I am very pleased with my home buying experience with Lennar. My home is of good quality, and the individuals with whom I dealt at Lennar went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my home purchase. The construction manager was very responsive to any questions that I had, and he was always available to address any concerns.

Lennar is superior to other builders in our area in their high quality offered with options built-in, without "nickle-and-diming" on various "extras". So much is included, and only a few upgrade options are above & beyond the base package. Their Sales staff is very professional, honest and helpful and not at all "pushy". Customer Service personnel are excellent in their diligent and proactive follow-up. The house and all the service follow-up was always on time.

The company is lax in addressing issues. I bought a bigger house model because it would have closed earlier and that never happened. The Customer Service/Repair guy in our development is way over worked with unrealistic expectations by the company. This is not a customer friendly business. My sales guy was awesome and the company expected him to fix all my concerns which was way beyond his scope, Very disappointed.

Service Requests are being closed without resolving the issues. Arrogant customer support representatives.

The trim work in the house is not that good. The paint job on the interior doors is bad. Debris were painted over, there is paint splatter on the doors. Uneven brush marks trying to cover debris, that need to be sanded and repainted properly. The edges of the doors were not smoothed and are rough. The kitchen island counter top is not level. The kitchen sink has to be replaced due to being badly scratched and dented. When I did the walk through, the kitchen sink was conveniently wet, and I did not notice the scratches. After I closed and came back to the house, the kitchen sink was dry, and I could see all the scratches and dent. I called Jeremy the customer service rep, who conducted the walk through. I showed him the sink, and he told me to take a brillo pad, and scratch up the rest of the bottom of the sink, so all the scratches would match. Yes, that is what he told me to do. I told him that would really look bad, and the sink needed to be replaced. The crown molding that I paid extra to have, has cuts that were not filled in, and Jeremy told me it would be taken care of by the second walk through. It was not. I have been in the house for five months and it still has not been take care of. There are other issues that have not been taken care of, I will not list them all, but I think you get the picture. I submitted my warranty request to Lennar before Thanksgiving and only a few things have been done. I have contacted Jeremy over and over about the same things. I don’t recommend. Built fast and cheap!

I appreciated the ease of the process and the results

The sales people were great. The workers were good. The quality of the materials was poor and very cheap. Examples are faucets looked the same ones in the Home Depot washrooms; the bathroom showers were flimsy and vibrated when you opened and closed the doors.

Awful experience from the rushed closing to dealing with their financing. We almost walked away. Ask around the developments prior to putting down a deposit.

If it was not nadia and josie i wud not buy this and rather wait and buy some other house but this two people worked hard for me but i m not really happy of the service and response.

I am really sorry about how l trusted them and bought our house for this company they don’t have any respect for their customer , build the lowest quality houses and they did not even step forward to taking care of us l am extremely suggested no one trust them

Construction Managers are unresponsive

When looking for a new home, I specifically looked at homes built by Lennar because of your reputation for quality and design. My home and our neighborhood has been a big disappointment in quality to say the least. Clearly, quantity and time were the priority when building and I have been disappointed since the day I moved in. Crooked walls and windows, paint on the carpets, exposed carpet tacks, etc.

Everyone at Lennar was great to work with through the whole process of buying our new home.

No attention to detail on the finishes of the house and low motivation to find and fix problems.

sales person, loan officer and costmer care rep were outstanding; price and building material can be a little better.

Great buying experience

Worst maintenance service. Tickets are not resolved for months. They just close the tickets without fixing the issues. New house car garage has big cracks. No hot water for first 1 week. Patios are NOT properly cleaned. Lot of dents in each step of the stair case. Kitchen shelfs are not properly fixed, still not fixed after 3 months.

Have no complaint so far all wells

Lennar has asked for my feedback about their performance in the buying, financing and ownership process of our home. I've found all their associates to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in every phase of our home purchase and ownership. Their pricing and service has been outstanding from my perspective. My genuine belief is that Lennar truly cares.

Sales is great, houses nice , price is better. Only issue is responding to issues. They take their time and are VERY SLOW to respond .
