The builder rushed to build my house. I’m still finding things wrong. Hard to get someone to respond to my concerns Gas stove want installed correctly which is very hazardous. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly either. Several electrical issues that had to be fixes 2 weeks after moving in. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Very bad experience, when buying the house the construction Manager Bob when to do a walkthrough in my house we did a list of what we need to by finish and repair, one moth later he says is not going to do the list that I have to do everything thru guarantee, I’m been living in my house for over a moth and my driveway is missing paver is not done yet the sidewalk is broken cracks all over, my shower enclosure is not installed, all the appliances are broken I have to call Frigidaire to apply guarantee because lennar don’t want to replace my appliances, I can’t use my dishwasher, microwave, and ...

A lot of things are not in good shape when closing home. Staff members push you to close a new home, with a lot of things are missing or unfinished. Home was finished with low quality.

My experience with the builder was not good especially since they want to close before the home is complete and for someone that is a buyer from out of state is hard to check all the details of the final construction and in my home, there are lots of issue like paint, hold in the upstair stair broken or defected doors and for the high price that the home has the material, users is very low quality and the same that is listed on the home model .

The craftsmanship put into our brand new home is absolutely atrocious and frankly, I am appalled. From the sales staff to the construction manager and everyone in between, it has been an awful experience. Corners were cut while finishing our brand new home and it looks terrible. I want Lennar held responsible for hiring a dependable high quality finish carpentry company to come and fix the embarrassingly low quality, garbage level of work we are forced to live with and pay for. Lennar is the worst. Zero accountability from top to bottom. Everything needed extra work or repairs and when problems were reported it took multiple calls and complaints to get any work done. NEVER close unless everything is 100% done and checked with a fine-tooth comb.

This was the most disorganized, poorly built community I've ever seen. Craftsmanship in overall decency is non-existent. I've had a couple of people within the organization that has been good, caring people. Ninety-nine percent of the rest do not care about you, your home, or your future family. The builders have rushed through the jobs without making sure that things are safer, making sure that things are secure, or complete. We had people peeing in the toilet painters. Not my first Lennar home but will be the last. Home not complete on Closing Day and home has very shoddy workmanship and does not have finishes stated when signing contract. In this very tight market I believe I was taken advantage of and now it’s time to handle. Beware!

I would recommend other builder. Experience was horrible. Supervisor checking finish product is horrible then they get mad when you complain or ask things done correctly. I have told my coworkers to find other builders those that are looking to buy. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Lennar to my worst enemy.

Had the worst experience with the mortgage company as the agent handling the paper work doesn't know the calculation. Plus requested unnecessary documents from the third party as there personal bank statements which at the was not provided and still loan was approved. Really bad material plus construction work. It's not even month and floor started making noises as old houses. Basement has leaks as we started water sprinklers just think water is coming into basement just from water sprinklers that are used to water garden. Still don't have mailbox for the house. Worst experience ever. Showed up day of closing to complete punch walk review and then head to closing. Show up and nothing on punch list was completed. Construction PM left as he had prior obligations. Never mentioned that we did not have a CO and couldn’t close. After waiting for over hour and half for someone else to show up to walk home ( no one ever did ) we get a call that CO won’t happen for another 5 days. Very disappointed in the overall process, quality and value as well as responsiveness to issues. Keep being told "this is the way it is these days" instead of having the respect and quality that a new house should. The only goal was to close on the house - no matter what shape it was in - and was promised all items would be fixed right away. Going on 2 months and the majority of the issues haven't even been scheduled to be fixed. Everyone is paying A+ prices these days and getting C+ quality and service. Thank you.

Move in date was pushed several times, over 26 items failed inspection, communication with the builder and management was absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. The day I got my keys there was taco bell trash on the counter and paint on the floors still. This was after having to accept a list of things that were not fixed on move in. Just the absolute worst experience I have ever had, specially when spending so much money. Will never go through Lennar again.

From the beginning to well after closing (1 1/2 months now,we received no occupancy permit,but forced to close!) It's been crazy busy with contractors in and out fixing all of the obvious problems that were not addressed, I would never recommend this to anyone, the horror stories are too many and such long stories, I hope this helps someone with their decision.

Several outstanding warranty issues have not been resolved nor any attempt to fix them. Deena my construction manager and warranty contact will not respond and fix MANY ITEMS THAT WERE NOTED SINCE PRIOR TO MOVE IN DATE. The home was given to me in a complete mess. Now, Lennar expects me to be available all the time to schedule appointments with each individual company for the many issues that the house has. This is a full time job for which I don’t have the time as I work full time. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase of a house.
