I am extremely disappointed. At the beginning Lennar offers a paradise but after you buy from Lennar, they treat the buyer like an ignorant or even worst, they bully the clients.. Lennar products are of a terrible quality, and they don't do the repairs or acknowledge their mistake. Lennar uses the strategy of the bureaucrats, in where no one is responsible and nothing gets done. In a word Lennar is a bully company.

The builder uses low quality trades, makes numerous mistakes, and hires staff with no relevant construction experience. They fail to keep their word on basically everything, workers do not show up when scheduled, and, overall, Lennar is the McDonald’s of buying a house. Absolute garbage.

First our closing process was the most stressful and unprofessional as you can experience. Pushed , delayed, communication was poor and even threatened to lose our house . Wouldn't lock us in till 2 weeks before close with very little notice , tried to jack our rates up . Building process was same , using subcontractors with poor work inside and out. And been a nightmare getting fixed , tried to force DocuSign without completing work. NOT EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED as lennar states, they changed our wall color with no choice but accept. No warranty for landscaping at all , paint is sloppy , ...

For a home that was over 1/2 a million dollars, the quality and craftsmanship were not there. Things never added up to what the builder was thinking from the landscaping (who puts really big trees right next to one's house and expects there not to be a problem 10 years down the road), Even the kitchen looked like someone brought in a bathroom with the subway tile backsplash in which we asked not to be put in. Lack of communication, lennar mortgage will not lock rates in advance, prior to closing service is bad enough imagine once you closed, they don’t care, i put 3 tickets for same work and it’s still not done. I have bought my house over 2 months and still have things on my list needed to be completed. They force a closing and was unable to meet the deadline of closing my house. They messed up my closing plans which had me ending up having to pay for a can for extra days. The. My house had over 16 issues and damaged appliances which still hasn’t been replaced. This has been the worst buying experience. They reach out and only make promises just to not come through with promises. I do not recommend.

The market is so crazy! We went to the Bonita Springs office and met with Rick - salesman - who told us that Lennar was taking bids for the remaining lots. He said that he would not be doing it that way. They had 2 lots opening soon and that he was naming the price. He said in order to be considered for the lots, we couldn’t have a realtor to represent us and that we needed to be cash buyers! A couple days later we were passed off to his coworker Susie. There are so many issues. The quality of workmanship is terrible. The response: it's a production home. Yes, I paid over $900,000 for a "production home." The pool does not work. There is a panel missing by the equipment which, once actually installed, would permit me to run the pool from the panel (also missing) inside my house. I spent nearly $250,000 to rip out the utterly ridiculous work on the inside and replace it with quality elements more appropriate for a now million dollar home 45 minutes from the coast. This is our 2nd home that we purchased with Lennar the 1st one was in 2017 and it had way better quality. The price for this home is way higher but the materials are completely lower in quality Lennar keeps justifying that the inventory is low but it seems like it's actually just trying to get cheaper materials. We recognized Lennar for striving to deliver the best smart and best product in the market but in the market but it seems like it's not anymore. Sad.

During my homebuying process I was stationed in Fort Bliss, Texas and was unable to view the property that I intended to close on. So, imagine my surprise when I show up to my recently purchased home (purchased 1/24/22 and arrived 2/25/22) and saw I was missing these essential daily items. Lennar have no integrity. I still have issues with blue tape. Submit work orders and they are closed without being done. I will not recommend Lennar at all. From the sales representative (Jeannette Beltran)to, the person I did the new home orientation (Annisa) to the Construction Man. (Chris) no integrity, don't solve your issues. I have lived in this townhome for almost 7 months. My garage floor has spider cracks from wall to wall. As many many of the new homes here do. My counter slab was cracked in half, needed to be replaced. I am sitting in my office now, with a space heater blowing on high to keep this tiny room from frost. There is no insulation. My carpet is freezing cold because the cement under it is so cold. The caulk is all cracked every where you look. My kitchen cabinets are so uneven the bottoms of the doors will not close completely. Craftsmanship is below par and have a lot flaws. Mentioned it to dirt walk through and took a long time to fix it. Took off many times and was stood up by concrete 4 times without a notice and I have to follow up a lot of times. Until now it’s not fixed. Been lied during building process and overlooked it . House was not finished when we closed My contact person didn't even bother to contact me. He was on vacation. They did come back after we moved it but there are still many thing that could have been a lot better like all of the digs and dents in the moding and trim and window sills. I also am trying to figure out the whole smarh home thing and get the house balance for tempeuater. It is taking over a week for customer care to call back and they call the wrong number. I don't even know how to get help now.

From what I keep hearing, Lennar home is supposed to be the highest quality home builder. But that’s the biggest lie ever! From the sales team that got my insurance company info wrong. The house having issues during walk through that was noted but was not fixed! I was told that it would be fixed but never was. The house was dirty and paint splashes everywhere when they handed the keys. Was addressed but never fixed! Missing corner base board and random wall hole patches. If I could have all the money back I would get a refund! KB Homes is better and would never recommend Lennar and will tell ...
