The materials you use are embarrassingly bad. How can you put those super cheap showers in and not offer an upgrade. The whole house needs to be redone. The toilets even clog with just toilet paper because you got the cheapest you can find. The price was always changing using one for the first few homes then just raising it a lot more. Was not impressed at all about that.

After sales service is very bad.

My experience with my previous home builder was very good. I came here expect ing same or better, but they just dont seem to care once the sale is made.

No follow ups !!!

During my first walk, before closing, we found some issues that were supposed to be corrected. After 5 calls and the "promise" that someone would take care, 5 months after, nobody showed up !!!

Dead Palm

Builder planted a dead palm that never grew one new leaf in 4 months and refuses to replace it. Horrible business on behalf of the warranty department. I understand that trees and plants are not USUALLY covered under warranty but when builder puts in a tree that NEVER TOOK, they should replace it.

Never Buying From Lennar Again

My wife and I had possibly the worst experience buying a house through Lennar. Not only did Lennar ruin our first home buying experience, but we are still finding things around our brand new house that constantly need fixes. First off, when we purchased our house, back in March 2019, we purposely bought a house that was not going to be ready until March 2020. Couldn’t be happier with our neighbors but be very careful and cautious when dealing with Lennar. Have your “I’d” dotted and “t’s” crosses with EVERYTHING!! Make sure to get it in writing because they will change their stories in everything that they verbalize to you

Knowing and seeing the problems and the quality of this house right now, I will not buy another Lennar home. Appears that house was built rushed and built poorly. Did not meet the standard I was expecting for a brand new home.

The builders completely missed our change request order, had we not found it ourselves by driving by, it would have not been caught u til too late. This happened twice during the build. And don’t even think about trying to use their financing company, most unprofessional and joke of a lending company

First off and let me say that is review is just a summary of the problems. Lennar forgot to finished installing the proper parts for the heater so when my family and I decided to run the heat, it didn’t work The AC had to be fixed 3 times since moving in and I’ve only been in the house for 6 months. When we first bought our home in May of 2019, we were told we did not need flood insurance because the area wasn’t a flood zone area, fast forward to Sep 2019 with tropical storm imelda, we were under water!
