I hate this home. I will never recommend a Lennar home going forward. I was strong armed into closing when I should not have. This house is still being repaired from the original punch list. The little compensation I was provided dors not suffice the aggravation, the frustration nor the quality of work for the price I paid. more compensation is deserved for my personal time in waiting around for someone to show up, not show up or cancel at last minute. They all put cheap material with in month moved in more than 100 issue noted and not resolved and filed customer service gentle man not knowledge able with problems and does not have customer service skills, rushing closing the tickets with out solving problems. water leak from bathroom since 3/4 March to until 4/26 not fix, drainage issued on the right side of the house not fix same time. Finishing was not good still have lots of pain stain on hardwood floor.

Did not have a great experience. I am a first time homebuyer and it felt like the entire process was very rushed and the craftsmanship of the finishings is poor. Even before the home was completed, they forced a closing date and promised all cosmetic finishes would be complete within the next week. The flooring in my house was a complete catastrophic failure. Everything else was done well. The build suffered a great deal from having the flooring installed so terribly. There’s nothing that can be done to fix the issue other than rip it all out and put new flooring in correctly. It’s pretty sad. Now I have to have someone come rip it all out and do it correctly.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail has been poor. Many sloppy errors and work left unfinished. Follow-up has been terrible. I am two months past closing date and nothing has been resolved. Appointments made and not fulfilled.

I couldn't have had worst experience than buying a home from Lennar. I was deceived in signing the purchase of the wrong home. When I spoke to the Orlando sales consultant about his mistake he said he couldn’t change it. I ended up with a subpar home. A home with gross poor workmanship, with over 130 areas to be fixed, malfunction equipments , a wavy all, you name it. To make matters worst, the home was nothing like the one I had toured to buy. The lack of quality workmanship was appalling. There was garbage in our house on move in. There were (and still remain after 2 month) many many issues with the house. The extreme lack of professionalism of both the sales and construction manager. No communication and lack of integrity in many interactions. I can not recommend lenar to others.

Our home was closed in February 2022, it wasn’t a good experience in general. 1. Lennar Mortgage: The loan agent assigned to our area was not prompt at all. Usually no response to emails until a few days later that we chased him. Up until the closing day the document issued still had errors and we caught it. We originally didn’t plan on going with Lennar Mortgage but as the rates soared 2 months before closing, we chose Lennar because of the credit they offered. They will lie to your face and tell you things that won’t happen ! Tammy who we had was extremely Rude ! To us every time she called and emailed us ! They are great actors ! They pretend to care but they really don’t ! They will not be truthful about material delays etc. They just avoid you ! Not a great experience ! I went to check on our house, And one of there employees took a crap in our toilet that had no water hooked up to it And they left it in there and stuck up the whole basement ! And they got mad at me for letting them know ! Be careful dealing with this Builder !

Construction managers are the worst ever. It’s really a worst home buying experience. They would literally lie. During the walk they say they would take care of it. When you move in they say they didn’t say that. They try to take advantage of Covid and supply chain problem and replace appliances with lower cost ones to save costs. They even try to save costs by not painting some walls

This is a 410k house but like 100k. Nothing is even, straight, or symmetrical. You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this. Also, can we get a translator when someone comes to make touch ups or repairs? Soo far the communication is awful and they leave worse than it started and have no idea what we are saying. I would never recommend Lennar to any home buyer. The overall experience was so poor and this is my 4th home purchase. So many things went wrong with this home purchase from day one up until the closing day. I will NEVER buy a home with Lennar again and I would NEVER recommend them.
