Being as though we’re a small family of 4, in our early/mid twenties, we were very excited to buy our first home! We’re on the bottom of the condos and it’s the worst! We can hear EVERY footstep from the top condo. We had to get a new garbage disposal installed two days ago (we just moved in Dec 30, 2020). We’ve noticed paint chipping on multiple walls and somewhat of a messy caulk work done in the shower. The garages are extremely small and tight. I don’t appreciate the fact that we’re not “allowed” to place the garbage and recycling bins outside. I hate the fact that neighbors complain about parking in the back, when in fact, a lot of us around here have 2 cars and should be able to park anywhere without complaints. Clean up around and in homes

Lennar is a quality builder at fair market prices. No bells and whistles and certainly not custom! Quality for the price, if you want "Estate" level building shop elsewhere.

We recently purchased out Lennar home and we are really happy with the quality and despite of the reviews online the customer service has been great.

Had only positive experiences with everyone every step of the way.

Poor quality of materials used in the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. Many repairs had to be done before we moved in and after.

quality control is poor. too many things need to be fixed after moved in. It’s very time consuming.

I am still waiting on items to be completed from December, some of the craftsmanship although cosmetic, sloppy

Quite neighborhood. House is nice except 2 nails inside the house popped up, ruined the paint.

I have had granite in 3 other homes and never had to seal it right after purchase. Home Depot gives a 15 year warranty on their granite purchases for kitchens and bathrooms. After I moved in I started to get stains on my granite in the kitchen and bathroom and that is when I found out I had to seal it. They have a full page disclosure in the thick purchase contract that covers them that they are not responsible for stains in granite. Very convenient. I put a sack of oranges on the granite and one leaked and now I have a huge stain on may brand new counter. I called a professional grout sealer company and they would not take the job as they said they can not guarantee on this type of poor granite. Lennar then sent someone out who said they can't do anything about it and said that was all they could do. After I pushed back. I understand they are sending someone out after the lock in place is over. My concern is why use such bad material in such an important location as kitchen and bathroom and why was I not warned upfront when I picked it out so I would have at least had a chance to pick something else out. So my brand new kitchen has a big old stain on my granite which to me only means they use substandard materials. ... More

Finishing work is dissapointing, there is paint on the floors, scratches on doors and cabinets, a hole on the wood floor, nails sticking out of some doors, walls and carpets. Kitchen counters polish are rough.

Great people to work with, very responsive to issues. Love the "It's included" concept.

Responsiveness: Not Lennar's fault but we have items outstanding for repair and due to the Covid-19 crisis Lennar is not doing any in-home repairs. Hopefully when this virus thing blows over the repairs needed will be completed. Lennar continues to build and sell houses so the number of repairs people will need continues to grow. Materials seem to be a good value relative to the price paid but workmanship could have been better. To Lennar's credit they repaired or committed to repair the things we could see.

There has been a few issues with any new home built. One thing does bother me is a lot of the issues was electrical and even during construction there were issues with electrical installation. The Foreman and Sales staff were easy to work with.

Overall Lennar is a great company to work with. The staff that they have are very nice, great to work with and very responsive to issues. The area that is lacking is the details of the work. After moving in I realized that there are window frames that the nail marks that were covered with sparkle were never wiped/sanded down so there are just clay clumps all over the window frames. Also, we had 3 different water issues (dishwasher base cracked=water in basement, washing machine hose not tightened= water behind washing machine and on bathroom floor, cracked ceiling vent= water all over floor of bathroom during rain. Another issues is several nails sticking out of the carpet on the stairs. While these issues were definitely disheartening, I am still happy with our purchase overall. ... More

While I love the neighborhood specifically it’s proximity to Jet Blue Park( home of the Boston Red Sox spring training) the quality of work and materials used is extremely poor and defective and has not been corrected!

We had a couple issues that were taken care of as soon as we sent in a request.

Overall, we are very pleased with our home! We have had a few issues with repairs after we moved in. Our Ring doorbell has not worked properly - we've been in the house for 4 months. They have come and replaced it twice now and it is still not working. We are waiting for the electricians to be back in the office(out of office due to COVID-19) to see if the electrical needs repaired.

We move-in in December 2019, up until now various problems throughout the home has not been addressed.

Many things in finished after I moved in. I constantly had to address un finished issues in the home on numerous occasions. This was a very frustrated experience. However, my closing was very smooth.

Very smooth process, I love my new first home!! I would recommend to anyone.

Everyone was professional and all went above and beyond.We are very pleased with our home.
