Poorly constructed...poorly managed...dismal customer service dozens of outstanding issues months later...

Quality of work

It was a nice and smooth process.

I have a poorly made follow up on warantty repair, I kept recieving a docusing which I was not confirming I was emailing the person which sent it, but not feedback at all. Terrible service,

Not going to lie here, I did have to work through a couple of issues with Lennar representatives but with a new home you're going to have some issues here and there and that's where having a good warranty and customer service comes in. With Lennar, I'm able to resolve all the post build issues that occur with a new home settling in a timely manner.

We bought 2 investment properties with the EI (Everything Inside) concept and we really love it!!!! This clearly make the deference with the competition We really enjoyed our experience Lennar is highly recommended

Disappointed

As a first time buyer, I was disappointed with the lack of options I had regarding building a brand new house. I didn't want dual sinks and I didn't want all the "smart house" tech, but there was no other option. Speaking of no options, I couldn't get tile or hardwood floors and I wasn't able to choose what was planted in my own front yard! Aside from those issues, the process itself was fantastic. My construction manager Jeff was extremely trustworthy and on top of everything. When we first met to go over things, he wrote down a date the house would be done by. When all was said and done, the house ended up being finished two days earlier than projected! On the walkthrough, Jeff pointed out issues we didn't even see. His honesty and integrity really put me at ease during a stressful time. The Lennar warranty is a real thing. I followed up with them about some issues with the house and the new construction manager, Brian, was on it very quickly. He also kept in constant touch with me throughout. Felicia my sales associate was very nice and would always be checking in via email and phone. Aside from frustrations on options for the house, everything else has been wonderful. A lot of problems and no answers.

We had a great experience throughout the searching and buying of our home. We appreciate all that Kelly (sales agent) and Mark (quality inspector) did to help us through this experience. They continue to assist us with any issues that we come across.

Sub-par engineering, construction supervision and quality of workmanship. Lack of diligent workmanship is a reflection of the builder's rush to complete home construction without paying attention to detail and pride in work quality. Customer service is wanting and repeated subcontractor visits are required to rectify mistakes/blunders.

Although they did a great job at contacting me but they should hire more quality vendors. The rack or hanging shelf in my master closet came off the wall..right after their vendor fixed, it came off again.. i called Lennar warranty service and tell them the closet wall need additional studs to support the shelf. They were more interested and asking me why the vendor did relocate the shelf or maybe there was too much weight, than listening to my concerns.

The biggest selling points for me were location and everything is included!

This neighborhood is really great - and the Lennar staff works around the clock to make sure you get what you wanted, and you're satisfied with your home purchase! Everyone from the managers in the sales office, to the construction managers with boots on the ground - everyone kept us informed, went above and beyond and ensured we had the house we wanted!

we are really happy with out decision on having our home from Lennar, they really treat us with respect, and have good business manner, we recommend them to any one whom be in a position or have any interest on getting a new house.

The reasons why I purchased a Lennar Home. For starters they are the only home builder were everything is included. They offer various types of floor plans. Spectacular color combinations. There are multiple elevation plans.The homes are Wi-Fi Certified all of there homes have there own unique look. They use top of the line appliances. They offer various types of flooring they have multiple cabinet colors and some of best granite selection on the market. The attics are fully insulated and most importantly all of there homes are energy efficient and there homes have the best warranties on the market. I had a chance to see the different stages of my home while it was being built and see everything come together. The builder took me for a walk through to make sure everything in my home passed my approval. If I have any questions or concerns the warranty department is a phone call or email away and they respond promptly. From the day I purchased my home until this present day I still have the same excitement . My particular home has the coolest floor plan its called the rosemary once you enter through the front door the living space is wide open and I love it. I also have a huge game room its so big I made it a movie room. My home also has a real cozy feel to it. Bottom line if you are looking to invest your money into a Home Builder that builds high quality homes with all the bells and whistles in a affordable price range Lennar is your builder. ... More
