I love my home and I hate the fact that I live across the street from a new Lennar Town Home that someone is using like a Hotel.They have 10-12 renters at one time living there that move in and out every few weeks or so.I was never told this or I would have found a better location.I gave you overall poor scores due to this and at some point I will sell this home and go find a new home.

Monitor the work throughout the process. Many of the trades do subpar work and the construction manager failed to do to his job. If you can be here everyday to check on the progress than you might be ok. If you're forced to rely on the construction manager...well good luck.

Love my new single family home. It was built with love. Good quality products and great customer service.. lennar is a must have builder for next home purchase

Asked several times to the office manager, who is not responsible for any warranty service call and has never returned or suggested where to call for the warranty repairs!

My first home buying experience was far from what I've learned to expect from Lennar. I won't use them again in the future. Buying a house is a big deal and I don't feel I received the level service we deserved.

Love the space that the house provides and location was what we were looking for in a home. Things I would like to suggest: 1. Allow buyer 1 or 2 modification during the building process. example - make patio larger if space is available to build it. 2. Seal the Grout on the tile through the house so homeowners don't have to do it in a new home. Its Takes the homeowner 2-3 days to do it in a house of this size (3082 sq ft) when you would just like to enjoy your new home. Complaint: 1. Multiple flooring issues in home hard wood floor and under carpet areas. Many areas crack and pop as if the house floor is 30 years old. Meh, love the inside but have been having issues

I would not recommend buying from Lennar until they can figure out their customer service issues and solutions to their problems. It appears you have to get a lawyer and threatened with a lawsuit to get anything done with Lennar. My own daughter was looking at homes and refused by Lennar because of the issues we went through in the past three months of living in a brand new home with nothing but problems.

The home buying experience was tainted by the Lennar company, Eagle Home Mortgage, which made the entire process so stressful and they ignored entirely the impact every delay, and there were numerous delays by Eagle Mortgage. They did not care a little finger that every week they delayed, cost us, the customer, more in lodging, loan points, and utility charges from scheduling service starts, then having to reschedule them, appliance deliveries has to be delayed, orders changed or canceled. It was the worst experience we have ever had in home buying and this was our 6th home. Aside from that, our home was built fairly well, and during our acceptance only a few smallish repairs needed, and the construction manager handled those well. Eagle Home Mortgage, for us, was unprofessional to the point of amateurish and bumbling. Never once were we apologized to for their ineptitude and wholly unsatisfactory customer service. In fact, after all the delays, due to their incompetence, they had the gall to charge us more points because of those delays. I recommend never using Eagle Home Mortgage, if you can avoid them. ... Moved in 6-11-20 finding water on basement floor. This issue has yet to be resolved on 10-13-20. Numerous issues continue to manifest themselves.

Low stress and great communication along with Everything's Included!

Overall adequate but not exceptional construction work.

The lennar warranty for appliances has been really hard to work with.

Jaime was great to work with during the buying process. At closing, there were many items that needed correction like painting, wrong windows, landscape issues etc. I was working with Brian, the construction manager for our home. I had to keep reaching out to get him to come check out the issues. He came multiple times to inspect the same things. Weeks would go by without follow-up. Landscape was addressed poorly weeks later. It’s been almost 2 months since our last communication. I still have the wrong windows in my bathroom, among other things. I’d like to give zero stars because of how frustrating this experience has been. But I will give 3 because initially the process of buying went well. ... More

Townhouse came out beautiful. Very happy with the construction.

need new ceiling already but they are covering it. Very inconvinient

Good response to issues. However too many issues. Poor workmanship and materials. Shelves are separating from their supports. Wall materials are so poor they would not support hanging even small objects. Dishwasher controls difficult to use. Master bath tiles separating from the wall. Caulking cracking and separating. Overall very poor and was a poor choice when choosing a builder. Will never make that mistake again.

From start to finish Lennar staff was ther to answer all of our questions. They were fantastic!

If Lennar had spent just 1 or 2 more weeks rather than rush to close the home before the end of their fiscal quarter and month, the home would have been in a better quality. Same issue with everybody in the neighborhood. Lennar definitely preyed on the goodwill and naivete of first time home buyers and dangled the 1 year "bumper to bumper" warranty to get their inventory sold. First time home buyers beware! I would not recommend a Lennar/Village Builder new build to anyone. Thankfully, the issues are fixed one by one and the home is in great shape now.

Lot of lack of communication, answer or updates from sales. Also I have been complaining that might have some issue with the electric installation in the house and it has been kind of ignored . Some specific issues were taken care after 3 or 4 claims but still the breaker keeps going off. It’s not normal that a new house have the breaker off so often. Wish some one could come and inspect in general if everything is ok.

Overall a great sales experience. After we purchased, warranty issue after issue. The roof had 15 cracks from poor workmanship.....still no warranty resolution. Many neighbors shared the same experience with the roof.

We were very pleased with our sales person who answered our questions very quickly. We were unable to come for a walk thru so it was virtual and we saw and had explained everything as if we were there. When we arrived 3 months later we received a refresher course. We needed no repairs or touch ups. We are very pleased.

My overall experience is very positive. I only wish the kitchen materials like countertop and cabinetry were better. Workmanship also needs improvement. Post sale Customer service has been excellent though and the builder is very responsive to our needs.
