We did not have any real issues with the purchase of our lennar home. We did get to monitor the entire construction from vacant lot to a finished home. The workmanship is not very good and time over quality is their MO. We have had minor issues after moving in and Lennar took care of them

Everything is good

Lennar provides what they say; a good value - to keep costs down they obviously cut some corners and the homes are not quite 100% on the quality scale, but they are good homes with industry standard warranties. No regrets in our purchase and genuinely happy with the home and community.

So much that I love about my Lennar home was included! Tankless water heater, beautiful white cabinets, granite countertops, even my Ring doorbell was included. Very happy I made the decision to buy after years of renting.

I would like to say thank you to Jose and David for introducing me to my beautiful home and making my home purchasing experience the best! They were both very knowledgeable about the home and addressed all questions I had before, during and after the sale. My home is perfect for me, I love the open plan, my wood floors and awesome. I was truly blessed to find a Beautiful home thy is affordable and spacious enough for my family.

Beautiful house. I love the open concept. Nice huge rooms nice size backyard. Issues were responded right away. Love it!

A lot of avoidable warranty work items.

So happy we chose Lennar as our builder. Helped us with finding a home that was right for our family, in the location we needed, and in a price range we could afford. Compared to other builders, Lennar is a step above in customer service and the details homebuyers are looking for.

Lots of things undone. Quality terrible, low class Very disappointing

Sales staff and warranty group are great. However that is backwards, if you have great quality, homes they will sell themselves, and warranty should be the loneliest group if quality is demanded when building. Higher management is not interested in quality, but only production. Slam build, and let warranty deal with the homeowner until they get so frustrated they stop asking for repairs that should have been done right when building.

Going through the initial process to finally closing was super easy and all my questions were answered so I wasn't confused on anything. House is wonderful and other than a few issues that took multiple times to fix from final closing I would recommend Lennar for others looking to buy.

I cannot recommend Lennar due to problems I and others are having with our homes

Poor customer service, repeated broken items and screw ups on the home. Sales representative quit responding to emails or communications the second the ink dried. Broken bath tubs, sinks that leaked and poor follow through. Made me police the situation the whole way the whole way through to get basic items an inspector said be should be done taken care of. Ridiculously stressful and completely ruined the new home buying experience and our holidays (we moved in right before Thanksgiving). I literally would have went to the trouble to put a sign up in my yard warning people to check their online reviews before they buy (we didn't and got burned), but they threatened me that it was against the HOA guidelines and I would get fined if I actually put a sign up. I could have dealt with all of it had they done anything that resembled "we're sorry" or "what can we do to make this right" before it was all over, but they were literally only interested in enforcing their onerous contract and doing as little as they could to consider the situation "legally" resolved even if I didn't agree. Imagine paying for a completely new home only to find out they can break whatever they want and patch/repair it and provide you essentially with refurbished goods and still be within their contractual obligations even though you paid for a all new house.....and finally...imagine how your wife deals with all the stress of all of this while you're just trying to take care of your family during what should be a happy and joyful time. Tiffany Greenfield did an exceptional job assisting us through searching for the perfect community to the perfect home. Jeff and Greg helped us from the walk through any thing that needed attention. We are very pleased with our Lennar home.

Trust worthy and good experience.

Quality of house and whole experience leaves a sour taste. I would suggest that anyone thinking about buying through Lennar, reconsider and look at reviews, as well as look very closely at details. Definitely not a builder that takes pride and address issues in a timely manner, if at all.

From the beginning of the process and the closing very professional service and customer service

So disappointed with all the problems we have had. From being threatened with penalties to pay if we did not close when Lennar wanted (house had many defects) didn't even had many doors on interior for over 4 months. Lennar NEVER showing up to perform work orders when scheduled. Took forever to get response for scheduling. So sad our very first brand new home to be soooo disappointed!

Lennar will not make even tiny customizations. I have a huge bathtub and a small shower and I hit my head on the top door support getting in and out. I would rather have a big shower and small tub. We have to step into the deep tub to open the bathroom window or open the blinds therefore the window and blinds stay closed as not really there. Water lines are split to minimize the feet of tube used and that causes the showers and faucets furthest away from continuous hot water heater to take a long time for water to get hot. Separate lines to each faucet would solve this and a manifold on wall next to water heater would allow easy control of water. Be prepared to add your own accent walls because Lennar will paint the whole house one color. If financing, don't use Lennar financing. That said, I bought the Lennar home and love it. ... More

They fix everything that you let them know about.

The way the home is angled on the lot I have no privacy from my next door neighbors. Their back door is facing my back door pretty much. And the corners to close to one another. I can hear my neighbors slamming their door shut every day that’s how close we are. I’m planning on moving and finding something more private. Quality of certain things in the home questionable. Shower drain and kitchen countertops. Very upset about the low grade carpet and padding. I asked to upgrade my carpet and think I even paid extra. But found out I didn’t receive upgraded carpet or padding. So where’s my refund? ... More

We LOVE our new house. Let me start with that. No regrets on buying it. There is a glaring downside though. Every week something else is wrong with the electrical mostly, or occasionally something else. Still would buy again, but they really need to get better at pre move in inspections, and hire competent electricians.

We are still under a year but we need a lot of repairs such as the floor counters are coming off the wall. The trim is not staying attached to the wall

Overall we are really happy with Lennar’s excellent customer service. So far we had couple of issues with the house which was addressed quickly and fixed. We don’t have to worry about anything else but enjoy our new home. Thanks again for an outstanding customer service.

From the first model tour to the last white glove inspection, the Lennar home buying experience was comfortably catered and of quality. I’m happy with the staff, partner lender, neighborhood, home, amenities and value.
