Incentives made it an easy choice to use their financing. No need to shop they beat everyone and we closed in 3 weeks!

It's been 4 months since we moved in, from multiple dishwasher leak to replacing floor in the kitchen, we've had multiple issues with the quality of construction. Especially the dry wall, sheet rock issues. Many corners are crooked & had to redo them. All the air vents had huge bulges which required cutting the dry wall & repairing them. It's been 4 months & the repairs continue & note that, all these were part of addendum during closing. Lack of communication & trust since the time we signed the PA. We were promised a full lot for $44700 lot premium, half of our lot is now covered in water. When we raised this issue during drywall meeting & closure, we were told nothing can be done. We have an written email stating our lot is full size justifying the lot premium & there's no pond water in our lot. However, that's not the case. We've escalated this issue 3 months ago, yet to hear back on this from Lennar. We decided to buy Lennar as many of our friends suggested the quality is good, however in the last year or so, the quality is going south is something we often hear in our community. We've paid $0.62M for a sub-standard quality & all the pains our family had to go through with no dishwasher for 3 months & no kitchen flooring for a month & yet we continue to wait to hear from Lennar on how they are going to compensate for this pain & make things right for us. Out of curiosity we've seen few other houses in our community, which is same model (including model house) which has lot better finish. We've had no construction manager monitoring the build due to attrition & seem like we are the only one in the community who's faced all these issues. I would request & great appreciate if Lennar can take this seriously & help rectify these going forward. The model homes is an excellent marketing strategy

The builder had a very average finish. We had to rework it several times before the final walk-through. Since our support person (Mr.Mark) was very kind we were able to get a lot of stuff done after the closing by raising tickets. We are still not done with our home, the tub, there is a crack in it, something we were not able to see clearly during the final walk-through. Also Lennar a billion-dollar company should reiterate through their sales team several times about what is NOT included in the "All inclusive" home. For example we were hastily shown some things like the back blinds ,were not included, or even the lights for the home were not included, I think these things should be highlighted and an option provided for the customer to purchase such options. I do understand and respect that Lennar might have its own reasons, but the option to exercise should exist for the customer. I will happily confess that we were indeed provided everything except for the back blinds, and I am very grateful to Mr.Mark for his persuasion with his organization to satisfy all our needs especially in sight of the fact that we were almost out of funds after the closing. Overall we are very happy, but the paint job, the finishing near the edges of the walls and such other, have been slightly below satisfactory. Overall, we seem to have a sturdy, structurally sound house, which is the most important. But I have been surprised and disappointed by all the little fit and finish issues that I just didn’t expect to have. I don’t see any pride in the workmanship, in making sure everything was in excellent condition before we moved in. I love my house and would probably do it over again, it’s just sad that the finishing touches were so rushed and overlooked.

Each department has been a great help. Good customer service, friendly and helpful.

Have had a work order open for 5 months to replace a refrigerator. And my vent hood above stovetop has not worked since moving in (5 months ago)..parts on back order.

Although the home is beautiful, you can tell the work is rushed. Lots of things that arent done correctly because Lennar just wants to make their money as quickly as possible. The issues we did get fixed took months to get done. It's really sad because it could be better if they took the time to try.

Lennar delivered on time and communication was exceptional. The people working for Lennar are great and were very responsive to feedback and requests. The selections of materials are limited which I understand is why they stay on budget and on time but they are not wearing well showing use after less than 6 months. The quality of the cabinets, carpet and hardwood is low. There is little insulation in the house and the house lives very noisy with significant noise transfer from room to room and floor to floor. We love our view and the layout of the house is great but we would hesitate to buy a Lennar home again. We feel we will be replacing finishes and having to make updates to flooring etc sooner than one would think with a brand new home. Their price point works well and the Everything's Included model may work well for other but perhaps not the best for all buyers. ... More

I´M NOT HAPPY WITH THE KIND OF PEOPLE OF SALES, WITH THE PEOPLE THAT DELIVERY THE HOME, THE MATERIALS,

I believe that the actual foreman, Luke, whom I dealt with was not the initial lead for my home. He (and Kelly in the sales office) was a pleasure to work with and they were both very attentive with any matter I brought to their attention. Once I moved in, I noticed the quality of the build was not the “Lennar” quality I’ve come to expect from the homes my friends built with Lennar in Texas. Some of the issues I encountered are how loose my carpet is upstairs that I almost trip because of it, gaping 15 inch X 15 inch hole hidden behind my refrigerator that I only saw after we had a bad thunderstorm and checked all my outlets after power had been restored, touch up paint specs all over my floors, counters, light fixtures, etc. Anyhow, it’s not what I’ve come to expect after my own experience. Your warranty guy, David I believe, is no pleasure to deal with either. ... More

Awesome home

process was easy and hassle free for new first time home buyers

From the start of speaking to a sales associate to closing and working with the construction manager Lennar provided a exceptional experience.

Not very well, I tried counting lennar about issues like finishing paint on the outside of the house, holes in drywall, and tile grout cracking and I have not heard a response and I’ve stopped trying to contact anyone

It’s a good house. But when we entered we had few maintenance issues but they resolved.

I purchased the Magnolia One and I love it!! From the time I purchased my new home until it was complete my experience with all the team members has been great! I can't say enough about my home and team. Thank you for this beautiful model and a great team!!

Workmanship is quite good for this price range. The folks doing the actual construction were very knowledgeable, helpful, and quite responsive. They get high marks for trying to do everything right. The sales personnel is a different story. We found them to be less than candid in many areas. There is also an apparent lack of communication between Lennar and their subsidiary companies, making the whole purchase process unpleasant.

The Lennar staff were fantastic dealing with. They were very knowledgeable and really knew the homebuying process well. The team I dealt with was very nice and they always responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely do it again.

Sales people are not professional.

This is one of the nicest houses we have owned. We downsized from our previous home but our new Lennar home is spacious. Plenty of elbow room so you really do not feel crowded. If any issues pop up (minor ones so far) we track down “our man” and it is taken care of immediately. The individuals we dealt with in the buying process were very attentive and helpful the whole time. I would not hesitate to buy another home from Lennar.

The quality of materials is average. Lennar builds new homes so the push is for quantity not necessarily quality, however, they have put a significant amount of energy into the after care of the house. I appreciate that though it started choppy, they are aggressive about making it right.
