Lennar was very diligent throughout the entire process, and even did follow ups after move-in. We are very pleased with our experience.

We were 100% satisfied with our experience in building a home with Lennar. The sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The workmanship was good and the responsiveness to a couple of issues was prompt and the issues were resolved satisfactorily and quickly. I would recommend building a Lennar home.

My home buying process was super fast/easy. What I am finding out now is just lack of communication with everything. I am finding different things out as I go, and that’s the tough part. Had HOA problems, my yard flooded because I wasn’t properly walked through how to use my irrigation system, and the list goes on. I’ve asked my neighbors for lots of help and advice along this journey because it’s all so new to me.

The home designs are very nice and spacious. My sales representative Joyce was amazing and Gary was very attentive to help in all home matters. The only areas of concern were the working with the mortgage and the timeliness of addressing items that need repair afterward.....

I am not happy with anything from Lennar

We bought a model and Lennar doesn't warranty past 30 past days and we see why. Little things continue to emerge such as leaking faucets and poor craftsmanship around the house. The Lennar warranty team won't even respond with recommended resolutions, they just ignore the inquiries. To their credit they were very responsive and friendly the first 30 days but won't even respond with recommended resolutions any more. Unfortunate that we've already had to go out of pocket for handy work on a house that's never been lived in 2-3 months after moving in.

Prepare to be disappointed.

Take time to slow the process down and inspect your home properly.....

Lennar could do better. In an effort to push out as many homes as possible, they missed the mark on quality and service. It’s unfortunate because it could be a great value, and many of the people involved want to provide a better product and experience.

Love the floor plan and materials. Workmanship could be better (sloppy drywall, paint, and caulking; numerous electrical shortcomings). Slow to non-existent follow up by subs on punch list items and newly discovered issues. Still waiting after 4 months on about 10% of the items.

We were first time home buyer and Lennar made everything so easy for even the loan process was breazze. Thank you

I had a great experience working with Lennar in purchasing my home. The team was professional and friendly.

Literally every single piece of crown molding in my house has split and separated from the wall and we have only lived here for 6 months. There is a wall that is 2 inches slanted out in the middle of a hallway, the grinder pump wasn't installed properly and I spent a full day fixing it myself. Cal-Atlantic had a great design, Lennar however is terrible at execution. Shooty work all over and no pride taken in the craft. So many warranty issues I have to deal with.

Andrew is the best when it comes to assisting with issues that come up if any.

I have lot of issues since I moved in my house. Lennar is not really helping me to take care of them.

Recommend being aware of the minor details.

This was my first time buying a home, and I also decided to go with the partnered Eagle Home Mortgage as my lender since again I had no idea what I was doing, or everything that was involved or step by step process, none of it. However, I am so glad I did. From my first tour of the homes, to the initial meeting and disclosures, thru everything else all the way up to the final walkthrough, everything was explained to me in simple to understand ways and without ever feeling over burdened by any of it. This way I actually was able to feel that excitement of buying a new home, rather than all the stress that all these other people were telling me it was like. From Matt at the Model Homes being my initial contact, to Rachel K. at Eagle Home Mortgage, to Eric who oversaw all the maintenance to my new home whenever anything came up that needed to be fixed. Just everything was simple, and exciting to be a part of and experience. Everyone was always helpful and professional, and never made me feel like I was just "another buyer" that companies typically make you feel like nowadays. I genuinely felt like these guys were my friends that I could text, call, or email and ask them a question anytime and have extremely quick responses (i.e. average e-mail response time was 20 minutes after sending, text and phone calls were usually within an hour as well) I'm 32 years old, bought my first house, Rachel got me an amazing loan offer, and Matt & Eric helped me settle in as if my new home was always my home. If you buy from Lennar I can promise you a great home buying experience, one where I hope that should I ever have need to buy another house, that I will be able to use them again for the process. ...
