not many choices on finishes, appliances, just have to take packages that are offered

Lots of promises upfront, but the reality doesn't match what was said in the sales office. Constant drywall issues with multiple homeowners, there appears to be a very poor vendor being used continuously. For these high prices (and getting higher) there shouldn't be a wait list for a year to fix issues.

Where do I begin...This, by far, was one of the worst experiences I have ever been through, from the beginning to the present. I am disgusted with Lennar and how nobody is accountable for their mistakes. My home was not move in ready. 6 months later, I am still dealing w/ getting things fixed because the craftsmanship of the build was poor. Dealing with the customer service team has been the only bright spot in this experience. Bless all of the customer care personnel for they have to deal with the mistakes of the poor building. All I get from the construction manager for my neighborhood was, "I came on when your house was 7/8 the way done...," as I said, no accountability. I wanted to pull out of this deal from the beginning when my sales rep continuously made multiple mistakes on the same document that I had to fill out not one, not two but three times only to get her coming back to say I should have caught the mistakes. Really??? In any sales transaction, the buyer and seller has rights, so I thought. In this transaction, my rights as the buyer were stripped of me. I was told I can pull out of the deal but...I'd lose my deposit of $15,000. So, I was forced to go through this process anyways. As I've said, one of the worst experiences ever. Very bad experience. Worst experience in the purchase of a brand new home ever. If we had known ahead of time we would have passed. Last minute changes that cost us a fortune.

Everyone was helpful and understanding and very responsive.

Overall good buying experience and quality home!

Great house, I love it

Interested in selling but lennar buil quality is poor

Bought from across the country wasn’t able to be there along the way. A lot of qc issues from slanted walls, terrible paint, non existent cleanup. Pretty disappointed with the build compared to 2 others we have built

Lennar has been great to work with. We had Rachel as our agent and she was so helpful and wonderful.

Drywall and paint was terrible

Actual builder, Brad, is great! Super responsive and gets things done correctly himself. Salesman, Tommy, is a completely different story. He rarely if ever responded to questions or issues addressed.

Their follow up with getting things fixed was good.

Great experience w/ Lennar mortgage/sales and builder. Also, very quick response on any warranty work that we put in orders for!

Lennar did a great job of showing me the house and the various lot options/styles, as well as provided competitive pricing, flexible mortgage options, thorough inspective walk-throughs, and a great system to follow up with post-closing with any issues. Would highly recommend.

Great response to repair on front trim of home

Great homes in a great neighborhood! Lennar was easy to work with and always quick to respond to any issues.

Buying a new home is stressful, but this went pretty smoothly. A few hiccups, but they were tended to quickly.

We are so glad we went with Lennar. The customer service has been above and beyond what we expected all the way from the first showing of our home to today.

Sadly, the information from one team to the next gets lost. The client has to constantly remind them of what was told and by whom. Obviously, the client will do it since they are making such an important investment, but the support and guidance provided by Lennnar, especially to first homebuyers, is subpar. Lastly, quality of materials, attention to detail and overall value for the price paid is questionable. There is a general lack of refinement with many details.

For the most part other than a few small items, the house is well built ands suits my needs.
