This house was put together it seems in a rush. You can see that they put up houses like crazy and not take the time to do things correct. I want a builder that does the job 100% not 60% just to hurry up and put up countless houses. It’s bull. We have had dozens of issues. Nails sticking up through the carpet that you won’t fix. The screen door is not right, the base boards were screwed up, the dry wall is done pisspoor, the threshold by the front door is loose even though they fixed it when it was loose from before. Don’t trust when they tell they will fix things ,it was not done during the first walk, nor the second, and it took three months and a half to be able to move in! Horrible frustrating experience

Workmanship is bad. Very low quality checks. The website does not allow you to keep track of the issues/timeline that you submitted. They do it on purpose. You have to call everyday for 1-2 weeks to fix one issue.

When I was told by the head of construction for Palm Beach County and also the GC license holder for Lennar, Scott, as well as the head construction supervisor Mack, countless customer service representatives, sales managers and sales people, the construction supervisor at Arden, Daryl (I may have missed a few but) being told that everything would be taken care of but yet waiting over 120 days for punch list items to be remedied as well as countless warranty items, I would say that this has got to be the worst construction company around. The worst experience

We have built houses with five other builders and Lennnar was the worst experience. There is no consistency with work orders because the staff is constantly changing. The construction part was very sloppy and attention to detail. We didnt even get towel racks or toilet paper holders and we paid over 300k for this house. We were told this community would have walking trails, a playground, and a picnic area and none of that has been built. The pool is a joke! It's tiny for the size of our neighborhood and don't even have a lock on it so there are constantly trespassers there destroying what we ...

Mistakes all over in what you asked for. . Looks nice until you uncover all the rushed poor workmanship all over the house.. Getting a response to issues is a nightmare with numerous requests needed, supervisors that do not respond, workmen that do not show up, and then you find what is "not covered" you were not told about. Regret purchasing a Lennar home,. .

Horrible home buying experience

Instead of being an exciting process, it was a headache due to lack of professionalism and business ethics. I had to get my attorneys involved that cost my an arm and a leg. I do not recommend doing business with Lennar. And everyone in my condo went through similar experiences and have the worst reviews about their experience too. Reading reviews on their social media will give you a better flavor of how unethical they are.

We have had to file 7 claims to care in 3 months. Lennar refuses to do anything above the minimum to fix. Not something we ever anticipated with a brand new home. Continue to set high expectations and fail to deliver on them.

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer?

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer Right? We only purchased from Lennar because of the lot. Our house sits on hole 3 at Copper River Golf Course. Before we moved into our home we noticed water coming up the grout of the tile in the living and kitchen. 5 months later the problem is still not fixed and Lennar is totally dragging their feet fixing the issue. We will have to move out until our new home if fixed! Purchasing a new home should have been a great experience....it was just the opposite.

If you are going to purchase a Lennar home be sure you can be onsite everyday looking at the construction being done. The workmanship was not good on our house and we will be putting in rework tickets the entire year during our warranty period. You also need to do a thorough walk through before you accept the house and pack your patience for closing; just plan on a three hour ordeal. Good luck!

We purchased our house from Lennar about 5 months ago. We identified a lot of issues before the closing date. The builder was not able to fix all of them before the closing date. I signed a document to accept the house and did leave a note in the document that there were things in the punch list that were not completed before the closing date. They told us they were going to fix them after the closing date. For example, there were squeaks throughout the stair landing areas. It took them almost a month to send someone to my house. The townhome is not level, the trim work and cabinets are all crooked. There was holes in the subflooring they just put carpet over and never thought we would find. Our backsplash was cracked and they didn’t want to fix. They installed the wrong size island counter top, wrong kitchen sink, wrong facets in every bathroom, wrong shower heads in every shower, and wrong door handles on all the exterior doors. My home wasn’t ready prior to close. They had approximately 30 items on the checklist that needed to be addressed and corrected prior to close. I already sold my other home and needed to move. I had movers lined up to do so after I closed on my Lennar home. They asked me to close even know they were not close to complete and asked me for 3 additional days to finish the items we agreed to that were on my list to close. Terrible quality and refusal to address issues. Construction manager is unorganized and dishonest. Closing never takes place on time; unnecessary delays due to poor management. Builder cuts corners and tries to force you to accept poor quality work. Would never recommend Lennar. Neighborhood is nice with great people, but the build was not a good experience.

Lennar builds homes fast. But without quality workmanship. Each home is u set intense pressure to build so fast lots of shortcuts and sloppy workmanship is the norm. Months after closing we are finding things that were covered up so they would close on time especially areas outside the house, like a drainage pipe covered over with sod so we had a flood. or on top of the house where vents were installed without covers and we had a leak. The fact that at closing the take $750 for future improvements does not go into the reserves to fix future hoa issues, it is pocketed by lennar. our ...

Massive construction issues

I closed on my $750k home back in February. This experience has been nothing but a nightmare. I have major construction issues...including mold! How do you have mold in a brand new build?! This is my first home and i must say i am disappointed in the quality of the craftsmanship. I've been in constant contact with Lennar customer service to attempt to set up repair services to fix multiple issues within my new home. Before closing i had to have the roof redone because it was not done correctly the first time. Over all i am not impressed with the quality of the work.
