From the moment we sign the sells agreement to the now, dealing with the entire sales staff, the loan officer staff, the title company, and now the warranty staff, they have lied to us, did everything to deceive us, provide low bid ghetto products. Lennar are criminals they should all be in jail.

The floor is not good, quality of the appliances is bad

In the first two weeks of living in the house, i'm very fond of the floor plan and the quality of the finish. the house is very well insulated and the appliances provided with the house r four in excess of standard builder quality appliance.

biggest problem was the appliances were not very well made. we have replaced almost all of them. people very helpful. dishwasher broke after using twice. microwave made noise. washing machine very noisey. stove was replaced only because we wanted induction cooking.

I have had a very difficult time me window treatments the windows are all out of square. I had to return $5000. dollars worth of custom cut window treatments to Lowe’s due to the windows being out of square, and yes Lowe’s did do the measurements for the blinds. I am meeting with 2 more blind businesses this week, hopefully they can get the blinds made and installed. The back porch ceiling shakes so badly in the wind it sounds like it going to tear away and the outside vent on the stove hood flaps so loud in the wind. I called the project manager about all of these issues and he said everything was installed per the manufacturer plans and the issues are “normal”. Also I think the garage should have been finished in the price of the house. The DR Horton house I live in now had a finished garage, and window treatments installed in the building phase. The street behind the garage is not wide enough. If the across neighbors are parked in their driveway and we can’t use part of their driveway to get into ours we run over the grass. The Sod has issues all around the house, sunken places, spots that are bare. It is embarrassing for me to have these issues in a $500k dollar home. How can all of this be normal? The truth is that it is bad design and poor craftsmanship. I don’t live in the house, it’s a rental investment property and I’m frankly very concerned about complaints that may come and according to the project manager there’s nothing that can be done. Everything went smoothly with escrow with only one non-major clinch. There was an issue with one of the water lines caused by the workers but this was fixed prior to move in. Overall the experience with the staff was good.

We purchased. I did not like the sales approach, similar to a car dealership. Unprofessional and pushy. Once we sat down and got to raw numbers everything just worked. Made sense sales men was a “salesman” I did not like that. Customer was not in mind. overall buying experience was fine. Numbers worked. Office, title was really helpful. Quality is great and response for the minimal Issues we have had which is to be expected in a newly built home has been phenomenal. I would say sales is the hardest hurdle but you do get a quality home with a supportive group. I would buy again just expect to feel like cheap car dealership dependent on you get. Community is really awesome! Amenities are too notch. I don’t have any issue with anything but the sales approach and real estate. Very happy a great schools! ... More

Hello, we live in a technological age, and through my online research in Türkiye, I found LENNAR to be a good and reliable company. I purchased my house based on the plans without ever seeing it. As a civil engineer, I was very impressed with the project when I arrived for the closing ceremony. Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you, LENNAR!

The guy that showed us the house was a complete joke, Christopher. He didn't absolutely nothing for us. There was nothing but lies after lies after lies just to close on the house. It literally was the worst experience of my life

At 6 weeks of ownership I have not had any problems. The sales experience was professional and I have not discovered any "lies" told to me during the transaction.

We had a few things go wrong with the new home. However, the Lennar team has been very responsive and has addressed all of our concerns so far.

Please communicate association fees are paid twice a year.

To be a first time buyer on a New Home for me was just horrible. I would like to speak to someone in person so I can share this horrible experience that I have been through with my Lennar Home. I'm hoping I get a response and I hear from someone soon. Thank You, Mary Alice Rodriguez

we did not close as promised, and then it was a nightmare. Once we moved in the quality of the home was subpar. The paint on the walls are coming off. The sidewalk was not finished with the concrete and there was a big hole in the front yard that did not have a cover on it from the manhole. There was a manhole cover in the backyard that was full of debris and trash. I have called several times to get this taken care of and was told that I needed to turn it over to warranty And then that takes forever for them to respond. I would not recommend these homes to anyone we’re stuck with it for now and we will live with not to mention an HOA is nothing but a pain ... More

I have seen better fit and finish for certain. Overspray, runs in paint on nearly ever door, our banister stain is awful looking, one of our door thresholds had a 1/2" gap letting visible light through. Our pool cage doors both drag the block because you cant lower the sweep enough to seal as they are not level. And we have a massive issue with our pool cage gutter, requiring my complaints multiple times and now our fascia and flashing is visibly mangled and covered in excessive caulk creating an eyesore on our brand new home. For the sales side of the house, none of this applies. They conversely having nothing to do with these quality issues were top notch and we appreciate their attentiveness. ... More

Lennar was transparent about all options

My experience with Linda and the Lennar team was exceptional.They walk me through every single detail and what to expect.I would truly recommend Lennar builders and team to anyone who is interested in building their forever home.

We feel that the interest rate incentive was a bare and switch. We were told we could get the 1.99% but then when we went to buy we were told we had to close by the end of the month.

The best! We had a great experience, I will recommend for sure.

I had the original contract to purchase 205 Donnington Dr Hutto TX 78634 for $324,700. There was some issue identified, during the process of purchase.. I was stuck on multiple issues on post inspection.. were worried to move forward. The builder without acceptance of refund or acceptance in signature. Cancelled the contract. Later one week esclated and reengaged in contract for same home with $15,000 penalty higher in price, its sold to me at $339,750. Now this situation is escaltaed to local attorney, I am in process of court action and serve notice to Lennar in middle of Feb26.

Be prepared to get a garage door motor opener . No screens in any windows. No blinds in any windows. No gutter around the house.

Definitely builder grade, but the layouts are conducive to family living of today. Price is too high for what you get, but so is everything else these days
