The construction team is a joke! They do not care about any of your concerns throughout the entire building process. It is only a matter of time before the economy catches up with the condescending attitude of everyone in upper management with Lennar. We pointed out basic failures in construction standards from warped boards in framing through unacceptable drywall finishes all the way to the day of closing. workmanship and materials are the worst

Everyone has been helpful however the grout in EVERY room is crumbling away and needs to be redone with a better product which is not covered on the warranty. My counter top is sagging and falling apart, I'm afraid to put anything on it. Like I said, everyone I dealt with to buy the house was great, but everything they used to build the house with is cheap and makes me feel like I over paid!

Issues with water bill, from excessive water use from the sprinklers. I was told the day of the original walk-thru orientation that the water will be turned down b4 my move in, it wasn’t. I have spoken to several members of the staff on the property and I can never get a straight answer. It don’t help being a disabled veteran on a set income to get stuck paying an additional $300 water bill.

Very poor and shoddy work. They forgot to add gas line in patio and did that the day of closing in a haphazard manner and not the way it was in the agreed plan. The dug the backyard and were not willing to reimburse anything. The fans started making noise the week after and they are not willing to fix or replace them. Their whole customer service is a charade and they try not to fix anything. When I refuse to sign off on a ticket I raised for Fan issue, they closed the ticket on their end saying the issue is fixed without any explanation. From the day I bought this home it has been a disaster. On the day I bought the home they were an hour late at the title agency and didn’t even have a room for us to close in. Then we ending up closing on a fold out table with some random guy who farted in my husbands face. Then our mailbox key didn’t work for over two weeks and then they had to rekey the mailbox. I’ve reported issues prior to moving in that still haven’t been fixed! They keep changing workers that don’t know the previous reported issues! They used recycled wood to rebuild the house which ive asked to be replaced now three times. The cement has a huge bulge in the backyard and they spray painted the ground around the whole house and stained the cement! Paint wasn’t done and they say i have to use my one time touch up to fix it even though it was never done in the first place as well as the grout in the master bathroom. Terrible at following up with issues; way too many problems with house due to poor work by contractors and lack of attention to detail. This is the first home I have owned and I did a lot of research before purchasing from Lennar. I am so disappointed. They rushed to have everything done so they could have us in the house by the end of their quarter. I am reminded daily of their sloppy workmanship and how they cut corners to be done on time. My experience with Lennar was terrible. The workmanship and attention to detail was extremely poor and I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend Lennar homes to anyone!

The quality of the work is terrible. The finish is horrible. Walking on the carpet is like waking on the nails. I have heard a lot about Lennar but I think now this company prefer quantity over quality. I will never buy or refer anyone to get a Lennar home.

I have been in my house 4 months. The dishwasher, disposal and both thermostats had to be fixed or replaced. My roof has had to be fixed as well as my gutters. I think they are terrible builders, but they have fixed the items. Just seems it would be better if they did it right the first time instead of causing all the aggravation.

Our dream home purchase was the worst purchase experience of our lives, thanks to Lennar's quite unimaginable levels of ineptitude. No commitment to quality whatsoever at any stage of construction. No apparent desire to stick to deadlines. I, the home owner, seemed to be in charge of quality control - if I didn't catch it no one did. No commitment from upper management to make things right. I have completed the purchase of my home in the month of February. And every since March of 2019 I have been writing emails to leonarr about the tiles on my floor. No one has gotten back with me about resolving my issue very poor customer service on lennars behalf. Once you have completed the sale of your home if you have any issues they will not correct it they will not even get back in contact with you to try to resolve the issue.

They gave me windows that are damaged and refusing to fix it, garage floor uneven , sheetrocks with holes in it, horrible workmanship, their refusal to fix anything. It is appalling. Do not buy from Lennar.
