The builder rushed to build my house. I’m still finding things wrong. Hard to get someone to respond to my concerns Gas stove want installed correctly which is very hazardous. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly either. Several electrical issues that had to be fixes 2 weeks after moving in. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

It’s been 2 months and there’s no scheduled time for my touch up painting to be done and they are now no longer working with the painter they used and don’t have a new one

I have been disappointed in the workmanship in my home as you can see I have not rated you, very highiy

Very bad experience, when buying the house the construction Manager Bob when to do a walkthrough in my house we did a list of what we need to by finish and repair, one moth later he says is not going to do the list that I have to do everything thru guarantee, I’m been living in my house for over a moth and my driveway is missing paver is not done yet the sidewalk is broken cracks all over, my shower enclosure is not installed, all the appliances are broken I have to call Frigidaire to apply guarantee because lennar don’t want to replace my appliances, I can’t use my dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, gutters leaking, house haven’t been paint yet missing paint in doors, wall, baseboards and ceiling. Also my land is washing away to the lake I’m still waiting to fix problem is been a nightmare ... More

A lot of things are not in good shape when closing home. Staff members push you to close a new home, with a lot of things are missing or unfinished. Home was finished with low quality.

My experience with the builder was not good especially since they want to close before the home is complete and for someone that is a buyer from out of state is hard to check all the details of the final construction and in my home, there are lots of issue like paint, hold in the upstair stair broken or defected doors and for the high price that the home has the material, users is very low quality and the same that is listed on the home model .

The craftsmanship put into our brand new home is absolutely atrocious and frankly, I am appalled. From the sales staff to the construction manager and everyone in between, it has been an awful experience. Corners were cut while finishing our brand new home and it looks terrible. I want Lennar held responsible for hiring a dependable high quality finish carpentry company to come and fix the embarrassingly low quality, garbage level of work we are forced to live with and pay for. This is unacceptable and when expressing my frustrations to our Lennar warranty rep. we are left feeling like the house is our fault and that it is a "Production" home and there is nothing they are going to do. Lennar is the worst. Zero accountability from top to bottom. Everything needed extra work or repairs and when problems were reported it took multiple calls and complaints to get any work done. NEVER close unless everything is 100% done and checked with a fine-tooth comb.

I had very hard time with Lennar sales person and Mortigage people ,they are not co-operative and they will not include any upgrades,we have to go with their recommendations , so f you want smooth process I will not recommend Lennar homes at all .

Worst new home buying experience ever and I will never buy Lennar home.

This was the most disorganized, poorly built community I've ever seen. Craftsmanship in overall decency is non-existent. I've had a couple of people within the organization that has been good, caring people. Ninety-nine percent of the rest do not care about you, your home, or your future family. The builders have rushed through the jobs without making sure that things are safer, making sure that things are secure, or complete. We had people peeing in the toilet painters. We had painters painting outside of the house that we're supposed to be washing the brush we've had every single thing possible Under the Sun wrong with this house we were forced into closing this house and where are already almost nine weeks past closing and the home is still not ready. We haven't been able to move in. I'm not going to write bad reviews or reviews. But I tell you, I'm not going to write bad checks or reviews. But I tell you, if you are going to buy a home, I will steer clear of Lennar homes right now. I can listen to every excuse imaginable I have, but nothing is got me closer to complete. I've only asked for one thing build the house the same way you'd want it made for your own family, no better, no worse. I have yet to have one person say that they would be okay or want to move their family in there. We've been put out; shutout left out. We had the home built drywall in with no we had the house being constructed drywall in with no windows in the middle of rain storms without even putting a piece of plastic over a window. We were told that the windows in the garage that had been sitting there for three weeks were not the right fit. That had to have been the reason to find out after seven more weeks they were the windows they put in the house. They were also covered in paint. we're still not even home yet and they are still at least a couple weeks away from fixing the things that they've already broken. I hope this somebody out there at least question what's going on. Again very trashy quality and built quality and also material quality day after day getting worst and worst Trash kitchen quality AC Built walls Landscaping Home appliances All very trashy and low quality materials Not worth the price I pay at all Regret to buy from you guys

It was horrible I will never recommend this builder to anyone!

Not my first Lennar home but will be the last. Home not complete on Closing Day and home has very shoddy workmanship and does not have finishes stated when signing contract. In this very tight market I believe I was taken advantage of and now it’s time to handle. Beware!

Terrible, more than a month and I don’t even have a shower at home worse experience ever. House with a lot of problems. I was trick.

I would recommend other builder. Experience was horrible. Supervisor checking finish product is horrible then they get mad when you complain or ask things done correctly. I have told my coworkers to find other builders those that are looking to buy. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Lennar to my worst enemy.

My fourth home with Lennar but this one was the worst experience from home buying, Lennar financing, materials, workmanship and customer support. Will never go back to Lennar specially in Central Valley.

Had the worst experience with the mortgage company as the agent handling the paper work doesn't know the calculation. Plus requested unnecessary documents from the third party as there personal bank statements which at the was not provided and still loan was approved. Really bad material plus construction work. It's not even month and floor started making noises as old houses. Basement has leaks as we started water sprinklers just think water is coming into basement just from water sprinklers that are used to water garden. Still don't have mailbox for the house. So have to go to USPS to get the mails. Bathroom tab started leaking water when made complaint in warranty still haven't scheduled to repair it. When asked who will pay bill for the water as it is continuously leaking and the answer was that is normal the bill won't be that big. No one wants to answer their phones and keep avoiding you. ... Worst experience ever. Showed up day of closing to complete punch walk review and then head to closing. Show up and nothing on punch list was completed. Construction PM left as he had prior obligations. Never mentioned that we did not have a CO and couldn’t close. After waiting for over hour and half for someone else to show up to walk home ( no one ever did ) we get a call that CO won’t happen for another 5 days. This was 30 minutes before closing at lawyers office. Also found out that they don’t detail clean houses prior to closing and it’s new owners responsibility to have detailed clean, they only perform a quick wipe down. We have lived in house for over 30 days now and punch list items are still lingering and not closed out. Construction PM sends guys to fix but never instructs them what it is so I have to spend time pointing everything out. Most interactions with the subs that have come to fix items goes like this. “ Hey, Kevin sent me over to fix punch items but didn’t tell me what it is I actually need to do”. As far as quality of home and workmanship, I have never seen anything worse. Walls have lumps in them from where patches were attempted and not properly fixed. Paint drips from excess paint on walls. Ceiling lights that are not flush to ceiling because the cans were not set flush to ceiling. Tile in showers that feels like a mountain range. The list goes on and on about how bad Lennar is at building homes. I fully have accepted the fact that I am going to have to pay a painter to come in and fix most Sheetrock and trim plus repaint most of house. The advice I give to everyone that ask how I like my new house is stay away from new construction and don’t ever buy from Lennar. You pay the price of a Cadillac and are given beat up used car in return. I cannot express enough my dissatisfaction with Lennar. They absolutely know how to ruin the experience of buying a new home ... More

Very disappointed in the overall process, quality and value as well as responsiveness to issues. Keep being told "this is the way it is these days" instead of having the respect and quality that a new house should. The only goal was to close on the house - no matter what shape it was in - and was promised all items would be fixed right away. Going on 2 months and the majority of the issues haven't even been scheduled to be fixed. Everyone is paying A+ prices these days and getting C+ quality and service. Thank you.

Move in date was pushed several times, over 26 items failed inspection, communication with the builder and management was absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. The day I got my keys there was taco bell trash on the counter and paint on the floors still. This was after having to accept a list of things that were not fixed on move in. Just the absolute worst experience I have ever had, specially when spending so much money. Will never go through Lennar again.

From the beginning to well after closing (1 1/2 months now,we received no occupancy permit,but forced to close!) It's been crazy busy with contractors in and out fixing all of the obvious problems that were not addressed, I would never recommend this to anyone, the horror stories are too many and such long stories, I hope this helps someone with their decision.

I have smoke alarms constantly going off. I need someone to address this asap! I have reached out to the contractor with no help!

Several outstanding warranty issues have not been resolved nor any attempt to fix them. Deena my construction manager and warranty contact will not respond and fix MANY ITEMS THAT WERE NOTED SINCE PRIOR TO MOVE IN DATE. Customer service at this community is the worst I have ever experienced. I have purchased multiple new construction homes since 1991 and Lennar is by far the worst experience I have had. Deena is terrible! I have broken tile; granite counter top; incomplete landscaping; weeds all around my home; a nasty rusty nail sticking out of the concrete in the garage; my AC unit is not working; terrible mismatched pain job throughout the house. These items were noted in final walk through approximately 5/18/22 and not one of them are fixed! I see Lennar rapidly completing new homes to sell and make a profit but has COMPLETELY NEGLECTED TO FIX THE ITEMS IN MY HOME. Absolutely ridiculous. I would like to work with a different construction/warranty manager as Deena is not doing her job and has demonstrated zero effort in resolving my warranty issues. The home was given to me in a complete mess. Now, Lennar expects me to be available all the time to schedule appointments with each individual company for the many issues that the house has. This is a full time job for which I don’t have the time as I work full time. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase of a house.
