House was delayed by 4 months. Have closed for 2 months now and there are so many things not finished and broken. Overall extremely unhappy.

There are lot of problems with the finishing like painting and caulking. Especially the finishing is very bad and rushed for closing.

I thought buying a home would be an amazing experience and it might be with another builder. The entire process was extremely stressful and frustrating. Lennar Corporate could careless and are pretty much useless. Good luck to anyone building with Lennar!

I have to say, buying our new Lennar home has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. From our walkthrough (with no lights or AC), to closing day where these issues were still not resolved, to issues that are still not resolved in our home almost 2 months after closing. You have to jump through hoops to get things fixed, even when they been notated multiple times. The materials in the home are cheap- pressed wood cabinets and laminate counters in the bathrooms. Horrific! Nothing about Lennar says professionalism. Poor craftsmanship and poor customer service. Our new home has more issues than a fifty year old home. We basically had to do our CM’s job because he didn’t. Even the closing was a joke! What should have been a happy day was a cluster mess our house was filthy when we closed and we had over a 100 punch list items and not minor issues. We have had a terrible time with our whole building process. We were lied to from day one about what we could choose, lied to about availability of items, gas lit for every explanation, and the entire construction team has been condescending and belligerent. We have had to go all the way to the VP for every issue in order to actually get it addressed. The quality of workmanship and craftmanship is abhorrent. Terrible experience!!! The Lennar Team had terrible communication. My closing was pushed back several time. On closing day there was still a number of items not completed. From front office, to construction, to warranty. This Lennar Team here is TERRIBLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE HOUSE.

I am a new home owner in Autumn Vista community. Closed home in July 2022. First construction was delayed by 1 month. Next, home orientation date wasn’t flexible at all. We had to take online orientation where we missed several things to inspect like there was a chip in the flooring, the main door won’t lock without a struggle. Lennar just fixed the flooring and no date on when they will fix the main door. The promised AC unit wasn’t provided still as I write this review. The Lennar sales team was terrible throughout the entire buying process. Our home closed 5 months after initial projection. This, while frustrating, is understandable given the issues businesses are facing right now. What isn't understandable is the complete dearth of information and even general communication from beginning to end. No explanations were given besides "supply chain issues" and that was when we could get an answer at all. Worse experience in my life. Lennar has different departments and they don’t communicate with each other. Zach the sales spokesperson for the area was useless, couldn’t be found no text, or call. I seen him only one time out of 5 months. He was always off or on vacation. No help. Extremely disappointed with the whole process. Our sales agent was NOT responsive - it would take days and multiple outreach for them to respond. And my house was not finished and had many things wrong with it when we closed. Now I’m dealing with all the work orders and it’s very inconvenient to juggle as we work full time. Would not buy from LENNAR again.

This is the 3rd house we’ve built (1st with Lennar), and can’t believe the how little Lennar actually cares about quality of workmanship. I’m not going to list all the items as it would take too long, but major issues include roof leak, plumbing backup, not building home to plan (forgot conferred ceiling in foyer, forgot brick on column on front porch, Island installed in the wrong place, dishwasher/sink/cabinets in Island installed in the wrong orientation), and the countless other items. Absolutely terrible. Haven't been in two months and we have massive cracks in the walls. The doors don't shut or latch and they have fixed them 5 times already and they still don't work. We don't have running cold water. I have called over and over and I just get the run around and nothing happens. We still have things broken from our initial walkthrough that should have been taken care of when I moved in. Ive asked to get someone else to be put on the case and nothing happens and the same guy Rene doesn't help or schedules and no one shows up. Stay away from this company.

Once you've moved in, Lennar doesn't really care about addressing issues: 1.We have no internet service with no ETA provided despite our neighbors having service (we moved in 2 months ago). 2. I've been asked to check the box and mark requested warranty work as complete before it was finished, and it then gets ignored by the warranty team. 3. House was dirty in many areas upon move-in, and that was even with a further move-in thanks to Lennar messing up the closing date. This has been the worst decision of my life. Be careful.
