Excellent floorplan, community, backyard with a *****. Exceeded my expectations!

The entire process was smooth and easier than I expected. Cole was transparent and quick to respond. Joe the construction manager was helpful even after move in and very informative during walk through. It has been a great experience.

Had a great experience! Would happily use Lennar again for any future purchases. The team from lending to building was great to work with.

Everyone at Lennar is amazing, professional and made the process so easy. From Heather and Carter in the showroom to Jim, who made sure everything was perfect in the home, Lennar is one of the best builders.

Every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt like my best interests came first. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear that everyone genuinely wanted to help me find the right home. Their professionalism, honesty, and kindness gave me confidence throughout the entire process.

The house is built well and Lennar is a great home builder. I am more than pleased with my house. My only complaint is the sod that was was planted in my yard is less than adequate. There are several spots that are not growing grass.

Everything has been absolutely great with our new home! This is our third home since getting married. Our first two were 120-year-old houses—we moved into one flip and then fully gutted another down to the studs ourselves. Transitioning to a brand-new Lennar build has been a breath of fresh air; instead of endless DIY projects, we actually get to just relax and enjoy family time now!We loved Indy, but after 18 years, we were ready to trade the busy city life for the peaceful charm of Greenfield. We visited Lennar during an open house event, and the entire team was fantastic. Our sales team and loan officer were wonderful, but a special shout-out goes to our terrific salesperson, Gary *****. We were genuinely on the fence, and if it wasn't for Gary’s incredible guidance, we would probably still be living somewhere else! While no new build is without minor imperfections, Lennar's customer service has completely won us over. Their builder team is incredibly responsive and has quickly, successfully addressed every single post-sale warranty item we’ve submitted..and not just that, they call us within 24 hours of any warranty claim request to discuss in more detail. It's a service level that beats conscierge treatment at fine hotels. The neighborhood itself is a beautiful move-up community just a few miles outside of Greenfield. It is remarkably peaceful here with lots of trees, birds around the ponds, a great playground, and it's just a couple of miles from the Pennsy Trailhead. Coming from Indy, it was a bit of a culture shock at first, but the kids absolutely love it! We really couldn't ask for much more from Lennar. The value for the price we paid honestly made us blush. To find a home with a three-car garage, James Hardie siding, quartz countertops, spacious floorplans, a highly responsive builder team, and a gorgeous community layout for under $425k is ridiculously good in 2026. The builder should use better interior paint, it's a flat Matt white that you cannot clean. I would expect better. Very disappointed.

When initially viewing the home, builder was responsive to concerns and did correct most of the issues detailed in our private home inspection. Post closing we discovered minor defects, which we feel you'd get with any builder. The biggest dislike was discovered while landscaping. Bushes were not properly planted, just stuck in holes and covered with pine brush. The Crapemyrtle was planted too close to the home and is infested with bugs. We also discovered numerous plastic and glass bottles underneath turf, as well as random piles of concrete underneath turf resulting in dead patches of turf.

We love our home, we are excited about our home, we are grateful to the construction manager and new homebuyer liason, but one thing to note was that the outside sewer entrapment was placed backward, causing water to flow back into the house which caused our toilets to overflow with wastewater after flushing. Like any reasonable homeowner, we called a plumber who arrived at 9:00pm on a Friday night to figure out the problem, fix the problem and charge us a reasonable price for after hour service. We were unaware that by not calling Lennar to come fix the problem, our requested ***** would be denied. This service charge was at the fault to the builder but Lennar claims "there was no inherent risk to the home and we did not use a Lennar technician". I don't think I would ever use the builders finance company again.

Overall the buying experience was great, however, after we moved in on 19 June 2026...not so great! The AC went out and it took 5 days to get it repaired. I had to get a hotel room after sleeping on my son's couch and was NOT reimbursed!!! Also the oven had some sort of gas leak and I am currently waiting for the repairman to show up to make repairs. That's too long to wait for ANY repair! How can they install appliances and then have to wait weeks for parts???

Overall, the home-buying process was smooth, and the team was responsive throughout most of the transaction. However, I was disappointed that the interest rate originally discussed was not honored at the time of loan closing, which was frustrating. As for the home itself, while I am generally satisfied, the quality of some of the building materials fell short of expectations. There were very limited customization options, such as not being able to choose the kitchen cabinet color. Additionally, the bathrooms were outfitted with NO towel holders and inexpensive toilets and tanks, which gave the home a lower-quality finish than anticipated. Your realtors team is misleading, and impossible to get ahold of. The paperwork I was handed showed what was included in this home… yet at the end this home didn’t include certain items from that list with absolutely no action to resolve the issue. Hannah ***** was the realtor I was working with and referring to. Although Preston (my superintendent) is an absolute stud of the industry, You guys need to keep him tight.

Simply worried about selling, not solving issues, missinformed

The walkthrough. I had to do it three times with the tape. And then no one showed up to actually follow up on the many items that still had orange tape on it when we moved in. Sean continuously said he was coming.Then, he said he would just do it himself.And to date, it's still not taking care of. Almost all of the doorknobs are coming off. The man in the office.I don't know what his name is.He's completely rude and just not helpful.Whatsoever EVERY time I come into the office

There's A Lot More Items that haven't been Repaired yet !

I think there needs to be much more attention. To detail and actual care when building these houses. Things are done sloppy and fast with no care. Disappointed. Joe was nice but our builder Chandra made us have a bad experience

The lack of marksmanship from the contractors. Landscaping is so lumpy, trim is not straight, outlets ***** just to name a few. Below standard marksmanship
