We upgraded the tiles and cabinets to 42” and they installed the wrong tiles and cabinets without notification, the said that they ran out of the tiles we picked and installed a similar ones without notification also installed the 36” cabinets without notifying me either, they don’t have any communication with customers after they get your Downpayment. Horribly blemished Granite Countertops that they won't fix!

Upon closing date we were told our Granite countertops could simply be cleaned with Granite cleaner... They had a very noticeable white film over them with circles and squares imprinted in it? After signing for the home, We purchased a good granite cleaner and it did no good, it looks exactly the same. We were told a one year warranty would cover any issue? NOT TRUE, After we submitted a work order for repair, five months later they said it's not covered by the warranty? DO NOT SIGN during closing until EVERYTHING IS COMPLETED TO YOUR SATISFACTION! Look with a magnifying glass!

I love my home and I hate the fact that I live across the street from a new Lennar Town Home that someone is using like a Hotel.They have 10-12 renters at one time living there that move in and out every few weeks or so.I was never told this or I would have found a better location.I gave you overall poor scores due to this and at some point I will sell this home and go find a new home.

I would not recommend buying from Lennar until they can figure out their customer service issues and solutions to their problems. It appears you have to get a lawyer and threatened with a lawsuit to get anything done with Lennar. My own daughter was looking at homes and refused by Lennar because of the issues we went through in the past three months of living in a brand new home with nothing but problems.

It was a nightmare from beginning to end. I could write a book about the horrible experience we have had with the entire home buying process with Lennar. They threatened to sell my home to someone else if I didn't come here, from NC and close when they wanted me to during the "Peak" of Covid-19 here in Las Vegas, now I wish I had let them do that!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Construction was not performed properly, painting was atrocious, flooring was also terrible, many other things were wrong and I'm here 4 months, with very little fixed at this point. I had Lennar build me a home in Liberty Village Goose Creek, SC 5/2020 and what a terrible unprofessional experience it has been. Do not allow them to con you into closing when there is outstanding work or issues that remain. They will tell you they guarantee they will fix your issues, and that problems are tracked by the Charleston office, and then blow you off as they did us after closing. Look them up in Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. Their work in Florida is even worse than SC. Definitely go with another builder. Poor customer towards the wants of home purchaser

We purchased a Lennar homeMay 5th, the salesperson was well aware of our wants for the home we purchased. We are unable to act on these wants since the salesperson never made us aware of an easement at our property along with 5 more adjacent homes. None of us were made aware of the easement until architechiral requests were submitted. The trustworthiness of the sales people are questionable. We have had to call the warranty people over the last 3 months for many failures in the building process. I have been dealing with an open issue at my new home since we closed on 10/21/2020. I have in writing that if the front and back yard does not grow correctly, Lennar will replace. I have a huge gap in my front door, I was told the part is on back order and they will get back to me soon. its been 6 months that we have lived with a gap that you can see daylight from, 6 months. they are unfilled holes in the front of the house above the garage, the front shingles were put on with very little workmanship! Extreme difficulty getting service requests addresses. Sometimes no response at all. We have requests from December that still haven’t been addressed. For what we paid for this home we sure expected a whole lot more from workmanship and responses to issues.

I have nothing but poor things to say about Lennar and I would tell people to NEVER purchase a Lennar home. The quality of workmanship and Material is below grade the house is way overpriced for the quality and products used in the home. There is zero trustworthiness, they have the worst sales people and construction people and they don't respond at all to any issues during the building process. They deserve much less than a 1.

We were promised a bigger backyard with a brick wall for our home. We originally were going to purchase a different lot that was cheaper, but were offered our current home because the backyard was bigger. Of course, you would have to pay a bit more for a bigger lot. Walls are off centered, basebroad are crooked, bad craftmanship all across the broad, all they want is your money; no one took the time out to make sure that the house structure is centered properly. It is a pain the be dealing with: toilets weren't flushing properly, dry lawn, spiders, ants, and bugs all over your home. cracked bathroom mirror, chipped bathroom tub, chipped appliances, long grooved on window, etc. It is a pain living in our new home and dealing with all these issues so early; no one takes the blames.....

While I love the neighborhood specifically it’s proximity to Jet Blue Park( home of the Boston Red Sox spring training) the quality of work and materials used is extremely poor and defective and has not been corrected!
