Peggy is the best!! Rest of the Lennar team are horrible if there a word worst then horrible I will use it. Since we moved in we have requested multiple times for certain services and only once a service was full filled. We are still waiting on so many other service we’ve requested and their is no follow ups. They are few urgent service requests we have requested that are pertaining to dangerous materials on our roof and driveway and after several requests their is still no one came to check on the request. There should not be this much damage done to a new build prior to moving in. The entire house has to be painted on the inside there is flooding outside landscape issues construction issues etc.

Pay close attention when having your home built, do your inspection throughout entire building. Hire your own inspector. The construction don't care about your home. The worst nightmare in my life. No respect toward the new homeowners..

The buying process was byzantine and very burdensome to me as a buyer. Too many different people involved in the sales process. Finance people required the same documents over and over, even when they did not exist. Everything is robo-calls and emails. Much of what was told me was found to be untrue. Floor is bubbled and is coming up in a lot of places after only a month. Windows not operable. Driveway and sidewalk are already putted and chipping. Construction crews throw garbage on my yard and dont pick it up. Dishwasher doesnt dry. Walls needed to be painted before I moved in. Very cheap, ...

Would NEVER buy with Lennar EVER again. House was supposed to undergo several QC reviews before my walkthrough. During my First New Home Orientation there were still huge gashes in drywall, places weren't painted, couldn't even complete the walkthrough because utilities were not on and appliances weren't installed. They apologized, then proceeded to call us back twice to the same conditions. Clearly nobody communicated and was just going through the motions to get home sold by end of their "record" quarter 1Q2021. We upgraded the tiles and cabinets to 42” and they installed the wrong tiles and cabinets without notification, the said that they ran out of the tiles we picked and installed a similar ones without notification also installed the 36” cabinets without notifying me either, they don’t have any communication with customers after they get your Downpayment. Horribly blemished Granite Countertops that they won't fix!

Upon closing date we were told our Granite countertops could simply be cleaned with Granite cleaner... They had a very noticeable white film over them with circles and squares imprinted in it? After signing for the home, We purchased a good granite cleaner and it did no good, it looks exactly the same. We were told a one year warranty would cover any issue? NOT TRUE, After we submitted a work order for repair, five months later they said it's not covered by the warranty? DO NOT SIGN during closing until EVERYTHING IS COMPLETED TO YOUR SATISFACTION! Look with a magnifying glass!

I love my home and I hate the fact that I live across the street from a new Lennar Town Home that someone is using like a Hotel.They have 10-12 renters at one time living there that move in and out every few weeks or so.I was never told this or I would have found a better location.I gave you overall poor scores due to this and at some point I will sell this home and go find a new home.

I would not recommend buying from Lennar until they can figure out their customer service issues and solutions to their problems. It appears you have to get a lawyer and threatened with a lawsuit to get anything done with Lennar. My own daughter was looking at homes and refused by Lennar because of the issues we went through in the past three months of living in a brand new home with nothing but problems.

They threatened to sell my home to someone else if I didn't come here, from NC and close when they wanted me to during the "Peak" of Covid-19 here in Las Vegas, now I wish I had let them do that!! I had Lennar build me a home in Liberty Village Goose Creek, SC 5/2020 and what a terrible unprofessional experience it has been. Do not allow them to con you into closing when there is outstanding work or issues that remain. They will tell you they guarantee they will fix your issues, and that problems are tracked by the Charleston office, and then blow you off as they did us after closing. Look them up in Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. Their work in Florida is even worse than SC. Definitely go with another builder. We are unable to act on these wants since the salesperson never made us aware of an easement at our property along with 5 more adjacent homes.
