for move in. 2 months after closing and stilll many issues pending, There is no responsiveness from the Senior Construction Manager to cancel moleste items are n the punch list. Worst experience ever !

Stay Away - Absolutely Horrible Experience

This company is focused on just pushing numbers out the door rather than customer satisfaction. The overall experience has been very disappointing as I'm still waiting for my home to be completed as we approach 2 months after the date of closing. I was offered an incentive to close on the original closing date (didn't really have a choice) and told the house would be ready within 30 days. We are nowhere close to being ready and the unresponsiveness from low level staff that are responsible for just booking walk throughs, to the sales teams, and even high level executives has been telling ...

the construction of my home took over 34 months and was plagued with the worst management I have ever seen in a home builder. It has been and still is the worst home buying experience of my life. In the end we never moved into this house because the delay took so long. We have the home listed for sale and again the delay in construction has cost us 100s of 1000s of dollars.

Worst new home purchase.

This is the fifth house my wife and I have purchased, third new build. By far, worst quality build. We have been in the home for almost two months and original punch list items still haven’t been corrected. There have been multiple laborers come through to correct the same issues repeatedly. No pride in their work. To date, still not fixed. From start to finish, this has been a horrible experience. I wholeheartedly regret making this purchase. Would not recommend Lennar to friends or family.

No words to describe how disappointed we are with Lanner. Delays over 90 plus days, no communications at all from any office , sale or builders, if any then was at last minute like day before closing.... like ups your closing just move to the next month ... your mortgage Lennar as well did not have any clue when is closing.... same day they calling congratulating me for next day closing then few min after another call sorry closing is not happening , delay for another reason. Blue tape walks were joke, nothing were fix right or at all, power to building ups I had to personally make calls ...

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! Pressure to close on home when not ready. Told us to move form 4 states away that it was ready to move in. It was still rough, not finished. Had to live in hotel for a couple of weeks after closing. Poor responsiveness from managers. Shabby finish work. I will never buy from Lennar again and will do my very best to warn future customers.

Very bad construction and Custome rsupport

Lot of issues: NO Heat Pump until after 2 months of closing. No proper customer support, Negligence in responding to queries. No Extra laminate tiles given Backyard sliding door is broken within a month. Issues with price paid. Bad /un acceptable appraisal report provided for the home. I need to escalate this however the customer reps are very hesitant to do that because of the issue on the builder side.

Horrible new home build- buyer beware

So much wrong with our new build it is crazy and after speaking with neighbors in the community several others are having similar issues with the quality of work and issues on their homes. Had I known I would have never bought with Lennar and will not buy a home in future from this builder nor recommend them. Our home was also delayed a month on closing and issues we wanted fixed still were not done and more issues were found upon moving in. Towel wall rack fell out of the wall, tile in bathroom needs to be redone in shower, insulation left out of walls upstairs, baseboards and trim cut too ...

Do not close on your property until you are happy with the job, the punchlist does not necessarily matter after you close. We are presently 7 weeks after closing and still do not have a functional pool. Lennar was in a rush to close for their fiscal monthly/quarterly numbers. New home consultant disappeared after closing with no replacement figure given. No messages answered or returned after closing, although project manager Trevor has been very helpful. Some of the problems on the punchlist that were supposed to be taken care of before closing are slowly being addressed, but I had to ...

It was a really bad experience buying and doing the walk through of the house . House was not properly finished. Still pending a lot of things to be complete. Never answer phone calls or emails. They are in the business of making money and they are rushing the process and cutting corners. Complicating and making it worse for the homeowners

Closed Six Weeks Ago and Still Not Finished

The home is still incomplete, my exceptions list is still open, and it's been over a month and a half since I closed. It feels like the warranty period is really there so Lennar can finish the house. I have a dip in my floor and was told it's within tolerance so there's nothing they can do. There have been issues with paint, concrete, baseboards, and more just to name a few. Let's just say I'm disappointed with who I thought was ranked Las Vegas's number 1 homebuilder.

Unexpectedly dirty house at the time of sale.

House was very dirty at the time of sale. Many items were not finished. Still lots of trash under the deck. Basement was left unbelievably dirty. People were mopping the floor with dirty mops in front of us during final walk through. Lennar tries to rush in the sale of the house, but don’t really care about the quality. Really bad experience to say the least.

Disappointed... My first home buying.

My home-buying experience was not pleasant at all. Renee R who was in charge of closing was unprofessional and unresponsive. It was to the point where she was arguing with me in front of one of the other managers when I made the complaint. Just one word, the only good experience was the fantastic salesperson we had. Other than that everything else was and is hell. Construction is terrible, and warranty coverage is awful—very Bad Experience; the worst.

A builder that don't care about building a quality home

I owned a new Lennar home before back in 2007 that's why i bought again with you Lennar, but now the quality is worst than a KB home. You can hear any conversations from 3 walls separations, meaning, 3 walls of sound proofing and still you can hear. When you flush the toilet and you can hear the water going down the pipes, windows were installed crooked. Use a level for god sake! touch up with pain all wrong shins, flat when it suppose to be glossy and glossy when it supposed to be white. The team that suppose to fix things takes days to reply and weeks to schedule. Even the toilet ...
