Quick to respond - especially first 30 days.

We looked for our forever home and this is way it ! We are from the north and had no idea where to go. All arrows pointed here, and I am so very glad for this great move . Six months of heaven !

It is a nice neighborhood, the design & rooms in our unit are fair to good. We did have so many issuses to be addressed which took forever until Don ,the construction manager took over, then things started getting fixed, he is a good man. The HOA is Ok as of now , but once the so called resort style pool gets built , then our HOA will more then double which. is very High & Unfair. And I may add when the so called resort style pool gets built it will be a very small pool for the room that is there ,which was & is very misleading. The windows are Terrible, the condensation is overwhelming at times. I didn't buy a brand new house to put buckets on the floor so it catches the condensation running off the window sills. Also we have dead spots or zones in our home for our internet. There is NO over the stove ventilation. The driveways in the complex should have been longer because most people have two or more cars, that would have been nice. I did pay an additional $10,000 for a site upgrade which I think was much, much too high to look @a man-made so called lake. The workmanship in general was rushed, so I would rate it fair. Lennar is very attentive to any questions and solution.

material they use is cheap and substandard. for example the counter tops and sinks in the bathrooms get stains easy and you can not take it out. a mango on the counter made a stain that is permanent. spices used in cooking around the stove made stains that can not be removed. no toilet or towel holders installed , you pay over 600k and as soon as you move in you have to hire a handyman. i see a lot of people gut their brand new house and change a lot of stuff in their new home before they move in. as i said cheap. they are putting lipstick on a pig and calling it a runway model. so sad.

First time buying experience and feel the experience went smoothly and happy with home.

The quality of detail put into this house is one of the worse I’ve seen for a builder. You can tell they used some of the cheapest contracting companies around. When trying to correct this issues, you’ll get the run around for months. It’s been five months and I’m still trying to get them to fix items. It’s said that you pay a lot of money for these houses and your treated like scum. Document everything, because you’ll probably be bringing them to court.

Find my first new home had been an exciting yet daunting experience. I felt reassured throughout the entire experience. Carey and Michael were fantastic as well as Nick and Matt! I know I made the right choice and I’m glad I purchased a Lennar home at Malone.

My home buying experience with the customer service that I received from Lennar was A++. Everyone was caring, and really helped us with any information that we needed. Shout out to Niha Simmons and Pete for always helping us and making us feel valued in our new community!

I ended up purchasing one of the mode homes and I absolutely love it. Top to bottom this home fits me like a glove. And I rated 5s on the questions asked but would strongly recommend Lennar partner with a different lender during the process. That was the worst loan experience I have ever had and I have bought more than 7 homes in my time.

Our buying experience was not the best as we had to travel over an hour twice just to our in our offer. This practice is very inconvenient if you do not live close and almost deterred our interest in the home. If it was not for the excellent sales agent who kept us abreast and was very responsive to our concerns and frustration, we would have looked elsewhere. The warranty offered is questionable too. Just make sure everything is up to par quality-wise before signing on the dotted line. Otherwise, be prepared for the warranty denials once you are in the house. Mark and Travis were very quick to respond to all of follow up request on work that needed to be completed. The final condition of the home when we moved in was not up to what a home in this price range should have been. Lots of items that were agreed upon during the final walk through were not completed. Carrie in the sales department was great also!

Everything should have been fixed before I moved in and it wasn’t. Even stuff I showed them on the walk thru was not fixed. Already had a minor roof leak. Paid $400 for a professional cleaning and all they did was vacuum.

Wonderful house at a good price, and love the Lennar employees. Responsiveness is excellent. Really would prefer if our neighborhood had sidewalks and more landscaping, as well as fences to separate the houses. However, we can't beat the price for location and the home. Also the laminate floor used for our bathrooms is just awful and doesn't match. I would request a change if at all possible before purchasing!

Best Single Family Homes builder.

The water smells heavily of sulfur. This should have been disclosed when we bought the home. We replaced the anode in the water heater with an aluminum one which was a temporary fix. I asked Lennar to replace it with a titanium one because the aluminum anode has already been eroded. I was told it was not their issue to fix since it was water quality. Yet, I believe since they didn’t bother disclosing the high sulfur in the water reacting negatively with the metal in the water heater would be an issue, it is partly their problem. It would be different if we weren’t willing to invest the money in our home to fix the problem which we have. We’ve added a water softener, purifier, and as previously mentioned, replaced the anode in the water heater. I’m simply asking for help replacing one last thing to try to make it work and was told no. Now I’m left crying every time I take a shower wondering why I didn’t do a better job of researching the area before moving. ... More

Overall, the house is beautiful! The followup on responding to issues and fixing those issues is really bad. My landscaping throughout the backyard has holes to where almost every piece of sod that was laid, is going to cause someone to sprain or break their ankle. We paid to have our hood in the kitchen vented to the outside. This was not completed and no one has come out to correct despite multiple attempts at contacting to find out when this work would be done. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they do not stand behind their work or items that are listed in a contract.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the house. I understand it is the cheapest new built house in the county. However I stretched my dollars as a single mother to provide something better and safer for my daughter. Upon moving in there were a myriad of issues which are still unfixed as of today. I closed in November. I'm truly disappointed in the designer quality paint I was promised as when wiping the walls the paint and texture both come right off. The two windows and the bonus room are at different heights. My daughter's front bedroom window was cracked The first appointment made to fix it was last week and it was canceled due to c o v i d 19. The day after I moved in there was a huge sewage backup and it took me hours to find someone to help me Even using the emergency numbers I was given.I'm also hugely disappointed with the parking situation.someone was also sent to my house on four different occasions to fix my shower door which still remains unfixed. My blinds are warped and the only one that I complained about to be fixed was replaced with one that was even more warped. This is my very first newly built house and I am very disappointed. The people who did the walk through with me were unresponsive and and what appeared overworked. The walkthrough had to be done three times once was after I purchased it because I was told the system lost everything.I was even told things like the garbage disposal is not really a garbage disposal it's only there to help if the dishwasher gets backed up Don't put anything down it because it's not made to be a garbage disposal. I don't know how else to rate my whole experience besides extremely disappointed. I even encouraged a friend of mine to purchase a town home as well and she experienced many problems as well. Her dishwasher leaked for months before they even came out to look at it. I would not recommend Lennar home to anyone. ... More

First time we bought a new house. Lennar builds a quality product and makes the buying experience easy.

Very poor workmanship. Defects that were promised to be repaired prior to closing were never repaired after I closed on my home. Work orders were submitted and the repairs were refused. These surveys are a complete waste of time, because there is no follow-up and nothing is done to make things right.

Sloppy workmanship Cheap materials

I would like to call out the Lennar Construction Manager for Fendol Farms, Mike Zehia, for his excellent responsiveness during all the phases of the construction of my home. He promptly addressed all of my questions and resolved the few construction issues we encountered along the way. I am extremely pleased with my home and I would strongly recommend Lennar for anyone looking for a high quality home.
