Builder grade: put in decent brushed nickel faucets, but the cheapest looking chrome towel bars you've ever seen. Builder grade: terrible quality carpet. Builder grade: worst white/gray/pink undertone paint on ceilings, walls, doors, and trim...looks like a concrete basement. There was a huge error in the living room ceiling that they didn't mention, but we noticed it. It took several tries to correct and fix the texture. The Electrolux appliances are subpar. Our Electrolux dishwasher had to be replaced once and the door replaced again, it was almost two months before we had a usable dishwasher. We're still trying to get help with our Ruckus Wireless Connection that is malfunctioning. We hate the tankless water heater; the water in the mater bedroom takes several minutes to heat up both in the shower and at the sink. So, basically, I'm always washing my hands in ice cold water. Great company The sale persons are so helpful

So far Lennar has been great with the communication process. Their employees have all been very professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Overall, the experience we had with Lennar was great. There were several minor issues found in the house when we brought in our own inspector, but Lennar was with us every step of the way and fixed everything before move-in. They were extremely communicative throughout the process and kept us up to date of any and all changes due to weather. We ended up closing early in the end, which was a wonderful surprise!

The experience has been great. The quality of homes are phenomenal.

1. Lennar Mortgage - easy to deal with, competent mortgage officer. 2. Lennar Title - titled our unit to 3 other buyers who actually purchased other units. Seems someone didn't change the unit number when preparing the titles. When we went to the tax collector's office we found out about the title issue. This prevented us from applying for our homestead exemption until it was corrected. Luckily the Lennar Title was fixed just in time. 3. Lennar sold our mortgage within 3 weeks of moving in. Our mortgage included a buy down, which was an incentive, so we would use Lennar mortgage. The buy down is for 3 years and allows use to pay a lower monthly payment with the remainder paid by Lennar. Seems no one told the company that purchased the mortgage. I sent the first payment as directed to the new Mortgage company only to get an invoice for the entire monthly mortgage payment. It took me having to go through several people and emailing of documents to prove there was a buy down. Luckily that was completed and the buy down payment was accepted just before the payment would have been late. 4. We have a small cat that we lost one night in the unit. We could hear her meow but could not find her. Finally I looked under the cabinets in the kitchen and she had gotten through a space between the kickboard and bottom of the cabinets. There was anywhere between a two and five inch gab all across the cabinets and kickboards around the kitchen, kitchen island and both bathrooms. The cabinet installer came out and put in new kickboards. The issue was solved timely. 5. Construction of the unit- very poor. It seems the construction workers are paid by the job and they rush through without really taking care that the job is done correctly. We had paint and glue on the title floors, which we were able to scrape up. That was not a big deal. The floor tiles had and some still have writing where measures were taken. Not a big deal comes up with four of nine. The electrical outlets in the second bathroom did not work. Seems the electrician crossed the wires. Was repaired timely. There was a chip in the tub from, it appears tile falling on it. Was somewhat repaired, but acceptable. It seems that there was no final inspection performed once the work was completed. 5. Plumbing. Our unit is a first floor end unit, which is Lennar's biggest condo unit in Terrace Condos. Every time our upstairs neighbors flush their toilet it sounds like Niagara falls coming down the walls. We complained to the customer service agent for Lennar and at first we were told there was nothing that could be done. There is sound proofing in the ceilings and that should control the noise. It did not and I complained again to the customer service agent, who actually got upset and asked if I wanted a plumber to come out and open the ceiling so I could see the sound proofing and I accepted her offer, however that never happened. My wife ended up sending an email to Lennar's CEO and after that we received a call from the customer service agent who offered to have Rice insulation come out to check and make sure the PVC pipes were insulated. Rice came and found none of the four inch PVC pipes were insulated, which is a code violation, so I don't know how the walls were put on without it. Rice wrapped the pipes the best they could. The walls were sealed back up and we can still hear the water, which we again reported to Lennar's customer service agent, who again got upset and told my wife we should have purchased a fourth floor condo, which we would have done except for health issues. She further stated she wasn't going to do anything more concerning the water noise. Checking with a neighbor who has the same unit they have no water noise issues. My neighbor next door has no water noise issue. The neighbor above me has the exact same issue. Lennar's construction crew did not insulate our stacked end units, which is poor. ... More

I just want people to make sure they do the inspection correctly and not to sign until everything is fix. Especially the floor.

I had a great experience with Lennar. This was out first time buying a home and Mark was a really big help. He was on call 24/7 answering any and every question we had in regards to the home buying process with Lennar. Overall, we had the best time working with Mark and Lennar.

Very bad quality issues with this builder

Great builder to trust

My wife and I had such a great experience buying our new home. We came from a condo and what an upgrade! Very happy to be in our new home and raise our daughter in this neighborhood.

Sales and lender personnel are very knowledgeable, supportive and responsive. Their years of experience provide buyers with a trusted and proven source. Made the experience positive and assuring.

We were very happy with the support we received from Robin and all of the Lennar team. Any/all concerns were addressed very promptly.

Lennar is a credible Home builder. Home prices are affortable and it caters according to your needs.

Leenar has an amazing home purchasing experience. The communication was the best thing I remember, and all questions was answered the first day. My home was ready as promised on my closing date with no problems no questions no adjustments and that was very important to me ..love Leenar

Maggie was great to work with. Very responsive and knowledgable. Alex was also very helpful with questions about the property. Overall, it was a positive experience and Lennar does a quality job with building homes.

I think Lennar is a good company overall. We are pleased with our home, but I also think it's important to know that Lennar is not building custom, million dollar homes. If you have those expectations, then you need to be prepared to pay more. Overall, for the cost, Lennar offers great options and is great about fixing any issues that come up along the way.

After buying our home, we have had several issues with setting up the Next Gen features. Lennar has been either unwilling or unable to help us resolve these issues, and now, almost 5 months later, the issue STILL isn’t resolved and we are having to pay someone else to come fix it. Our multiple calls to lennar go unreturned and it is frustrating.

We are just getting started but Fred Wasner is doing a great job assisting us with the process. We are pleased !!

Gaston Sanchez (Lennar) at Scouters Mountain was very helpful. His responsiveness on any questions was immediate: he showed us our future home as many times as we asked him for that, while taking the decision; diligently went us through all the paperwork with thorough explanation of all the important things, connected us with the Lennar’s preferred lender and was always on top of any question along the way!!! A 5-star agent!!! We enjoy the quality of our home every day, and so far no issues at all. Highly recommended!!!
